This pub serves the best food and has the best customer service. We come here all the time. It is also very reasonably priced

This place is a little gem. The people are so nice and friendly and passionate about their Portuguese football team (so sad they got beat and we were cheering them on with you). We had a lovely meal here in the Friday and decided to come back in the Saturday and they were all delicious. The food is cooked to perfection and they don’t hold back on the portions - thank you for a lovely few days 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I had never been to marquis of granby until today it has a great vibe, plenty of space, the staff and locals are nice and friendly.

Great pub. Just what we needed on a busy day. Check out the deluxe Steak & Nicholson Pale Ale Pie. Served with mixed greens (peas, leak etc), mash and gravy. Very good. Service was excellent. Atmosphere great. Perfect. Thanks very much.

Walked in there, saw someone throw up over someone, walked straight out. Not happy. Won’t be coming here again.

What can I say of this place!!!?? That it's the best pub un Redhill. I went last weekend for the first time since i went back to Spain 3 years ago and still the same great people around. The food always amazing and It was Sunday so there was BBQ, uffff...amazing meat!!! Great place to have fun!

It was recommended to me by a friend so I took the wife on a date. The food was really nice and the portions are generous. The service very professional and friendly. I had a picadinho and it was the best one I have had as the meat was tender and tasty. I will surely return!

Portuguese Chicken Sandwich was cooked to perfection, loved the the spices and herbs the chicken was cooked in! Plus the bread must have been homemade! 10/10 - value for money, friendly and personal service!

I was looking for a nice and tasty dinner. Me and my partner looked on the help to eat out to help out. We went there, the staff are absolutely awesome so friendly. All I can say if you are hungry these guys deliver good value for money. Definitely will be seeing is again

Friendly place, good prices very recommended

Visited here as a group of 16 to meet. A great space with seating out of the way of the main pub. Ideal place. Stayed as a group of 11 for a meal. The place is a little tired and is in the area of Redhill. Do not let that put you off. We had two toddlers and the staff were very helpful bringing their food first which made our time while we waited peaceful. The food was incredible. Every person in the group had a different main course and not a single complaint. The portions were very generous The quality was excellent. The flavours were tremendous. The staff were very friendly. The cost was very reasonable. Will I go back oh yes, would I recommend it oh yes.

The food was surprisingly nice! Upon arrival the pub had a slightly odd smell, almost like dogs and the menu was quite small but it did say it was ‘the home of hot food’ so we thought we’d give it a try. We ordered the steak in creamy white wine sauce, chips and olives for 2. It came with tomatoes not olives but it was actually very tasty. The sauce was very nicely seasoned and the steak was not chewy. Potion size was also massive. We also ordered the stuffed portobello mushrooms as well which were also very tasty despite the way they looked. Very good for pub food and reasonably priced too!!

Best home coocked food in the area! The pub has a good menu with many specials and all the dishes are fresh, generous, reasonably priced and coocked with love and care. The food ia portuguese style. You can tell the love and care for the food on every dish. The pub may look a bit outdated, but the great service compensates for ir. I do recomed it for sure!

The food is delicious, very fresh and nicely cookes, also abundant. We had lunch a saturday and came back next week as we were so please with the home cooked dishes. Totally recomend!

Hmm, the web-site makes it look like a rare find in the country but it's in the middle of an industrial area. The web-site prices are also wrong (as the real menu is higher priced) and the email address doesn't work. Not good. The food is pretty average and the Sunday roast took a while to appear (almost like they weren't expecting anyone to eat there). Might be worth doing a more extensive internet search if you are in the area as there are decent looking places nearby.

One of the best dinner I have ever had it was my first time trying Portuguese food and I was delighted. There's also English food available. I went there for a birthday party and the food was spectacular, great variety to choose from and very reasonable prices. Very friendly environment with a huge garden to enjoy during summer days. Totally recommended!

Gone downhill since I went a few years ago, dire atmosphere and was served an out of date bottle of ipa.

This pub is a treasure trove! Great as a local, but the food is excellent! Generous portions, Sunday roast and amazing BBQ at the weekends in the summer! Great selection of Portuguese wines, beers and ciders.

Festive season, so many other places were closed, so we tried this for the 1st time - & so glad we did! Placed our orders (6 of us) by phone to save any wait & service was excellent plus good help with wine choice. Brilliant menu options, food couldn't be faulted & the portion sizes were HUGE! All of us thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Not quite '5 star', as ambiance was ordinary & location not great - but good on-site parking.

The owner can be a bit pervy not advisable to go as a group of young women/girl's but in general a good pubpool rable juke box and good atomosphere and ok prices for a local.

We were here for a private charity quiz event which was really great and excellent fun. As I had come straight from work we were hungry, so we ordered two starters at the bar. 45 mins later we were still waiting. When I went up to ask where our food was I was told they had run out of the aubergine. Nice of you to tell us! Basically they had forgotten who placed the order and instead of asking around just waited for us to get hungry amd come back! Not very good really. I was starving by this point, so I re-ordered the crab claws, the same as my boyfriend. Some 10 mins later a mortified waitress came over and said they were out of crab claws too! By this point I'd have happily eaten the leg of a passer-by, they had also sold out of 2 other starters, so we ordered the fishcakes, even though we didn't really want them. They were very tasty and well presented, but had this not been a charity quiz night in support of a really good cause we'd have left very unhappy and asking for a refund. Please make sure your front of house staff are made aware of food that is sold out in future!

We’ve been here many times and just to let all know is the best prawns flavour ever. Amazing, nice place to visit, nice garden.

Nice place, good parking (front and back), the food is well presented and resenably priced with a wide and varied menu, you can also watch football here too which is a bonus as not many pubs in the area cater for the sports fan, there is a large outdoor seating area as well.

We have just moved in to the area and this is our local, so thought we'd better try it and I'm so glad we did. What a lovely pub! The staff were very friendly, and the food was wonderful. My two boys loved their food, which, as they think they're allergic to vegetables, was customised for them by the lovely staff. thank you to all - we'll see you again soon x

I went to dinner with my wife at the Marquis of Granby on Tuesday 19. We accepted the suggestion of the buterflyed prawns with chips and tomatoes. We weren't expecting a big portion as it came. It was extremely good, plenty of flavour just no words to explain. Sagres a Portuguese beer was also a suggestion by the person who looked forward us.

An absolutely unbelievable atmosphere. Warm and friendly with a fantastically stocked bar.
