Interesting wine list with good choice except Sauvignon Blanc - I only found one single wine of the type. Probably the sommelier has to think about it. Food was good and nicely set. Try eel for starter - amazing! Recommended!

I have travelled the world visiting 90 plus countries, dined at MICHELIN restaurants, stayed in luxury hotels but I have never paid £5.50 for a 200ml tiny bottle of Diet Coke plus service charge. This was almost the same price as my dinner at a restaurant opposite where I had a whole pizza! This is daylight robbery. I understand if it was a cocktail or a bigger size, but 200ml? I was not shown a menu. To top it off, I had to wait ages to be served. When I wrote to them after, I was offered a complimentary drink on return. I declined this offer as I will be abroad and unable to come back. I asked for a refund instead, but I was ignored despite numerous emails! This is how they treat customers with no care. It is unfair to charge customers so much for a tiny bottle of Diet Coke and then add service charge for bad service. This is really not great. To top if off, they ignore customers when they complain. No concern for guests. It is a nice venue but that is all.

Really lovely food here and amazing staff. Shame it has closed but the memory will live forever. Thank you for everything. The tasting menu and the wine was to die for.

Todos los platos eran excelentes. ¡El Tomahawk Steak fue el ganador! XR se encuentra en el corazón del moderno Marylebone de Londres, bajo la atenta mirada del chef Carlo Scotto, y ofrece una prestigiosa experiencia gastronómica a la carta. Comimos aquí a mitad de la semana, sin reserva y el restaurante era razonablemente completa. Yo recomendaría reservar en fines de semana y otras veces lleno. El servicio era atento y profesional, y la calidad de la comida era excelente. No es barato, pero merece la pena. En general, una experiencia muy agradable.

We had a late breakfast here with very good food. We had eggs with sausage (a special order, not on the menu), lentil soup, and very nice bread. The coffee was good and strong in the Turkish tradition. Service was pleasant and the venue is cosy, clean and comfortable. We did ask for the music to be turned down a bit, which was done, possibly because we were the only customers at the time (more came a bit later). Overall, really good food and a great location just off of Oxford Street near the Bond Street Underground Station.

£4 booking few is huge tax on online purchases especially on cheaper tickets. How come it costs more to run a small group of servers in the cloud vs paying to employ booking staff to man the tax-free ticket office ? Very up-market audience, sad lack of diversity, not at all reflective of London.

A very nice location & good wine list but poor quality cooking. We expected a good standard of French Brasserie cooking but that was not delivered at this restaurant. Disappointing experience overall.

worst customer service the manager are rude and 0 hygiene the chiken was not even fully cooked.

The employees and the manager do not know how to serve and talk to customers. Disgusting, terrible place. Never to be chosen again. And a place I will tell my friends who ask me badly. If the restaurant has a rule, the customer should be informed before sitting at the table. My comments here will always be bad.
