I’ve been here more than 4-5 times with my family. Everytime we’ve been greeted with kind excellent staff. The food is incredible and delicious everytime without fail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff is very kind specially Baris and the sweet was outstanding.

The location near Bond Street gives it an excellent advantage. The restaurant, inside and out, has seating and a good space for seating. The food was excellent, especially the appetizers. They have amazing lamb liver, don’t miss it.

I booked a table for three a day in advance over the phone, confirming multiple times that it was for three people. When we arrived, they only had a table for two and bluntly told us if we didn’t like it, we should leave. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Later attempts to speak to a manager were met with a response that they were ‘too busy.’ This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care ruined our evening. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We visited Grand Bazaar on Sunday and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere, food, and staff made us feel like we were truly in Turkey. The team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional creating such a positive vibe throughout the evening. A special thank you to Manager Murat, and staff members Gokhan and Murat, for making our visit so memorable. Their hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding, and the management clearly runs a tight, well-organized ship. The food was fantastic! You have to try the meze platter, manti, mixed grill, and of course the baklava. Honestly, it's some of the best Turkish food we've had in London, maybe even better than some spots in Turkey!

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The waiter, Ali( though I wouldn’t be surprised if he gave a fake name)he treated me with complete disrespect just because I ordered only one dish. He behaved in a disgusting and discriminatory manner, making me feel unwelcome and forcing me to leave. No customer should ever be treated this way. We went in hoping to enjoy a meal, but when we decided to order just one dish, an elderly staff member who told us his name was Ali (though I’m not sure if that was true) rudely told us to leave. No customer should ever be treated this way. We left immediately, as we did not feel welcome. We booked last minute to break our fast. It was pretty empty so did feel a bit concerned but by the time we broke our fast they were ram packed and my god did the work hard to ensure everyone had their food on time. Amazing superb 👌🏼 lovely staff lovely food lovely atmosphere Love this place. The price was very reasonable considering the fantastic location near Selfridges. Hope to go there again.

The shop is very beautiful and decorated, the staff is very kind and smiling, the food is perfect and the quantities, like the mojito, were exactly as I wanted, and the prices were very good for the five girls we were. I would definitely go again ❤️

Everything was amazing, from kebab to liver, lahmacun to appetizers, Turkish coffee to baklava. Especially the pistachio baklava was truly the best baklava I have eaten abroad. We would also like to thank the staff for their attention, kindness and treats.

As a Turkish living abroad, this is the one of two Turkish restaurants in London I go when I fancy Turkish food. The taste is the closest you would get to the food in Turkey. Quick service, good value for money. Highly recommended.

The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was my first time trying Turkish food and I tried the pride, which was seasoned wonderfully and tasted amazing. I would definitely return and try more dishes.

My go-to order includes the mixed meze, adana kebab, chicken and mushroom pasta, and the kunafa paired with Turkish tea.

My wife and I popped in here for a bite to eat, we had never been before but the menu looked good. The food was absolutely fantastic! The meze platter for one is a great starter, which we shared and it was plenty. We both had lamb for mains and it was some of the most delicious lamb I've ever eaten. Still thinking about now! Friendly staff made us feel very welcome and the meal was great value for money. Would totally recommend

Food quality is mediocre and it depends on your ethnicity! They will serve you microwaved food if they know you are an Arab. The only good thing about this place is mam! I don’t think that this is his name but the Turkish guy said so! The Turkish guy read my review and started calling me names and that I shouldn’t be here and even tried to follow me but I guess he realized he is in UK. Please read other reviews about their racism and bad attitude.

After the positive experience with breakfast, we also tried dinner. The owner recognized us right away and we got hummus and cacik as a starter on the house. I had a hot pasta bolognese and the kids had other things. Everything was delicious and I think I ate the best bolognese so far. Space was a bit tight, but that didn't matter. In short: definitely recommended!

Mashallah, a Turkish restaurant that serves Turkish cuisine beautifully and with high quality. The arrangement of the dishes was wonderful. The food tasted fresh and delicious. The tea, orange juice, and eggs with cheese were no mistake. Every time I came, my brother Muhammad was always smiling at all the passers-by, as if they were entering the restaurant as soon as they saw his welcome to them and the way he presented the dishes. It was beautiful. I hope that the restaurant management will reward brother Muhammad, who attended us more than once and always had a smile

The tea has a sweet taste of may rose The meat plate has gone beyond the stage of deliciousness and lightness, and it has an imaginative flavor, not dry, not juicy, with the right spices.. The best Turkish restaurant so far with the meat plate.. Next time, God willing, we will taste the grill and the price is cheap. We ordered 3 teas and a plate of meat for 12 pounds, free of charge.

We had such a lovely family lunch here on Christmas Eve. Busy and bustling inside and out, nice atmosphere but not pretentious. The food was so authentic and delicious. Everything was very fresh and high quality from the salads and breads to the meats. I like that they serve carafe of table water which are automatically replenished when necessary. We couldn't fault anything and thought the prices were very reasonable for a west end restaurant, great value for money and we shall definitely come back again soon.

We came to this restaurant twice during our week's vacation in London. The food is exceptional and we were even offered dessert the second time. Special mention on the cooking of the meat which is extraordinary. I don't usually leave comments but I have to because they deserve it. We had a late breakfast here with very good food. We had eggs with sausage (a special order, not on the menu), lentil soup, and very nice bread. The coffee was good and strong in the Turkish tradition. Service was pleasant and the venue is cosy, clean and comfortable. We did ask for the music to be turned down a bit, which was done, possibly because we were the only customers at the time (more came a bit later). Overall, really good food and a great location just off of Oxford Street near the Bond Street Underground Station.

Very nice staff, The food reflects the Turkish cuisine and the staff's hospitality.. We were at Yamabace the day before because of the long queue, we thought it must be good.. But only after our meal at Grand Bazaar.. it's not even remotely comparable.. Grand Bazaar is by far better...

The kebab is very ordinary - the quantity is small for the price - he tried to cheat us and added a dish to the bill twice. If we did not pay attention, we paid its value, and frankly, he would not return it.

I visited this place with my mother and we were left shocked and sickened by what we observed and experienced. The waiter was picking his nose infront of customers and wiping his fingers firstly onto a pile of plates and then onto his trousers. We then saw him sneezing into plates of food which he delivered to one table. When one customer rejected his food because of witnessing this, the waiter began shouting at him in what sounded like the Turkish language. In one instance the waiter coughed violently and openly over a customer's head, which startled the customer who started wiping the top of his head with a napkin. We quickly left the restaurant before committing to order any food.
