A lovely lady called Shanaz served us and was honestly, fabulous. Really bubbly, really friendly, super kind individual. Loved dining because of her. Will be back again, 11/10 food!

The quality of the kitchen is let down by the quality of the service, not bad but slow and forgetful. This is a little more expensive than other places nearby so notable. The food was wonderful, the set menu providing an option to try every starter and a main course of individual choice. This is a popular venue, boisterous and noisy which is great that is the atmosphere you're looking for. It worked great as we were a group and it does give a happy vibe to the whole evening. Desert options were also part of the set menu, another plus. A wide choice of drinks too as you would expect from a central location and important for larger groups. I would trade some of the atmosphere for attentive service though, but the food and drink is 5 stars all the way.

Food was fine, a touch flavourless and a grainy creme brulee. But the service was awful, pushy staff trying to oversell unwanted drinks, persistently, rude to customers and demanding of tips. Would never go back.

I had a fantastic experience at Haz Restaurant today. Shanaz gave us the best customer service — warm and caring. She made us feel so welcome and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

If you are up for a well seasoned flavourful meal I’d recommend Haz St Paul’s. This brunch is more so for the aesthetic (in my opinion). The service however is the absolute best in all brunch. The interior design is also breathtaking.

A little disappointing. The prawns were tiny (5 count) and cold. Expensive and didn’t taste great. The chicken sish taste was a good portion, taste alright but cold. The cucumber salad was ok, and the hummus was ok. Overall kind of mediocre and expensive. Just a starter, a dish and a side was $90

Food very good! But hidden prices and overpriced! You can't even get rice with a spit stall? All over the world, whenever you order shish kebab, it also comes with rice or fries. And no, at HAZ you have to pay extra! Hidden is £2 per person! Apparently you can say that you don't want to pay for that! But the staff doesn't say anything on their own. You have to refund it later. Very cheeky! I don't recommend HAZ to anyone! Rip off there! Lands on the NEVER GO MORE list. Eating was actually good, but it ruined everything again. Actually 1 star but because the food was good 2. I still don't recommend it to anyone! Look at your wallet and don't go there! HAZ has to go!

Very “blah” Turkish food in a beautiful setting and and mid to high price point to match. I don’t have photos to share, but the typical lamb dishes are more like watery soup. I personally ordered the kebab, dry but better than the lamb tagine by a mile.

We ordered a mix Shish and 2 starter+main course meals today. The food was delicious and the service was fast and very pleasant We will visit again in the future but I do recommend for you guys to increase your portions a little bit :) 10/10 for me

Fantastic Experience and Food!!

We had a lovely dinner at Sky Beirut and absolutely loved the food! Everything was delicious and full of flavour — especially the shawarma, mixed grill, and the konafeh which we enjoyed with tea at the end — truly amazing. A big thank you to Faten, who took great care of us throughout. She was so kind and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed, especially when we needed help with the order. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Lebanese food and great service!

Terrible food that completely misses the mark for Turkish cuisine — bland, overpriced, and nowhere near authentic. It’s clear the kitchen doesn’t represent real Turkish flavors at all. The only positive was the service: the waitress was polite, attentive, and tried her best despite the disappointing food. If you care about real Turkish food, skip this place. You’ll only leave frustrated.

Lots of unusual reviews here - there is no way for this place is rated so well. Our experience was so disappointing. Food was ok but service was utterly bad or even non existing. I had to ask more times even for tap water and instead of bringing it in a bottle they took my glass and brought it back with water. Also, they never asked if we like the food or we'd like to order more - so basically service was absent and at the end they added service charge and coperto as well.

Food was fantastic, service was bad. We were very pressured into leaving a review, gave us bottled water when we asked for tap and judged my friend when he didn’t pay and a girl was.

This place has one of the most disgusting practices I’ve ever seen in a restarurant. They add a cover charge as a menu item plus service charge on top of that. I ended up paying 16% tip The service was actually bad and the food average

I have been to many other restaurants and Haz restaurant the experience I had was incredible I DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. They need to improve having professional staff, firstly they were look, talking and laughing although I was giving eye contact they were still carrying on I didn’t feel comfortable. If I talk about the food: it was cold, disgusting taste and didn’t have any rice also wasn’t cooked properly. After I had my food I vomited.

Really delicious , authentic and fresh Turkish food, service is really good. I feel like me and my colleague could have shared our mains though, super huge portions and we were full from the starters. Our main was so hearty the dish was called Iskender - Mixed Chicken & Lamb, Tomato Sauce, Yogurt, Crispy Bread drizzled, Butter Sauce. Perfect for winter! We ordered a mixed mezze for starters which was perfect to try different options.

The food was good, but the service was questionable. We were a very large group of around 25 people, so I appreciate it's hard to host that many, but the server said some interesting things like 'Less talking, more eating'. We requested no herbs/spices dressed on one dish and although it was quite obvious that they had forgotten, they still served it. When they provided a new dish, there was an audience of servers that wanted her to 'test' her dish before they moved on. It was all very awkward.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Portions are big. Only downside is the opening hours - this place closes early, by memory we have to leave by 21:30.

Went to Haz in Liverpool street which was very good. Sadly this venue pales in comparison. served stale bread. When prompted was given a speech about it being left outside all day. Meze was bland, halibut was bland, iskender was also the same.. Overall food lacked flavour. Sorry for the brutal honesty
