Our waitress Shanaz was especially amazing! Food & ambience great :)

The food was good, but the service was questionable. We were a very large group of around 25 people, so I appreciate it's hard to host that many, but the server said some interesting things like 'Less talking, more eating'. We requested no herbs/spices dressed on one dish and although it was quite obvious that they had forgotten, they still served it. When they provided a new dish, there was an audience of servers that wanted her to 'test' her dish before they moved on. It was all very awkward.

Shanaz was absolutely fantastic and bubbly . Service A1 definitely will come again 🥳

Delicious food and friendly staff. Portions are big. Only downside is the opening hours - this place closes early, by memory we have to leave by 21:30.

Went to Haz in Liverpool street which was very good. Sadly this venue pales in comparison. served stale bread. When prompted was given a speech about it being left outside all day. Meze was bland, halibut was bland, iskender was also the same.. Overall food lacked flavour. Sorry for the brutal honesty

Terrible Experience and Unprofessional Service! Although the food was good, our experience was completely ruined by the behavior of a female staff member who was extremely unprofessional. Her attitude was uncooperative and inappropriate—when we tried to order multiple dishes, she insisted that one dish was enough for us, as if she had the right to decide on our behalf! Things got even worse when she crossed a serious line by taking one of our phones without permission, connecting it to the restaurant’s Wi-Fi, and returning it as if nothing had happened. Her overall behavior was uncomfortable and unprofessional, making our time at the restaurant unpleasant. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in any place that claims to offer good service. We will never visit this restaurant again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone looking for a respectful and comfortable dining experience. Date of visit: March 31, 2025

Very good Turkish restaurant with many fish and meat options. The lamb is delicious. I wished a wider bier selection but overall great experience. Price is on the higher end, definitely worth it.

Shanaz amazing service brilliant

Met a friend for dinner. Service was good and attentive but the food I found a bit salty and the flavor a bit one dimensional. I had the mixed grill and bulgar rice. My friend had the calamari but can't comment as I didn't try it. The bread was unfortunately dry so I didn't eat much of it. No desserts for either of us as we spent most of the time catching up. The bill was a central London bill so considering how little we had it wasn't cheap though it included a glass of wine. Would I go back? Not for what I ate. Maybe other dishes are more exciting but I won't be returning soon.

Lovely restaurant, clean and nicely decorated. I went for a birthday meal. Nice for friends or love date. Staff very polite, friendly and patient. Fantastic menu. Food delicious and good servings. Totally recommend.

I had to edit my review because they literally forced me to give them a 5 star review before I left. Food was overpriced and not worth what I paid and they used predatory tactics to either get you to order more or leave them a 5* review.

Had lunch with friends, we have table booked so can quickly get seated. The restaurant was nice and busy, food was also nice. Staff were friendly, however they keep giving me the impression they want us to finish and go quicker so they can turn more table. We’ve been asked twice after we mentioned we still waiting for 1 more person to arrive. When we almost finished, they quickly come and start collecting the plates, but what’s really bad was they even try to take a way one of our plate while my friend was obviously still eating. Maybe they were just too busy and needs to turn the table quickly but to us unfortunately is not such a nice experience given that price level.

Esta fue mi segunda visita (la primera no fue genial), y willl será mi última. El servicio era muy pobre, tenía que perseguir las bebidas (que se equivocaron). Nos pusieron en su menú 'Party 2' sin ser solicitados. La selección de entrantes no era nada especial y las gambas ni siquiera estaban calientes, tibias como mucho. De 6 de nosotros, dos pidieron ojos de costilla media, los dos vinieron 2 raros y MUY pequeños (de ninguna manera eran 300 g antes de cocinar) . . y ni una vez nos preguntaron cómo era nuestra comida. Con una factura de más de 470 libras me hubiera esperado mucho mejor comida y servicio. Creo que la ubicación es la única razón por la que este restaurante está ocupado.

Busy place, what usually says a lot, recommend a mixed grill plate.

Shenaz was really an amazing waitress. She even showed us the chef who prepared our mixed grill. I had a fantastic time with my friend. Definitely worth trying. Wonderful ambience 😋🎉🎈.

We had our work Christmas dinner at Haz Plantation Place, and it was a really nice evening. The service was great, and the Christmas crackers added a nice festive touch. Tolga handled our booking and made sure everything went smoothly—he and the team did a great job looking after us.

We wanted to take someone visiting from Singapore to a good Turkish restaurant and wanted to wow them. I would say food was generally good, but the complementary bread that was served with complementary dips and salad was quite hard, and frankly a little stale. Not the warm, delicious bread I usually expect from good Turkish restaurant. The rest of the meal was fine, but nothing amazing, and I guess I am not in any major hurry to go back to Haz. Service was really good though.

A real cost of the heart! The cuisine is delicious, generous and perfectly mastered, with flavors that delight the taste buds. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, and the service is impeccable, attentive without being intrusive. A perfect experience from start to finish

Food was good, but not worth £45 for 3 course Xmas lunch.

We ate the meze all day (incredible assortment of starters) and the chicken shish (very delicious marinated chicken, with yogurt sauce). Everything was excellent and the quantity was very abundant. We left for €30 per person with a drink and pita bread. Very pleasant atmosphere and service. To repeat.

We went there for dinner with a group of colleagues. The food was nice but the service was poor. Few examples: We had a bottle of white wine. After we finished our main and our drinks, we were left for nearly an hour without anyone coming to ask whether we fancied dessert or more drinks. We ended up calling the waitrees and subsequently ordered a couple of glasses of the same wine and instead were brought red wine. The same waitress then dropped half of a jar of water on 2 of us including my phone. Someone brought us some shots, which was nice, but I don't usually drink tequila. I would have rather expected something to be taken off the bill, which didn't happen, and given that some of us had to leave, we didn't even try to argue it. In summary, food was fine but very disappointed by the service. It's not my first time there but this time, the experience wasn't great.

La comida era deliciosa. Sin embargo, toda la experiencia del almuerzo fue extremadamente rápido. Tuvimos entrantes, plato principal y pagamos la cuenta en 50 minutos. El personal estaba sobre nosotros y le dio cualquier tiempo para relajarse. No es un buen ambiente para entretener a los clientes.

Although the food was good, the meal was very odd. On a business lunch (as most are in here) we had booked at 12:45 although apologetically arrived at 12:55. As soon as we were sat, we had servers coming every 30 seconds pushing us to order, albeit very politely - ok we though t as we were a little late. When we ordered starters, they came within 30 second - still no problem, although feeling fairly rushed. We ordered our mains and the waiter said, would you like them in 15 mins, as we were still eating starters at this point. We gratefully said yes. No more than 2 minutes later our mains arrived. after finishing food, our table was promptly cleared and we passed on desert. Without even asking, and with people still finishing drinks, the bill was given to the table for immediate payment. While one person is finishing drinks, all other glasses are cleared and table is cleaned. We get the impression they want us to go. After being polite but pushy the entire meal, one waiter asks us to leave saying as "it's very busy"! This is at 13:45. Exactly an hour after being due to arrive, and 45 minutes after sitting down. And as you'd probably expect as we leave at 13:50, while the restaurant is bustling, there are zero people waiting to come in as lunch is over, and a few tables are even free. While I appreciate this is the norm in a high turnover place like Nandos, it's not what I expect when I am paying £45/head as part of a business meal, to spend time with valued clients. What has been gained by rushing us along the entire meal, and kicking us out? Overall, decent food, but if you come when it's busy don't expect any time to relax before being kicked out. I won't be coming back to this branch.
