Went there for dinner with work colleague’s . Great food as usual. Particularly Steak and Pasta dish were really good. We also enjoyed some snack.

La comida era increíble aquí. Estaba en una cena de negocios con otros 11. La comida era suntuosa. Recomendaría probarlo. Buen ambiente y selecto de alcohol.

Me gustaba mucho este lugar cuando brunch y venía todos los fines de semana, pero lo frustrante era que son muy lentos. Puedes esperar 30 minutos o más por tu comida. Cuando llegó, fue muy sabroso, pero tal vez podría ser después de que haya quedado esperando tanto tiempo que, por supuesto, lo encontrará sabroso. Dado que ya no hacen el desayuno. Íbamos por las noches y, por supuesto, me gustaría comer el piergo, ¡pero nunca queda nada! Simplemente no veo el punto en este restaurante personalmente, aunque su comida es sabrosa (cuando llega o la tienen en el menú) parece que no se trata de tener una buena satisfacción del cliente o incluso de obtener más clientes nuevos. Al ser un local en Tooting, preferiría tener una experiencia gastronómica que fuera consisitente y confiable para todos.

Been here many times before over the years. Food and service very good as usual, with an excellent Sagrantino on offer this time. I like the atmosphere, quiet enough to have a proper conversation but not dead. Not cheap but prices are correct for the venue, and the fixed menu is very convenient. Recommended for both a business meal and (quiet) leisure. Will certainly be back.

I booked this restaurant and had confirmation of the booking. Having spent £20 getting there by taxi only to find they have closed and are no longer there it cost another £20 to go back to the hotel. Very disappointed!!!

Installé dans la gare St Pancras avec un cadre élégant et atmosphère intemporelle. Un service attentionné. Une cuisine assez simple et de qualité.

The place may have changed owners as it’s not the same. It’s really off putting when the man serving the food constantly touches his face, doesn’t wash his hands after or wear gloves. The salad portions are about half of what they were previously and I won’t be returning.

Firstly, for journeys on The Orient Express train you join the train in Calais.

Great fondue and terrine. As good as you’ll find in Switzerland. Can’t believe I passed by this place so many times and today is the first time I tried it. Awesome stuff.

We always love this place as is nice and the food is reasonably priced. Service is hot and miss though let me explain. Greeting staff nice, waiters and waitresses good but the servers who deliver the food always reach over you to deliver the plates etc rather than just walk around. Now it might be a small thing but think it’s the terribly rude and I can’t stand it. Service is very easy to get right and it’s super simple. I worry the management don’t bother to train people these days. Shame really.

The worst service I've EVER experienced in my whole entire life. After having a lovely family day out we went for some coffees to Drunch. The coffee were fine...very over priced for the smallest coffee but nevertheless we knew being in London it's what is expected. Just before we settled the bill we asked the waiter for a glass of water which he brought over. Then my mum said she would also like a glass of water so I called the waiter back and in a very rude and aggressive tone he huffed and said would anyone else like water because I can't keep going back and forth (bearing in mind we are sitting on the table closest to the counter). I told him I didn't appreciate being spoken to like that and had only asked for a glass of water to which he continued to talking over me in a very aggressive manner and in a raised voice. He said if you wanted more than one glass you should ask when I got the first one to which I was trying to reply my mum only realised she wanted it when my sister got her glass of water. Never in my life have I witnessed such rude aggressive tone from a waiter who was asked (kindly) to get some water. We asked to speak to the manager to which he shouted at us saying you are not scaring me by calling my manager. When the manager came out we explained what happened and he apologised (very insincerely) and said he will speak to his staff but none of it seemed genuine at all. I would avoid this place because as fancy as it looks there's better places you can spend your money in London and not be faced with aggressive rude disgusting behaviour and service.

Qué gran noche tuvimos en lago Truc Vert! La comida era fantástica, el servicio. Ambos tuvimos vieiras para empezar y seguido de lubina y burger. . Todos eran geniales y sin duda regresaremos. Ah, nos encantó el vino gratis al final

Pasé aquí para una cena temprano después de un día en Londres con mi hija de 6 años. La comida era razonablemente buena, gran selección de cervezas, pero lo mejor que diría aquí, es el personal amable y servicial.

¡Gasta tu dinero en otra parte! Toman reservas de grupos grandes a pesar de no tener la habitación para acomodarlos. Un espacio de tal vez 7 pies x 7 pies de área acordonada para 30 personas! El lugar se embiste y no se puede mover. Todo se trata de ganar dinero y no de una buena experiencia del cliente.
