visited this establishment with a friend, extremely tasty, cocktails, hookahs on the terrace 10 out of 10. And the staff deserves special praise, they are very friendly and good guys! I will definitely visit this establishment again, and I will recommend it to all my friends!

Small place . Not sure what the fuss is about. Apart being halal nothing else’s about this places shouts out good food. Food was ok. Staff were ok. Expensive for lunch 86.00 pounds, not worth the money . Will not be going again. Women toilet smelt. My eggs were over cooked almost deep fried. Don’t waste your money

Food was good, eggs cooked well, just a little more flavour and I would have given a 5. Coffee was good and service attentive, although there was a mix up with the order. I would go again for brunch.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, servers couldn’t be arsed to serve us, only interested in sisha customers. Sat there for 20 minutes and not one person came to take drinks. Went to spaghetti house which is a 2 minute walk up the road and it was lovely with great service!! go there instead 😊

Been to this place multiple times since my 5 years in london, took my mum here today and had the worst interaction with the server and the manager. They refused to give us the outside table saying it’s for people using sheesha and sat us inside even after we said we’ll take 15-20 minutes max as we’re here just for coffee. Nonetheless, we sat inside, where we noticed 2 tables being filled up outside by people just having coffee and no sheesha. I asked to speak to the manager who was trying to make it look like it was my first time in london and tried explaining to me that there are rules in every restaurant as though I was unaware. I asked him if the rules only applied to us and not the others? To this he turned his back at me and moved on.

I have a bad experience everytime I go there. but this time I went and it was the worst experience ever ! the manager is very rude, which I find not professional at all. he is agressive and doesn't speak nicely to customers. He is also terrorising the stuff which I noticed while being there and it all created an awkward environment. so I highly recommend the one in St john's wood where I usually go for brunch, people who work there are kind and very helpful !

Lovely location and very warm heaters as we were sitting outside. The drinks came after the food, which was a bit annoying as we expected them to come before. Also we ordered a coffee after the meal and it took another 15-20 mins to arrive. The staff were really friendly. Our table was at an angle and wobbly. The turkey bacon was really thin and tough, but the pancakes were really light and fluffy.

I ordered a flat white. It was weak but ok. Only that the bill said 5.50£ - the details revealed 1£ for charity and 0.50£ service charge. When I asked why they took 1.50£ off without answering my question. Nice try but no, this kind of business is not trustworthy.

Service was average, food was presented well & tasted good.However, my gripe is that hidden within the bill they add a charity charge . I may have wished to donate to charity had they asked me or made it clear on the bill Also advising which charity the donation would go to?! Its not about how much its the principle they sneakily added this then were very curt when I said remove the charge. Wont visit again for this very reason.

Worst worst worst service ever couldn't sleep all night after being treated worst thn ever the shisha maker tell me infront of customer shutup and girl said bitch just because we asked for the change in coffee and splitting the bill into cash and card she completely refused and stated arguing. While being treated like this we tried to take the picture so we can atleast send to their HR that how we have been treated in mayfair branch 2nd time also last night was the second experience n they told us to leave after 40 minutes as they are busy while we we're still smoking and eating there had to take out coffee n left the shisha we do come here to pay £200,£300 to have a best experience not to be treated like this. Also when i took pictures from the outside of them the shisha making guy came and forced me to check my phone and argued rudely and abusively i mean we can pay £30,40 pounds for the same things but with better experience. And idk why its also very hard go get HR email

Me and my friends had a great experience at Drunch Mayfair for brunch recently. Lovely staff who looked after us well, and the food and drink was great. Julia in particular was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place Zero stars then I would! I suggested eating at this place with a few friends, I wish I had read the reviews before going! Most horrific experience! We were seated instantly by the manager who quickly walked away. Tried to get his attention for about 10mns just to provide us with a menu! We then ordered food and drinks. Drinks took around 40mns and food around 1hr. We we’re the only ones ordering food, rest of the customers were there for shisha- don’t understand why it had to take one hour for some overpriced egg on bread! They clearly prioritise shisha customers. We then decided to walk out- but as we left they insisted the food was ready and so we should stay. Wish we walked out, everything was tasteless! My friend took a few bites of shakshuka which tasted like dolmio sauce poured on soggy eggs, my other friend didn’t touch her meal, and I ended up with a severe stomach ache and diarrhoea throughout the night. we managed to get that shakshuka off our bill which they tried to dispute at the beginning (it was barely touched) but it’s really irritating me that I even paid a penny toward that place. Lucky I didn’t have work the next day, otherwise I would have had to call in sick. I’m very very dissapointed and upset with this experience- I am trying to find an email so I can write an official complaint. Please do not waste your money and time here.

I went for a Sunday brunch with my friends, in Mayfair. Once arrived we had to wait to get a seat inside. It took them 15 min to come and get my order that once arrived was wrong, the barbie cappuccino was wrong and they put bacon in a different plate instead of the avocado toast as requested and the grilled hallumi weren’t grilled but carbonized. I was going through some reviews about the place on Google when all of the sudden a waitress that was behind my friends, saw the phone on the table with the reviews and with aggressive tone she tried to explain to me that all the bad reviews were “fake” about the restaurant….I didn’t even want to say anything to her as I found her behaviour very rude and disrespectful towards a customer. My pancakes were just too heavy and sweet and for me to finish them. That’s never happened. It was just very bad. Food was terrible, service was just awful. I definitely won’t be back and I don’t recommend this place at all.

I had chosen this spot to begin a birthday celebration for my significant other. Red flag number one, after being seated waitress appeared disinterested in taking order like she would prefer to be somewhere else and was not impressed by questions being asked... At 17.99, the full english is overpriced with no attention paid to detail. Two anorexic chargrilled sausages, whole meal breakfast did not taste like it was made in fresh oil. Best part of the brunch was the mushroom... Local cafe in peckham does a much better breakfast for a quarter of the price

I am a regular client and normally enjoy Drunch, but was really disappointed with the management of the place when I went yesterday. We were refused seating outside, unless we smoke shisha… spoke with the management, explained that this is not a fair rule and discriminates non-smokers, that we were repeat clients and that there was nobody queuing for a table with Shisha. Answer was still no, apparently after 4pm if you are a non-smoker you cannot sit outside, you need to have shisha from the menu in order to be seated outside. Not too sure if that is legal as basically they incentivize people to smoke and refuse seating for non-smokers outside.

I went there with my friends for one of their birthdays and we had a blast. Nice food and the customer service was great.

I visited your mayfair branch on Friday 26th May and ordered a cappuccino and acai bowl. I was very disappointed with the acai bowl. The coconut on top was missing and the strawberries were very big not like how you get the Instagram influencers you use to promote your business when you invite them for free meals . The pictures are also very misleading on your website including social media as the acai bowl you served me was very disappointing with very little granola and acai. It was watery and cappuccino was cold . It was my birthday on Friday and very unhappy with spending nearly £20.00 on crap food . Please provide a refund to resolve my complaint.

My friends and i visited to enjoy my friends birthday. We waited 45 minutes for a table in the cold, then when seated we were told we only had 60mins to eat. We got our friend a cake and asked if they could put it in the fridge whilst we ate but we told we are not allowed to consume any food not brought from them quite abruptly. I asked for a pen so I could write in my friends birthday card and was told 15 minutes later they do not have one. Additionally, I ordered a mint tea as it was quite cold out and a chicken wrap but the tea was brought out 20+ mins before the food so my tea was freezing by time I could "enjoy" it with the food. The wrap was very plain, no sauce or flavours whatsoever and it was cold. Lastly, we asked for the bill and were still waiting for it 30 minutes later so had to ask for it again. On the bill there was a 12.5% service charge as well as an optional unicef donation which was not an option for us and they had just added it on. The service was terrible and we had a different server each time and not one was friendly.Overall, very overrated place and would not recommend.

After seeing photos all over Instagram I finally visited Drunch and it exceeded all my expectations! I sometimes get nervous visiting places popular online in case they are photogenic and that’s it.. but Drunch was fantastic on all parts!My mum and I arrived at 10am for opening, were seated straight away and a waitress served us very quick! She was friendly, chatty and really helpful. The place is as fun as it looks in photos with all the gorgeous flowers and Bobby the bear! The food was delicious and there is lots more I want to try on the menu. We had a hot chocolate, tea, salmon bagel and heart shaped nutella pancakes - would definitely recommend! The restaurant is so easy to get to being a minutes walk from Bond Street station which is great.

We arrived and queued behind one other group. Were not greeted for about 20 minutes, we were expected to wait in the cold with nobody bothering to say hello. Only when I went and approached the lady did she offer us a table. Once we had sat down, we were again, ignored for another 20 minutes or so. Really terrible, unfriendly and rude, non existent service. Overall, a massive waste of time.

Loved the food ! Atmosphere, location, food , prices and staff were all amazing and I really enjoyed all the attention to detail. I had cumbrian chicken and the biscoff cheesecake (the bestttttt ever). Although the staff was very nice and friendly, I have to say the service was very slow especially considering it wasn't busy and the place is small, definitely let down in that aspect and the drinks arrived after the mains arrived which was approximately a 25 minute wait. So you can imagine that nobody noticed we didnt receive our drinks. Weird!! However I would still go again & hope the staff will be a bit more vigilant.

Visité recientemente un viernes por la noche. Se las arreglaron para acomodarnos muy rápidamente. ¡Pero la mejor parte fue nuestra camarera Julia! Ella fue amable, servicial e hizo que nuestro tiempo aquí fuera muy agradable. Definitivamente lo visitará nuevamente, ya que ya no obtendrá el servicio 5 * en muchos lugares del centro de Londres.

Came for a cute birthday brunch with the girls and enjoyed the full English. One of us had pancakes which looked great! They’re also putting COVID measures in by scanning the track and trace app and delivering food to the table and ensuring masks are worn when not seated. Would recommend.

We already had ordered and then they asked us to move as we didn’t order shisha. They said outside seating is only if you have shisha. We argued that we had already ordered and that this wasn’t mentioned when we ordered also there were others seated outside not smoking. Waitress lied and said that we told her we were going to order shisha and that’s why she seated us there. Such horrible customer service. Would defo not recommend. Food ain’t great either.

Service was great, food was amazing. Portion sizes were big and filling, our waiter was really lovely at responding to our needs (the cute one with the man bun). I would definitely recommend this place for the price. I had the dulche and banana pancakes with a side of scrabble eggs! My worth it winner!!

This is a must try from the London restaurant cafe scene. Splendid decor, generous food portions and very friendly service. It was a hot London day and I was window shopping in New Bond street and came across this hidden gem called Drunch. They have gorgeous bistro style outdoor seating but I asked to be seated inside, which was very pleasantly air-conditioned. Although the decor is quite fancy the atmosphere is relaxed and the Drunch guy with the stylish man bun was very warm and welcoming and patiently guided me through the menu. He recommended the Drunch Burger which turned out delicious as well as the newly introduced latte called “in love latte” which was one of the best coffees I have had for ages. It comes with a dried strawberries topping and a coconut flavor.. It sounds unusual but you won’t regret trying it. Out of this world food, coffee and service. It’s a shame they don’t deliver I know I would order from Drunch regularly if they did. There is also a giant bear seated in the restaurant called Bob who seems to be a regular customer :)

Was greeted by a lovely waitress who took us to our table ready to take down our drinks. Service was on point never had to wait too long for our food. Bill was quite expensive but it reflected fhe time i had there!!! Definantly want to go there again and highly recommended.

A friend of mine was visiting London this weekend. We decided to go to Drunch because we've seen so many things pop up on Instagram. It was worth the trip. The location is great and easy to get to. It's not on a main street so the atmosphere is really nice.The shisha is amazing, the best I've had in London so far. The staff is really sweet and attentive too which is great. The food and drinks were delicious as well.I would definitely recommend it to anyone for food, drinks and shisha.

I LOVED IT HERE! the pancakes, the drinks and the service was really good. I’m so surprised at all the 1 star reviews. I ordered a hot chocolate and heart shaped pancakes and my boyfriend got cinnamon cappuccino and banana and pecan pancakes and we loved it. It’s a small place but I think this is why it’s so good. We arrived at 10am for it opening and there was queue, thankfully we got inside. The service was really good and the food came quite quick. I will visit again next time I come to London!

SATURDAY 5TH SEPT 2020If you're wanting good quality food and service at a decent price then this is NOT the place to go. Before entering the cafe we looked at the menu out side. It said £12.70 for full English breakfast so we went in. Waitress said we could scan the code on table for menu but my phone wouldn't do it but we had seen the price outside anyway. We ordered 2 full English, 1 tea and 1 cappuccino. Poached egg was good husband scrambled egg was sloppy half cooked egg. Sausages awful as were the beans. Toast was about as big as a slice of a french bread stick. The bill came to 41 pound something. We were charged £14.50 per breakfast. I asked the waitress about the price advertised outside. She said oh that's not right we changed it a couple of days ago. I said well that is the price we went off. She wasnt for amending the bill so I asked her to take off the service charge and the £1 for UNICEF on the bill. She still wasnt happy and was asking were we not happy with the service! Obviously we weren't considering she thought it was ok to advertise wrong prices plus I told her I wasnt happy with the quality of food. Eventually she removed the service charge and UNICEF donation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
