Fast food place at a good price. We ordered several chicken pitas with potatoes and rice and they were quite good, although they abuse the spice a little in this place and it absorbs all the flavor of the food. The refill drink was not good. Price between 10-20 pounds per person. They do not charge a tip but they do require you to place the order with your mobile if you want to pay with a credit card. If you pay in cash they allow you to pay on the premises. You don't need to reserve, I recommend it.

In for dinner on a mid week evening. The place was very quiet with many tables available. We had to wait a while before we were given a table (no idea why we had to stand around). Standard Nando's menu and I scanned the QR code to order - this didn't work and I was directed to download the App - this I did (and was scammed in to some shopping "Alerts" service at £1.50 per message!). This eventually allowed me to order. I had the Butterfly Chicken and my friend had the 1/2 chicken. Both were reasonable but when my friend asked for some pepper, the waiter was unable to find any in the entire restaurant! Service was ok at best. I won't eat here again.

First time at a Nandos, there is no table service and I couldn't figure out how to order "on line", but the staff were helpful and friendly and explained how it works (order at the counter)... Food was good, and arrived quite quickly. Overall a good experience.

Ordered through the Nando’s app for a takeaway. Food was delivered on time and cooked well. Was surprised to see extra sauces and peri peri salt in the bag, great experience thanks :)

Attempted theft of iPhone from table through use of distraction method. This was not an isolated incident. Another customer also confirmed that his friends phone had been stolen. It is suspected that one or more members of staff are aware of what is happening.

How is posible the restaurant is not full today Saturday and I going there and they said I have to wait 40 min for a table and for food also, that’s a joke to get in there and see seat available, saying shirt staff not option for get a drink until waiting. Whattttt!!!

I visited on my own last week. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. It's difficult being on your own as you don't want to leave items unattended. The staff brought my cutlery and kept checking I was OK. It's handy for The National Orthopaedic Hospital. My only complaint is that they only do SAfrican wine. I loved the Portuguese

I do not recommend this place. Host very unprofessional. The staff look like they do not want to work. Especially the lady with the blue hair. 👎.

The food was really good, normal Nandos dishes - but the restaurant is so big that it feels very empty which is a bit strange. They also seemed to be spacing all the guests out in far corners which was a bit strange.

I’ve purchased fifteen chicken wings to go (Seven medium-spicy and eight lemon-and-herb seasonings). As I was leaving, I checked the bag just go be sure and noticed I was given seven wings. I went to the desk to complain. The lady at the desk said it was fifteen, so I gave them the box so they could see for themselves. Another worker added a box and I left the restaurant. However, at home I saw that I was given thirteen wings instead of the fifteen I paid for. As a loyal customer, I’m very disappointed with my purchase.

We had a lovely meal here during our trip to London. After a busy day sight seeing we were both very hangry so having our food to our table so quickly was great. The restaurant was clean and spacious so we felt really safe eating here as it was a fairly busy weekend in London. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, they bought sauces etc over to our table which saved everyone walking around and helped social distancing. Thanks

I've visited this place with some friends during a business trip. The staff was super friendly and patient with our group. The food was tasty and generous, the price was quite fair for the quality.

I hate to badly rate Nando’s as it’s one of my favourite places but this one was just absolutely awful. Ordered takeaway for collection during lockdown, was staying in a nearby hotel. Staff were lovely and efficient when I was collecting and provided lots of sauces etc. However whoever was cooking that night had a bad night. My apparently hot burger was almost white it had zero seasoning. The chips were cold and had hardly any peri peri salt on them. Overall such a disappointment we threw most of it away.

Large venue. Friendly staff. Unappetising food. Long wait. Not impressed. Not many people there. Disappointed as colleagues recommend the restaurant.

This is my neighbourhood Nandos with friendly and helpful staff and off course delicious chicken. The restaurant is spacious and clean, and service was efficient. Didn't wait long to order and didn't wait long for the food to come out. Food was piping hot and delicious. What is also great is that NHS and Emergency staff get 50% discount - credit to a company which gives back so generously to the community and in particular at times like this. Special shout out to Jose who is lovely!

No he estado en Nando en mucho tiempo. Trabajando en Londres esta semana, así que deambulaba por aquí. La comida era excelente, como era de esperar. Sin embargo, el servicio fue excelente, especialmente de Kelly. Ella es un crédito para el equipo aquí. Disfruté mi visita. Definitivamente volveremos.

Another day, another Nando’s. I thought this was ok as it was quite large and airy. In fact, maybe a little too much and they could make more of the space. The food was up to the standard Nando’s offering and service was very quick; in facet before my starter had been finished!

the restaurant has interesting decorations by pipes and metal joints and metal tables. Grilled chicken qulity is very good. There are various types of sauces for your interested taste.

A especialidade é frango assado e gostamos bastante da comida! Um frango inteiro come 2 pessoas super bem, pedimos de acompanhamento fritas e pao de alho! Atendimento otimo! Tivemos a sorte de ser atendido por um brasileiro e isso ajudou muito! Não temos do que reclamar! Voltaria e indico tranquilamente!

I have used many Nando’s across England over the years and this one falls into the average group. I was quickly greeted and seated after which there is relatively little service besides the serving of the food. On this occasion I have to say it was a bit abrupt. The food it self, a half chicken rice and macho peas was fine although the chicken could have and should have been hotter. All in all it’s served its purpose i.e. a reasonably cheap evening meal.

Large and bright restaurant with good service. Quick service.Very reasonable prices for London. Would be on my return list.

OK, esto es parte de una cadena y la comida que se obtiene aquí es la misma que en cualquier otro restaurante de Nando en el Reino Unido, Europa y posiblemente en cualquier otro lugar donde se haya abierto la cadena.

Nandos nunca es una decepción. Me vendieron cuando viví en Londres por un período de 2010, pero mi esposo lo estaba experimentando por primera vez y estaba muy molesto porque solo lo probamos el último día de nuestro viaje. Nandos volveremos.

So I can't particularly comment on the service, but the food is as you would expect in any other Nando's. Ordered from here a number of times, and they seem pretty consistent.

We’ve been to many many Nando’s across the UK but the food in this one is the worst I’ve ever had. Ordered corn on the cob as a side and when it arrived it was burnt, dry and inedible. Sent it back and was given another which was just edible (I guess leftovers from lunchtime) but had been blitzed in the microwave (hotter on the inside). Chicken quarter was small and not a good quality (fatty and veiny).

Nando's is one of my favorite places to eat in the states and the London locations maintained the same great food and atmosphere that I've come to expect. The food was great, the service was friendly, and you can eat quickly or linger if you'd like. The thing I appreciate most about Nando's is how accommodating they are to allergy customers - and how they can actually tell you the ingredients that are in their food. I wish every restaurant was as helpful.

This was our first time in a Nandos and we loved the atmosphere. The cashier was very helpful and friendly, and the choice of sauces was great! We left satisfied!

Frango de churrasco com um toque português. Os molhos "peri-peri" são deliciosos! Várias opções e vinhos portugueses. Preço baixo e muito saboroso.

Attention! Si vous pensez, lorsque vous regardez l'enseigne (coq portugais), que vous allez manger de la nourriture portugaise, détrompez-vous! Il s'agit en fait d'un fast-food avec du poulet. Ce n'était pas mauvais, mais compliqué de s'y retrouver! Le poulet est mariné dans une sauce (Peri-Peri) piquante, ce qui fait que même en commandant de l'extra-mild, le poulet s'avère tout de même un peu piquant. De même, nous n'avons pas compris, l'option "mild" (doux): la serveuse nous a demandé "mangue ou citron?" ??? Qu'est-ce que cela a à voir avec le degré de piquant?

The meal was up to the normal Nando's standards and was well cooked and tasty. I did notice service was a bit slow and I suspect it was a combination of a large number of take out orders and staffing levels.

Entriamo da Nando's consigliati da un amico per poter mangiare qualcosa di "sano" e "poco british"...ordiniamo a portar via due secondi e diversi sides (mini contorni)...per ben 2 volte il ragazzo addetto ci controlla numero d ordine sullo scontrino e portate messe in busta! E sono io a dirgli "manca ancora la bott. d'acqua da mezzo litro" (disponibile solo in vetro a 2.40£ un vero furto). Morale: arriviamo in hotel e manca un contorno, mancano le salse (tipiche di Nando's) che la cassiera ti richiede in cassa quando fai l'ordine! Per la distanza e l'ora tarda abbiamo rinunciato a tornare indietro. Personale poco attento anche nei giorni non affollati!

Llamado para un almuerzo rápido a las 12 del mediodía. Personal disponible para enseñarme una mesa y cómo ordenar su sistema funcionaba. La media de tamaño de pollo seleccionadas con dos lados siendo caliente de col y pan de ajo. El pollo estaba recién preparado, húmedas y buen sabor. Col y pan de ajo bien. Encontramos la fuente de agua para agua y hielo. sigue Factura total de 10 libras. 95 tan tremendo valor para comida rápida de calidad razonable.

De visita en un domingo sobre 2. ta 30:00 h. Lugar estaba prácticamente vacío, así que tuvimos nuestra elección de mesas.

Personal atento y la comida muy rica, casi todo es pollo, pero lo puedes elegir picante o no, la combinaciones que tienen son muy acertadas. Refrescos ilimitados que viene bien si coges picante :-)

Comimos en mi propia en torno a 1715 horas. El restaurante estaba limpio, el personal era amable y la comida llegó rápidamente y era muy agradable.

No sé si es portugués es muy "rip off", pero debería ser. Visitamos a la familia y estaba consternado a ser interrumpidas, 4 de los más indefensos entre los muslos de pollo y unas patatas fritas pocos; esta aparente constituían mi comida y me cobraron...

Este no es un restaurante donde iría por elección, pero probé el menú para grupos adolescente que enviar a Londres en verano. Excelente - esto es lo que les gusta.

Es una cadena portuguesa. El precio es bastante asequible, también es cierto que el plato principal es pollo. Las salsas que tienen para acompañar son variadas y están muy buenas.

Llegamos justo antes de 2. 00 como la hora del almuerzo era interminable, fiebre pero aún así tuvimos que esperar cinco minutos para conseguir mesa aunque éramos las únicas personas en la cola.

La comida aquí es bastante estándar - Oferta el típico nando's. Lo que fue decepcionante el servicio. Espere 20 minutos para la comida y sólo llegó una vez lo pregunté.

Me gusta Nando's - obtienes lo que esperas, no más, no menos. Tuve buen pollo y patatas fritas y agradable humor y pan. Buena cerveza embotellada - cambio de un Nastro Azzurro que por desgracia parece ser convertirse en omnipresente.

Great food at great prices, the service is simple and the food is great. This is great value for money, especially if your looking for a reasonable place to eat in London (at non London prices). Básicamente sólo puedes comer pollo. Distintas variaciones sobre el pollo pero solo eso. No nos acabo de convencer el concepto. Pides en la barra y te traen la comida a la mesa. Ojo con el picante!

Four of us went here for lunch recently. It was not crowded so we were seated immediately. The queue was long for ordering, but our food came quickly. I got the grilled chicken burger and fries. The sandwich was very good. They have bottomless soft drinks which is nice. They also have a variety of sauces that you can try. The restaurant is nothing fancy, but the food is good!

Had four boneless chicken thighs and a glass of wine. Sides were coleslaw and fries. Both sides were great. The chicken was cooked perfectly. It was cooked, but still soft and succulent. The wine was very sharp and expensive for the quality. Guess that teaches me not to order wine at a place like Nandos.Would return again.

I always go to this nandos because of two reasons - its quiet, and therefore the quality of food is better. I've noticed when you go to really busy Nandos the quality is not that great and usually rushed, but a top tip is to go to a quiet one where you know they will take time cooking the food. I've never experienced an issue at this restaurant apart from the staff, where once he came to give the food and did not say a word and walked off - highly unusual for nandos staff. Cannot fault the food though!

We walked into this restaurant because Villandry (the French restaurant down the block) did not have any tables available. What a nice surprise! We had the four boneless chicken thighs with the roasted veggies, coleslaw, sweet potatoes (you must try these) and supergrain (grains, beans, greens and dressing). Excellent food. You can have your chicken from very mild to extremely spicy.

Tired interior, lacks character compared to many other Nando's restaurants that look really good Staff not very attentive, standing around taking to each other, not greeted at the door straight away.When finally greeted the waitress asked me 'is this your wife' when referring to the person I was dining with. A little taken back and had to ask again. She clarified the question and I said 'yes' the waitress replied 'she's beautiful'. A bit inappropriate but we thanked her for the strange dialogue.The waitress then put the 1 menu for 2 people on the table and vanished. So none of the normal service steps follow re what to do when you are ready to order.Ordering the food was good, the server was very good and upselled well.The cutlery had ran out, but had just been washed and left on the counter drying. Again wait staff were standing around chatting and not being attentive. Ended up cleaning / polishing my own cutlery.Food came out quickly and was very good / as expected.Overall experience let down by poor service and decor - food was great thank goodness!

Nando's is completely predictable, like every other Nando's, but that's a good thing when you are tired and just want something to eat. Vegetarian dishes go very well with the sauces, which are tasty and a choice of hotness. And it was the only restaurant still open at that time of night.

I thought it was a reasonable priced nice eating joint. While yes the USP is its peri peri sauce mainly for chicken, as a vegetarian I had enough options and ate well. Beanie burger was good, and so were many sides like garlic bread, corn on cob, creamy mash etc portions are large and they serve quite fast so suggest do not I've order ... Order to share and then take more if you need it. Drinks are bottomless glasses - basically refill as much as you want. Enjoy your visit :)

I visited this evening whilst in London overnight on business. I was eating on my own which can often feel a bit awkward, but the ambience was nice. The food came quickly and was tasty.

The staff were so friendly and service was extremely fast. An affordable delicious meal - well worth a visit.

Tired interior and, although the staff are very attentive, not the best eating experience in the area. They couldn't wait to get our table cleared and us out of the door even though the place was fairly empty at lunchtime.

went here with my work colleagues had a great meal, but I would recommend getting their before 12 o'clock as it get s extremely busy, with the queues out of the door on some days. As with all Nando's this is nothing different.

Buen sitio para cenar. Al principio es un poco confuso porque tienes la carta en la mesa pero tienes que pedir en la caja. Luego te lo llevan a la mesa. También tienes que ir a buscar las servilletas, la bebida y las salsas. La comida está bastante buena, sobretodo el pollo.

Forgot some of my order -frozen yoghurt and almost forgot my drink. Too many people trying to deal with it to the point where just had to sit around and wait for someone to ask me if I ordered something and then going back and forth. Didn't wait around to go through my order - was haphazardly thrown in the bag. Shame...

We like Nando's for lunch; however, I recommend that you order online before leaving the office. You can waste your entire lunch hour waiting in the queue then waiting for your food if you don't order ahead. Portion sizes are good. Food is good and good value for money. Unlike most restaurants in London, you help yourself to your drinks, so can refill your soda.

My daughter and I were ravenous when we visited Nando's, so I'd expect anything to taste great, but my food was horribly bland and the bun my chicken was on was more like chewing on rawhide. My first and last visit.

a parte il fatto che ci hanno chiesto se volevamo qn che parlasse italiano x ordinare, e' arrivato 1 ragazzo del nord che se la stratirava...x la serie non parlo italiano, non riesco piu' a tradurre...ma vergognati va...cmq e' l'ennesima catena di mini fastfoood portoghese..puoi ordinare pollo, le ennesime patatine fritte, 1 risotto simile alla paella ma piu' speziato e piccante,niente olio d'oliva ( nn sanno che cosa sia), solo olio di palma e salse strapiccanti...l'acqua e' gratuita, in brocca. mah, na schifezza e' dir poco

Yes, true story. Seems the boys of One Direction love this place so we just had to visit. Fairly normal chicken-not amazing, but not bad. Just ok.

Visited Friday lunch time, very busy but waitress found us a table, 5 min to wait to order food, food arrived within ten minutes. Really good quality at a very reasonable price, would definitely recommend.

Para quem gosta de frango grelhado e comida apimentada esta é uma ótima opção, pois além da comida ser saborosa, o custo benefício compensa muito. No cardápio, existem opções que servem duas pessoas tranquilamente, como por exemplo o frango desossado, que vem em quatro pedaços e 4 acompanhamentos (a sua escolha).Fomos duas vezes na unidade da Great Porltand (tem em outros bairros também) e nas duas pedimos o frango desossado. Na primeira vez foi com molho de limão e pimenta e na segunda com molho de manga e pimenta. Particularmente gostei mais da opção com molho de limão. Eu e minha esposa gastamos aproximadamente 27 libras (o casal) incluindo as bebidas (refrigerante refil e chá) e gorjeta. Realmente por se tratar de Londres, o custo para um casal não é alto.

Pollo arrosto , cotto al momento che si dvoglie in bocca con la scelta di diversi contorni e salse. Corn on the cob, garlic bread, chicken wrap. Tutto ottimo. This was my first visit in Nandos ever. First i was guided to table but did not notice that i have to make order like in McDonalds...so this is like fast food restaurant. Ok, ordered their new chicken burger with fries. Waiting time was ok but portion itself was not satisfying me. Bread was very hard and whole burger (except chicken) was cold. Surprise for me. Tase of burger was still quite ok, chicken very good. But thinking quality/cost ratio, would not select this second time. Also portion itself was rather small.

It was my first time going here i looked at the menu and was very very confused. there was no waiters so ask so i went up to the employee at ordering place which was deserted of customers so he could have easily informed me how it worked, its not like he was busy, he just wasn't bothered. No staff training. i thought it was a very rude and insulting way to behave towards a new customer. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in this overly complicated glorified fast food "restaurant". Since i was with a group i got a chicken pitta it was tasty but overall it was just a run of the mill pitta. The free drink refills was a big plus.

The usual Nando's fare but the restaurant is big and lots of tables. Not a lot more to say really. Really close to the hotel and easy to go and get a quick bite

Nando's é um restaurante especializado em carne de frangos, seus pratos são otimos, contam com várias opções de molhos deliciosos, possui um atendimento bom, um ambiente confortável e acolhedor para almoçar ou jantar com os amigos ou família, e jogar uma boa conversa fora.

Prior to our family trip to London, a dear friend made one request days before our departure: "You must go to Nando's." As luck would have it, the Great Portland Street Nando's was blocks away from our hotel. I'm happy to report that it absolutely lives up to the hype. We ordered 15 medium wings - not too hot, not too mild, just right. We also had four different salads (Avocado, Caesar, Mediterranean, and Mixed Leaf) and they were all fresh and tasty, and a nice contrast to the spicy peri-peri sauce. Then include a Butterfly Burger, corn, and drinks, and we fed a party of 5 for a very reasonable £64. The combo of self-serve and waited service was made less confusing by the friendly hostess. After seating us, she explained straight away that we would have to place our order and get our own soft drinks, but a waiter would serve our meal and alcoholic beverages. He also stopped by mid-meal to see how we were doing. Seating was rustic and comfortable, and I was quite fond of the oil paintings on display. It didn't feel fast food at all. The lights were even dimmed a bit while we dined. Immediately following our meal, I messaged our friend: "Done. And delicious!"

What can I say, it was standard fast food. Chips not great. Liked the space, but when I wiped the table with a napkin because I had spilt some water, paint and rust came off - not very impressed.

When I'm in England, I always visit Nando's. This time was no different and this Nando's was the closest to our location so we went here with a big group of men. The food (spicy chicken) was good as always, free refill, prices are very reasonable and service was good (some personnel even spoke Portuguese). Recommendable for a spicy and cheap but tasty meal!

This Nandos confused us to begin with. It is an order at the counter and the waiter delivers food but self collection of drinks unless they are alcoholic drinks but a waiter shows you to your table.Anyway, food was good, you collect your own sauces and napkins and straws from a side table, which keeps you occupied. We came away happy and well fed so it must be okay but I am sure it will confuse and bother some people as it is a sort of mixed style restaurent.

Siamo andate per provare la famose alette. Buone ma per le ragazze un po' piccanti. Pollo servito in vari modi. Il personale non ci ha molto aiutato nella scelta, comunque le porzioni sono nella media e tutto sommato buono

This is one of my favorite styles of quick food restaurant. You order and pay at the counter and they bring the food to your table. We were concerned that the chicken might be too spicy, but we ordered the mild and it was tasty, but not at all hot. The sides were good, fries were hot and crispy, cole slaw without too much mayonnaise and the salad crisp and fresh. Stay away from the corn on the cob, overcooked and starchy. Food arrived quickly. 20 pounds for a complete dinner for two in London. Not gourmet, but it hit the spot.
