Great pub - it has everything: lots of space, nice garden area and a cosy snug by the bar. The stars of the show are the incredible freshly made pizzas and a brilliant selection of Welsh beers & ales! Also, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed visiting - definitely worth a stop if you are in Dolgellau... or anywhere nearby :-)

Very nice cafe /restaurant in the town centre. The place is always spotless, staff are great and the food top notch. Don't be fooled by the ' Light Bites ' section they are very large portions you will not be disappointed. Also the prices are very reasonable. I have never stayed here so can't comment on the rooms.

Over to visit my mum & decided to call into the Raven. Traditional looking pub with lots of car parking & outside area for drinking etc. very friendly staff. Traditional pub menu with some added specialities like ribs etc that I will order next time. A good selection on the menu & the food was presented well, tasted great & portion sizes were very good & I could not clear my plate! I really recommend the Raven.

The best matcha place ever!! Super fresh and the place is amazing. I genuinely go to this place because the staff are wonderful, the man that works there always brings me joy with his energy, they’re very friendly. If I had the chance I would probably be there everyday!

Despite a stiff breeze and a heavy downpour on the back 9, I fully intend to go and play the course. I thoroughly recommend it. The greens were well paced for April, some with tricky slopes and run offs around the edges to navigate. There are some good ups and downs, adding to the general challenge, buggys were available, I believe. There are great views on offer, as the club rightly advertises. I played in one of the club's opens and the £35 entry fee was great value for the course you get to play. I got a very friendly and helpful welcome from the ladies on the reception desk. There 's a great clubhouse, (including a spike bar) with a good choice of reasonably priced food and drinks. The car park was full up when I arrived as there was a busy competition on, so be prepared on busy days to park over the road on a grassy area which the golf club also owns. Roll on the next time I play there!
