Great little coffee shop on the out skirts of Cardiff !! Staff are always very friendly and welcoming… coffee hot and delicious Cakes fresh and delicious

No matter how many gentrified cafes that open close by, this place stays a genuine and strong locals favorite. Queues most lunchtimes show how good it is. Work vans and students a plenty. The sort of place a “tik-tok” food reviewer would lose their mind over. Had the hot roast baguette on Tiger bread roll. Sourdough and normal baguette also available.

Nice to walk into a pub and it be clean and tidy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Happy to give recommendation’s for local places to eat as their kitchen isn’t currently open. Although looking to open later this year. Looking forward to going back and trying the food. Great to hear talks about up and coming charity events here.

Over priced unhealthy snacks. All premade which are reheated. Cakes unappealing. Best thing on the menu, toast. Though you can take your dog in there.

Amazingly friendly place, very happy and helpful staff including the management and the food is out of this world! Myself, my family, friends and team frequent this place a few times a week. Highly recommended!

In the heart of Whitchurch village. Nice atmosphere.

Had a great experience here. Celebrated a birthday so there was 11 of us dining and can say the food came out all together and piping hot!! Very affordable establishment and the manager- Jade made our visit very hospitable. Can’t wait to return

Wedding venue recommendation!! Well where can I begin!! What a fantastic day we had, from the very beginning of booking with the village hotel the communication was spot on. No question was too silly to ask and I felt that my wishes were being listened to wholeheartedly. Sue and Kieran were fabulous and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy throughout the day engaging with our guests not just ourselves. The food was to die for and pipping hot, great portions and food service went without a hitch! The evening turn around was seamless also and the room looked fantastic again! We've had so many positive comments of our day with not one fault being found, people will remember our wedding with fond memories and the village hotel played a big part in that! Thank you so much from the bottom of our heart for making our wedding day so special! I would not hesitate recommending you to book your special day here also ! Call here every week around 12 oclock, there are no custard slices, surely it would be better to make more, bought 2 vanilla slices instead, not very nice synthetic cream and rick hard pastry, will not be buying these again.

It's an ASDA... It is what it is. Points for clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking.
