Call here every week around 12 oclock, there are no custard slices, surely it would be better to make more, bought 2 vanilla slices instead, not very nice synthetic cream and rick hard pastry, will not be buying these again.

Great food and selection but the older lady (appears to be the boss) is incredibly rude. I wanted a decaffeinated cappuccino with oat milk, and 3 separate savory/sweet items but only told her the drink order to begin with (I didn't want to overwhelm her). She tells me how much the drink was and then huffed at me when i requested the food items. Calm down love, it's a bank holiday weekend. Chill out. Harder days are ahead of you compared to what I just put you through.

Can’t believe this establishment has a 5 hygiene it should definitely be reviewed, the dirt left in this place once closed is unbelievable. The grime on the machines , you can see it all through the windows , the crumbs left all over the table tops and floor , the cup rings left where people have spilt and nobody has cleaned, ,the food left out over night . Would never eat here ever, Walked in and walked straight out.

Never thought I’d opt for a lunch ‘special’ here while looking for somewhere to eat in Rhiwbina. BUT, wow, lovely paninis ( my sister said the best she’d tasted ), gorgeous cakes and drink - all for £3.50 meal deal! Say in the window looking out and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Not to be missed!

Often come here while in area ,they have a seating area inside and outside , so I take a newspaper ,buy a coffee for £1 and sit down and relax. The pastries and cakes are popular , they also do sandwiches and rolls . With friendly staff and a seating area gives this place a nice cafe feel

This seems to be shut , what a shame was really looking forward to eating here. Other catering at St Fagans not the same and is like catering anywhere

Everything feshly made to order, very busy at lunchtime with a queue but this speaks for itself. They load the sandwiches and baquettes as much as possible, so good portions

As chains go, Costa Coffee isn't too bad (great choc brownies!) but they need hot chocolate-making lessons at this particular branch. My drink was pathetically weak and, ironically, not half as nice as the hot chocolate I later bought from one of their Costa Express dispensing machines - in Asda. The only time ever I've ever praised a hot drinks machine. Come on Costa! Make all the drinks properly.

The food was ok, not as good as any other Nando’s that I’ve been to. However there were flies everywhere constantly trying to get into the food or drinks. The second member of staff that we told offered to move us to a table near the door and free desserts, however 2/3 of us had finished our food. Not good enough for a newer Nando’s.

NB: This restaurant is now called Dubai Nights. I do not know whether it is the same ownership/management/staff as Sultan, the previous business's name, but at least the business now has a very good council hygiene rating.
