Como local que ha dejado el Reino Unido, esta es mi primera vez aquí. Disfruté de un desayuno completo, y la calidad era genial. Las porciones eran enormes, y el servicio de un amable joven miembro del personal era profesional y cálido. Sin duda volveré de nuevo! Gracias.

Food items were average to good and priced well.

The food here is fairly good, they just need to get good staff - staff here just don't care in anyway. Maybe it comes from the top? As haven't met anyone here who is even average in a customer facing role. - Eaten here twice, visited for coffee twice and left once because of the staffs attitude. Won't be back.

I had lunch here alone today while I was waiting for my boyfriend, the staff were so lovely and even though it was very busy they were kind and attentive - shout out Lee who’s lovely! I had the cappuccino, the non alc Bloody Mary and the meaty muffin stack, all of which were 10/10. Will be back tomorrow for brunch with bf in tow!

Experienced a lovely stay at the Poncanna Inn. The room was small but it had everything. We will be staying there again as it’s so convenient for the city centre. Brilliant.

The halfway hotel had a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A great selection of drinks and food available at decent prices.

went for sunday lunch - would have liked more veg, beef was a bit tough, lamb was very fatty. Probably wouldn't go back, not recommended.

Nice cozy place with comfy chairs...lots of coffee options...lots of muffins, cakes, croissants, etc. as well as sandwiches! Lovely staff! Dog friendly!

Amazing rooms, very spacious and romantic! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with my partner, and I’m looking forward to staying again. I’m unsure about the negative reviews, as our stay was so perfect! It was nice to not have staff around as it made it feel more private and cosy for my partner and I!

NB: This restaurant is now called Dubai Nights. I do not know whether it is the same ownership/management/staff as Sultan, the previous business's name, but at least the business now has a very good council hygiene rating.

Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. El café más amable en Pontcanna! Llamamos al nuevo terreno el domingo pasado. El servicio y la comida eran excepcionales! Tom fue excepcional, asegurando que todo nuestro grupo estuviera sentado juntos, era tan complaciente. Todo el personal es genial, pero hay una joven encantadora con el pelo rubio que siempre es tan amable también! ¡No puedo esperar para volver!
