Amazing service and brilliant atmosphere created by Jo. Little Archie collecting empty glasses was an absolute dream!! What a fantastic pub!

Landlord and landlady were as helpful as anything. Nothing was to much trouble. Excellent night's of music for all, especially Ska. I recommend to everyone.

Service was five star everything was great but even though the dinner was tasty there's not enough of it . Sunday dinners was being carried past us with massive Yorkshire pudding . Was almost disappointed. Sorry guys.

Esto puede haber sido uno de los pocos, pero por desgracia el servicio el día que fui era realmente malo. Sentado durante 15 minutos antes de que se tomara la orden, si mi café se hubiera traído mientras la mitad se había derramado, mi compañero ordenó salmón y huevos escalfados en tostadas - se le dieron huevos escalfados en tostadas con rodajas de salmón en un tazón a un lado, fue terrible. Mientras comía a la chica, dejó caer cada taza y plato que recogió, que duró unos 10 minutos, y para colmo intentaron cobrarme de más al salir. Como he dicho, puede haber sido excepcional si tenían poco personal o lo que sea, es una pena, ya que nunca volveré basándome en mi experiencia. Diré que pensé que una ventaja era la comida, era agradable

If I could give minus I sure would. Absolutely shocking and will never ever ever return! Rude bar staff and then comes along the most arrogant ‘big headed’ manager that thinks he’s bigger and better than everyone else who thinks he has the god given right to shout at you and make you feel so small (didn’t work sorry better luck next time) Shocking customer service honestly do not waste your time or money I mean it, spend it somewhere decent who hire staff that are approachable and who are trained properly. By the looks of all other reviews whoever types the replies for this awful pub has an answer for everything and it always seems to be the customers fault never the pubs fault, no accountability what so ever..

Asistió a este pub para una fiesta de compromiso y el personal era absolutamente increíble! Cada vez que fui al bar el personal estaba allí! ¡No importa lo ocupado que estuviera siempre había alguien ahí para servirte! ¡Y de una manera tan atenta! WOW! FairPlay estaba ocupado y ya sabes cuando los bares están ocupados tienes que esperar, pero lo tenían demasiado abajo! ¡Te atendieron en segundos y con la actitud más personal hacia el cliente! ¡Me encantó! Hice mi noche el personal era increíble! Mared Angharad Angus Jade y Jas eran todos maravillosos y un activo absoluto también este pub voy a volver muy pronto un placer absoluto gracias chicos 100% cómo un pub debe ser dirigido!

We had a Christmas lunch in our go venue for this time of year.

Chai latte delicious. Colouring for kids. High chairs available. Loyalty app. Always drink specials like pumpkin pie latte or something festive for example. Can get very busy at weekends and you may not get a seat indoors. Small outdoor seating but very close to busy road.

Since there is no staff, if you have a problem it may not be resolved quickly, but I didn't have one, so everything was great. A large and bright room, well heated with a radiator and a also very good bathroom with all the bathroom products available. If I return to Cardiff I would repeat.

NB: This restaurant is now called Dubai Nights. I do not know whether it is the same ownership/management/staff as Sultan, the previous business's name, but at least the business now has a very good council hygiene rating.

Lo recomiendo encarecidamente. El café más amable en Pontcanna! Llamamos al nuevo terreno el domingo pasado. El servicio y la comida eran excepcionales! Tom fue excepcional, asegurando que todo nuestro grupo estuviera sentado juntos, era tan complaciente. Todo el personal es genial, pero hay una joven encantadora con el pelo rubio que siempre es tan amable también! ¡No puedo esperar para volver!
