45 miute wait for an omelette & fish and chips, table beside us arrived after us & were served their food before us. We queried this & were told it was a printer problem, then told there was no record of our order. There were pigeon feathers lying around which is unhygienic & we asked for them to be removed. They weren't. Anyway my elderly companion wanted to speak to a manager & a young man in a white shirt appeared. He was defensive & extremely rude and had no idea how to deal with us. Infact he refused to deal with us, flounced & stomped his way off to get the general manager. She appeared with a much better manner but unfortunately too little too late. I told her we were leaving, would not be paying for our drinks & we would not return. Appalling customer service & sadly not the first time. We went to Cafe Source Too instead & thoroughly enjoyed it!

Walked down alot of steps to the toilet only to find a combination on it. Zero signs to tell you this as you are walking there. Had to walk all the way back to queue to ask for the number. Very simple to sort and do better for your customers.

went in with a friend and got soup and bagels, the bagel was quite disappointing and definitely overpriced for the size of it. Was also embarrassed , after being told to leave about 5 minutes after finishing our food by staff. It was busy but there was no need to be told we had to leave, not even being asked if we were ordering anything else or being told in the beginning that we needed to be out s certain time. Wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting to chill and have a conversation.

I ordered a cake for the next day thinking that they would make it fresh but the quality of the base is very bad it is very hard like a rock. The upper layer specially is rock solid and the cake itself is very sweet but tasteless. Never again very disappointed paid £35 for this rubbish.

I was here over a year ago and disappointed..thought would give another try. I won't be back ! They are still selling scones which are really burnt rock cakes ! This time I went for iced gingerbread. Not great. Dry and underwhelming..coffee average...shocked at price of cake and coffee ! This place has never improved...clearly they don't read reviews 😒 we deserve better produce and service ! Let your feet do walking..plenty of other coffee places to choose from..

Un excelente servicio en un ambiente peculiar y un café mediocre hacen de este un lugar decente para una parada en boxes. ¡Es bastante oscuro por dentro, así que no esperes hacer una lectura detallada!

A lovely wee cafe. We ordered a chicken and pesto panini and the turkey bacon and waffles. Both were gorgeous. The staff were super friendly and the care itself is lovely.

Mi hija, nieto y yo tuvimos el brunch aquí ayer, usamos un vale Itison (£ 5 para el brunch) Bebimos huevos Benedict, una tetera y un café. El personal era muy acogedor y mi pequeño nieto de 16 meses fue cálidamente recibido también, arropado en tostadas y nutella. Recomendamos totalmente el restaurante, es muy contemporáneo, el menú principal se ve muy bien con un montón de opciones.

Back yesterday at coffe club best place about locally for decent fresh food wee had xmas meal and it was amazing Turkey was too die for all in all food was delicious defo be bk soon the staff are very friendly and welcoming always take time out too check alls good considering how buzy it is merry xmas guys 🤩
