lemo & ginger tea was just a cup of hot water/no bad added, gravy was missing from the scotch pie and chips, chocolate fudge brownie one was strawbery and sons illergic, bacon added instead potato scone in create own breakfast and son hates bacon. Meal was complete mess also the brown sauce packets bought where missing.

Total joke even leaving a note asking to double check items I’m missing half my order clearly your employees should need retrained on how to read a delivery slip food that did come was disgusting never again AVOID THIS PLACE !!

One item of food was missing, I asked for scrambled egg - Recieved fried. Asked for an item to be took out of the meal due to the person not liking peas, still recieved peas. Food was freezing cold and had to reheat all items up in microwave. Really disappointed.

Morrisons Cafe's are the best supermarket cafe ever. Great food. Staff are always friendly and a good selection of food / drinks on offer on the menu. Would Highly recommend. On this trip at the Greenock Cafe I had a creat your own breakfast and another day I had a scottish breakfast. Food was lovely and hot and fresh. Very tasty sausages and mushrooms. Will highly recommend Morrisons Cafe to anyone.

Wrong food delivered. Ordered a full English breakfast and got potato scone instead of hash browns. Also ordered bacon egg and cheese muffins and got sausage instead of bacon.no communication about changes. Not a happy customer

Usually good but not today! Cold food on arrival, yellow water pouring out of scrambled egg to the point the bag was wet and soggy, bacon was barely cooked and rubbery and toast was soggy cold bread with no butter. Very disappointing

Missing hot chocolate and received fried egg as opposed to poached egg as requested. as expecred with nust eat, no shch thing as a full complete order. at least the food is nice and well cooked

The staff are great. The trouble is that management have cut things drastically and therefore there are often long waits, not able to provide a variety of things and due to poor staffing levels the staff that are there are run off their feet and have to put up with all the complaints.

2 times I have ordered from here and half of the food is always missing.

I ordered an Ultimate Breakfast. What I was sent was an Ultimate Scottish Breakfast, AND there was no bacon in it. I love Morrison's breakfasts, but you keep sending Scottish versions instead of the UK one. I don't really like slice, but I'll settle for it instead of sausages. However, I really dislike potato scones, whereas I love the hash browns. You don't do this when I'm in the store restaurant, but you seem to think you can send out the wrong breakfast just because I can't do anything about it. That's why I've successfully applied for a refund for this order. This is my only meal of the day, and for you to cut corners - again - out of sheer laziness is fair enough once, maybe twice, but not on 75% of orders.

didn't get the right breakfast. got two ultimate Scottish rather than one Scottish and the other regular. sauce from beans were all over the bag because they were on their side. didn't get sauce sachets we paid for either

Chips were overdone and could break teeth with the black pudding. I appreciate being busy, but wouldn't embarrass myself serving those chips, poor.

Tinfoil used to cover hot drinks rather than a lid so it leaked all over the bag. Food was cold and tasteless.

Lorne sausage was ok, toast was OK, tattie scones undercooked, tomato undercooked, poached egg overcooked by about 10 minutes, no idea what happened to the mushroom but was inedible, mocha was bowfing, won't be back.

My hot drink was missing 2nd time in a row. First time I just applied for refund, this time I tried to call store and was given another number and couldn't wait in the queue. Maybe double check orders before they leave I don't want just eat thinking I'm doing something suss!

I was given delivery time of 13.30-13.55 - kept changing. Over and hour later food delivered COLD, had to reheat :-(

Ordered scrambled eggs, got fried

ordered a full scottish breakfast with extras, a side salad and a veggie tea for two. breakfast was nice, but the toast was missing, they only sent the extra one ordered. the salad was fresh but the dressing was pure vinegar and unfortunately made it inedible. the tea for two was a huge ripoff, however! the 'selection of sandwiches and cakes" for £15 was 1 and 1/2 sandwiches cut in quarters, a single slice of lemon drizzle cake cut in halves, two 1x2inch flapjack bars, two fruit scones, two clotted cream and two jam plus two tea bags and white sugar.

Slice isn't cooked and the bacon looks right out the packet somebody can't cook

Would not order again, had no update letting me know how long or why it was taking so long. Didn't give me option to cancel or I would have. Far too long a wait.

Im leaving a review for lorna me and my mum we”re in today , shes the most sweetest women shes so kind and caring when being in a work place shes a star 🌟 and the food is always so fresh it was lovely but lorna always gives it 100% she was a wee diamond x

Food is enjoyable, cafe was a bit chilly. Lorna gave 110% service as usual she is non stop with serving customers, cleaning tables, serving food and going and getting stock from shopfloop but still makes time to interact with the customers she is the reason I keep returning puts a smile on your face everytime.

Food cold missing tomatoes and mushrooms paying this money for 2 ultimate breakfasts expected better!

Roast beef and yorkshire pudding wrap with chips and gravy was delicious.

ordered 6 southern fried chicken goujons, a fishfinger sandwich and afternoon tea for 2. the chickn was disgusting. completely dried out as if it had been reheated over and over. inedible. the fishfinger sandwich was good, but the coleslaw was missing and overall it definitely wasn't worth the £8. the afternoon tea came with (small loaf) 3 sandwich halves with cheese filling and 2 sandwich halves with prawn, 2 1/2 slices of cake, 2 brownies, 2 scones, 2 jam, 2 clotted cream and 2 bags of tea. the cakes and scones were nice, but the sandwiches had started to dry out as if they had sat premade since at least the morning (i ordered in the afternoon). all in all, quite below par for the amount of money i spent. (£28 in total)

Online ordering - out of order Cold drinks machine - out of order Hot drinks machines- out of order Orange juice machine - out of order Was waiting for 15 min with nobody serving then just went to Tesco cafe. This place has went downhill over the last 6 month nothing is getting repaired. We have been every weekend for a long time but can’t even get a hot drink now.

I hate to complain, but unlike other times from you, my fish batter was really soggy. The fish was good, but it really needs crispy batter to make it outstanding. Cheers.

Good decent breakfast although it ended up around £18 for two of us, portion was decent and the food was good. Only complaint with the food was that the mushroom was very watery, possibly steamed rather than fried? The cafe itself was fairly clean. No condiments on show they where brought over to your table along with your meal and your cutlery (I guess people where stealing them)

Paid for still water 99p. It’s 65p from the meal deal aisle. Cafe never had any after we’d paid. Rather than take one from the floor, they offered tap water instead. Poor Customer Service. Kids only eat free from the main menu, not breakfasts.

My review is UNFAIR, because I was spoiled by Little Chef breakfasts when that chain used to exist. So I tried a Morrison breakfast: Beef Lorne sausage (yuk), Heinz beans (yuk), bacon leathery, potato scone (scorched one side, uncooked the other, mushroom & tomato barely cooked. Egg okay. Definitely NOT a Little Chef breakfast. I would pay £15 to get that back.

Had a long wait for food, but Isobelle at the front counter was very cheerful and lovely, offered us free tea and coffee while we waited, and made our overall experience a lot better!

Been there few times with my family. Good food and service 😊 affordable price as well

Staff very nice and food good a lot better than the one in Aberdeen and Dundee
