The best bar in the Merchant City, run by dedicated staff, Steven, Hugo et al, very hard working young men. Great ambience and a safe place to have a bevy abd to relax.

Terrible place staff realy ignorant.

The first time I went to the ark I was ecstatic to find the service was on point. I want to say one server in particular helped out so much. Not only was he happy to help he was also available. Special shout out to Andy or Andrew for the service. He was a real one.

We went with family for the first time at the weekend as we were visiting from England. They had raved about the place, with good reason! Friendly, helpful staff, fantastic food (it was lunch time) we all had different things but all were of a high standard. It was a cosy, friendly environment. Reasonably priced. Couldn’t ask for more.

Harry and Ben were amazing! Great service, went over and above for myself and my party to ensure we have a fabulous experience. Great pub, great atmosphere, amazing evening! Thank you

Good drinks, music good and at a level you can have a conversation and I enjoyed the variety of music too. Don’t bother with food; haggis bon bons, Bruschetta were tasteless; the nachos were awful; processed squeezy cheese and passable salsa…not good. I will definetly return for drinks.

Never tried the food but honestly I was here all the time 5 years ago screaming Davis mibby ring a bell but noo the staff are shocking so cheeky horrible play would have recommended it back then but noo not a chance in hell terrible place never again staff are so horrible place is dead no one in there go anywhere else

The Receptionist lady started Filming us on her phone as we were on our way out after having paid for an expensive meal. She was using her iPhone to film us. I asked the manager politely for the name of the receptionist in order to raise an official complaint however this request was denied. The receptionist holds a video of me and my partner on her phone which is unacceptable. We are not in any way celebrities and we're just enjoying a nice meal together. This is illegal behaviour and we have been left shaken by this incident.

The weather was frightful and I needed to get out of the house. I had some writing to do and I was allowed to sit and write and enjoy a fantastic breakfast and a wonderful dessert after a couple of hours of writing. It was relatively quiet as I imagine not many wanted to venture outside in the snow and rain. Anita was incredibly attentive, polite and very kind. I highly recommend this establishment if you're looking for great food at affordable prices plus, an added bonus, they're pet friendly and even have pet bowls for food and water and pet menus available - incredible! 💗

Had a lovely lunch in Rhoderick Dhu today ,, shout out for Bobe & Declan in kitchen food was lovely, &Daryl at the bar serving was very attentive to customers, another guy who was very good to didn’t catch his name, lovely wee place to go a nice atmosphere.

Very surprised by excellent service here by Fraser. Very welcoming and attentive will definitely be back.
