The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Portobello / Craigmillar Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh and Lothian

We stopped here for lunch after doing a bike tour. The food was excellent and the presentation with edible flowers was beautiful!

Excellent beach front food outlet.

Like another review mentioned, you get very small portions of coffee here while the prices are quite high. It's very much a modern hip Edinburgh cafe but out in Portobello. The staff we interacted with was really nice, and the layout was good. Has baby changing facilities, which is always a plus. Around £35 for two small coffees, two brownies, and two toasties, which is normal Edinburgh rates, tbh but still quite costly.

Una pequeña tienda de delicatessen con un stock interesante, pero me sorprendió un poco la ausencia de precauciones de covid, así que no volveré a entrar; tienes que confiar mucho en los minoristas de alimentos en tiempos de covid, pero si no se molestan en hacerlo use una cara que cubra en un espacio tan pequeño y confinado, ¿qué más no se está haciendo?

We try to visit the Little Green Van whenever we visit Portobello to walk along the beach with our dog. Great coffee (offers several options of non dairy milk) and always a great selection of cakes. Opted for the vegan carrot cake which was delicious. Expect to queue, but worth it. They offer dog biscuits and cushions for using for sitting on the prom wall.

I had not been back for a long time, so nice to see the place having been done up. Seems to be more tv screens. A better drinks selection and nice outside area for when the weather allows. Hopefully be back again soon

We just went to this beautiful place that finally reopened a couple of months ago. The location is spectacular, the staff very nice and the food very good! You can also get drinks and share a cutting board or something else as an aperitif, which we Italians really like to do. :) Absolutely recommended.

Encantador lugar para tomar un excelente desayuno, la comida es deliciosa y el queso y el tocino de beicon son excelentes.

Closed for holidays, no info online. Zero respect for customers.

Quick pop in for early evening supper… King’s 🍤 prawns 🦐 in tempura - simply delicious 😋 I recommend this place to all my friends 👌

Avoid foid not heated long enough ,stock always low ,service slow ,not given full order,had to request glasses as well ,And not for first time ,closes 7pm 5.30 pm most tables cleaned and ordered off not allowed to sit ,they are in rush to close ,small tables that where left dirty had to ask to ge cleaned 6.10 pm light off and shutter down for the toasties ,the thing about it ,costa in next say go over to this shop as they close earlier ,avoid this shop

My very young children and I had a shocking experience with the manager at this store today after being sorely misunderstood then treated like animals; we walked away genuinely floored at the way we had been treated, and physically pushed out of the store. In hindsight I regret not standing my ground and waiving my rights in the power-hungry lion’s face. I will be delighted to never return nor give our recommendation to any friends or family. So long, Hotel Chocolat.

Good local greggs, good usual food & cakes, good coffee. Seating in there, but normally busy. Staff need to open the locked toilet door for you. The toilet wasn't that clean. the floor was wet with toilet paper lying about. Staff do their best, always helpful.
