Found staff helpful bought 4 pies good tasting shell pastry a bit thick otherwise a very tasty snack.

Alexander's bakery has been my local baker for years and it has always been excellent. The rolls are great,the cakes and doughnuts are superb and the pies,bridies etc are again great and also good for ordering large orders in advance.

Good selection of fresh pies, sausage rolls, cakes, buns and morning rolls with a takeaway or sit-in service for hot food next door.

Excellent hidden jewel of a bakery. This has delicious pastries without it being overly too sweet. This bakery is much better than Greggs!

El ambiente era terrible, el personal era maleducado y no interesados en comunidad o vecinos parece que piensan que pueden hacer lo que quieran y descarado, cuando les preguntamos por la frescura de carnes.

Este lugar está bien, pero un par de veces parece haber cerrado sin ninguna razón aparente. La comida está bien, pero de todas maneras todo parece tener algún tipo de grasiento bruma aceitosa.

Alexanders is a local family-run bakery which has been around as long as we (the denizens of the dark spot on the map known as Magdalene) can all remember. With the recent addition of a café - of course primarily supplied by the original bakery - it's hard to beat. Lovely food by lovely people, freshly made every day and served with a smile.
