All staff chatting on arrival. Directed to any table had to ask if we order or someone comes for order. Placed order had to ask about my drink to be told swiftly I’ll get it to then continue to take someone else’s order before finishing mine. Food was really not up to scratch. Will defo not recommend this place anymore appauling service

We arrived on a late ferry from Oban and drove through the dark on single lane roads to get to Dervaig. Lucky for us we had programmed the location in our GPS because signal on the island is spotty at best. We arrived exhausted and hungry and the staff at the Bellachroy took excellent care of us, even letting us use their landline to contact our BnB. The food was excellent, the ambiance was super friendly. Our waitress was the best, and we laughed so much with her and the customers in the next table.

Ignored by staff. Was interested in picking my own assortment, but ended up with pre bagged. Small pieces, but perhaps that is better. Larger would be too much. No where near the Belgium quality. Nice local shop, so happy to support. Not sure if it's worth returning. Supermarket sweets are better.

My daughter and I were staying close by and had been to the Crannog Centre earlier so this was our Dinntea (between dinner n tea) so were quite hungry .Picked a table with lovely view and friendly waiting staff took our order .Pleased to see it wasn't a massive menu as that means better quality fresher food .We had 2x veggie haggis(McSweens) sides of home made chips n massive onion rings .Ate the lot bar an onion ring and portions aren't wee lol Not the cheapest meal but was worth it for the setting n amount of food we got .Will be back soon( only live 11/2 hrs away) after we have been up Ben Lawers ,no doubt that'll work up a good appetite lol

We hadn't been here in a long time and visited recently. I'm pleasantly surprised to say. The place was still cosy, with a supper room/sun room extension having been added, which added an airy freshness to the establishment. ( The toilets also had been modernised, which had been badly needed) The place, although busy, was welcoming, and the staff were all very pleasant. Food was ordered from a blackboard menu at the bar. The menu was not extensive but had something to suit all tastes. Service was quick, and the food was tasty. It was not overly expensive either,

I visited today for Easter Sunday with my other half. We were absolutely Hank Marvin, so went for the peel farm breakfast, it was lovely. Although my partner asked for an extra item and it wasn’t delivered. It was quite cold, they had a massive log fire which wasn’t on, it would have been nice if it was. It seemed that the English lady was the only one really doing the work, she was very friendly and helpful. A charm in a small place! We had a wander around outside, met the friendly goat- I think he fancied my partner as he started screaming when we walked away - what a cutie! A lovely place and will be back soon, but it needs some heat as was quite chilly this morning!

Went for lunch but the place was closed. No sign at the end of the road to say so. It looks as if it could be closed for quite a while yet. Very disappointing. Signs to say closed and for how long at the end of the road would be helpful.
