THE best coffee in Derry!! I actually asked if they have the best coffee and the answer was if you don’t like it - come back and we’ll prove it!!! What a fun place!!!

This looks lovely and has a nice vibe. The food however was disappointing. The full breakfast consisted of reheated, shrivelled meat. The pancakes were dry and cold and burnt. The coffee was decent but generally we were very disappointed, waste of money I’m afraid.

Group of us had dinner in Quaywest on a busy Saturday night. Got our table on time @8pm for a group of nine. Two minutes after we eere seated , server was hovering around table. Not a bad complaint necessarily,but waited nearly twenty five minutes on drinks order, had to ask several times to see where they were. Food was good . However asked for extra Marie Rose sauce when starter was sever and was given a dirty look and it never arrived.

This is a wee gem a little bit out from the city centre. I met Patricia herself this morning! She and the staff were so warm and welcoming. Bright quayside cafe with space for yourself and yet attentive staff. I had porridge which was great and the coffee was divine. I hope to be back!

Great pub music brilliant BUT there’s a camera in the ladies toilets… what’s that about??? Take the camera out it’s unnerving

The staff are always friendly and professional. Nothing is ever a problem to them. Also the options for ceoliacs is fantastic and well presented on the menu. The food is also consistently good

2 hours 45 minutes for 2 drinks starter and main. Restuarent was unorganised. Staff not writing orders down and took 40 minutes to get a bottle of wine we asked for. Had to ask 3 different staff for it

Amazing food! Friendly service and pet friendly. The exchange was super clean and lovely decor throughout. Would highly recommend visiting!

Me and my partner always goes here when im visiting home. Best buns and sausage rolls u could ever ask for. Everything is so delicious and reasonable prices as well.

Served by a very courteous amd polite trainee barista on our visit in July.. Nero should be proud of this member of staff as service is what makes or breaks a ln experience.
