We really wanted to find a locals pub with live music. Didn’t fancy the touristy bars in the centre. This was one of the friendliest bars we found on our tour of Ireland. Great atmosphere and live music on the Friday night we visited. Couldn’t fault our night in here. Superb Guinness. Many thanks to the staff and locals for a memorable night.

Brilliant place. Customer service way better than mcginleys next door. Don’t go to mcginleys for hot food. Go to the collon cafe!

Only getting around to writing this now but went here Saturday 2nd November and I already can’t wait to go back!! The staff here are so lovely. I didn’t catch her name but our server was an absolute gem. She knew the menu, offered great recommendations, and cared about guest feedback, she also brought our food to the table (tall, blond) the food was outstanding and the prices were great for the huge portion I had the daube of beef which was exceptional!! Cannot recommend enough the service really made our dining experience special. Thank you dalys bar!

This looks lovely and has a nice vibe. The food however was disappointing. The full breakfast consisted of reheated, shrivelled meat. The pancakes were dry and cold and burnt. The coffee was decent but generally we were very disappointed, waste of money I’m afraid.
