My order is a decaf cappuccino oat milk. This my second review in a couple of weeks. As I got a half cup of froth the last time asked the server to let the milk "settle". They tried. They did however say that oat milk is froth and " not a lot we can do with this". Not good customer service and this is someone training a new member of staff!! Another cup of not hot enough half froth served. I get a perfect order from an other coffee shop so will not be going back.

Popped in to buy a take out scone. There were only 3 left & the server said they were waiting on more coming in. I asked for a raisin & also asked if they were ‘bought in’ & she said no they’re made by the chef on the premises. But she just told me they were waiting on more coming in??? Perhaps it was the wrong choice of words ?? Anyway the scone may as well have been ‘plain’ there was 1 raisin in it, yes 1!!! Plus it was very dry. I prefer scones ‘home made’ perhaps this was, but certainly didn’t taste like it.

Had a shopping trip to the outlet with a friend. Decided to do lunch at Starbucks. The wraps were ok and got them toasted. Tea and coffee maybe a little overpriced. Staff were lovely Mia with blue tints to her hair was just lovely and helpful. So much so that I wrote this review. The other girl was lovely too. Good staff are hard to get so try and hold on tight to them

My twin brother and I were pub hopping around this part of the city when we decided to drop by The Dirty Onion and what a great find. Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here, interior is superb, its housed in one of the oldest buildings in Belfast, interior is superb, an eye catching serving bar, pubby decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside in their courtyard. We were here on a bitterly cold January evening, we ordered a guinness each, these were served in excellent condition, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular pub while we sipped our guinness. Guinness served in here was spot on, poured in the correct manner even allowing time for the all important settle, a creamy, thick guinness bursting with taste and very easy to drink especially when served freezing cold as in this pub. We really enjoyed our guinness in here and the great vibe so much so that we ended up staying for another guinness each before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting for a first time visit to The Dirty Onion we had a great time. The Dirty Onion is easy to locate along Hill Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Saturday, midday till 1am. Sunday, midday till midnight. Well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning a holiday to Belfast.

Coffee with my elderly aunt, TW0 weeks in a row we went to M & S for coffee and a little treat. The middle aged man who was on the till unfortunately was there again this week, last week he was so busy looking after his friends getting their tea and there was a girl there to do teas , he also spent time looking at their photos whose real older people waited. Unfortunately I walked in today and he was there again with his grumpy face I went to the first till no one there I thought the girl was behind the coffee machine and he was standing looking at me . I ask him was the girl away he said that till is broken , he hadn’t the decency to say it was broken he is a horrible rude man

You really get a shock when you order your food and they tell you the price! Its definitely one of those places you're afraid to go near again because of the ptsd of spending a fortune on a sandwich and coffee 😂 I wouldn't mind if the food was good but its so basic I've had far better for half the price plus the coffee was freezing

This cafe used to be dog friendly but not anymore unless they’re happy to lie on a dirty, hard, cold floor. My little dog (which is non casting!) likes to sleep either on my lap or on a blanket which TOTALLY covers the seat which I always wipe before leaving!) that’s no longer allowed despite having been ok for the last 3 years! I saw a disabled lady with a tiny dog on her lap, inside her coat being told to put it on the floor - just ridiculous! We’ve been in cafe Nero across NI, Scotland, England and Wales and 99% of time there is no issue with regard to our dog. Either this cafe’s policy is dog friendly or it isn’t - there are numerous other cafes for those who will just complain about anything to go, get a life!

Visited Costa early this morning and served by a very pleasant assistant Sharon. Later assisted by a really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable assistant Nadia, who went way above her duties to assist me with downloading the Costa App and explaining the procedure of collecting points in future. A lovely young assistant this company should be proud of

Very disappointed in Greggs Lisburn, Health and Hygiene non existence staff having to be asked if they could clear and clean tables from previous people sitting there, rubbish bins over flowing, and 1 member of staff on the counter dealing with a Q stretching out the door, staff are friendly and work hard but they need backup from management, if you need sauce then bring your own 45 pence for a sachet of sauce, Robbery!! Think twice before my next visit, if at all.
