Had a shopping trip to the outlet with a friend. Decided to do lunch at Starbucks. The wraps were ok and got them toasted. Tea and coffee maybe a little overpriced. Staff were lovely Mia with blue tints to her hair was just lovely and helpful. So much so that I wrote this review. The other girl was lovely too. Good staff are hard to get so try and hold on tight to them

It’s 21st century Starbucks folks; welcome to dirty tables and floors and it’s not a Christmas rush this is common in this store. The cafe was cold within so if any heat was on then it was insufficient to bring any beneficial comfort and the WiFi just doesn’t work; again just like all the Starbucks stores that I’ve been in around NI in recent months. We didn’t try any of the food and service was limited to hearing my name being called out as I ordered on their app once I was inside the store as I wanted to be sure to get a dirty seat at a dirty table so that I could at least sit down. Starbucks harps on about the environment and they rifled money from me a few months ago for a cup of tap water alleging that the 5p was the price of the plastic cup when they were surrounded by ceramic cups but yet, here today, although we were sitting in, all four drinks came in paper cups with plastic lids. The environment my derrière, they couldn’t give a toss about anything else but maximising profits so no green stars. The staff are pleasant and the coffee good but my business is becoming less and less as I continue to use up my app credit which started at several hundred pounds - that’s from when I was a loyal customer. Now I’m just another cold one sitting in a dirty cafe with my overcoat on so privateers can fill their boots.

I love Starbucks, I will always choose Starbucks over any other brand, except when I visit the Boulevard in Banbridge. I arrived and was please to see that there were only two people in front of me, and one appeared to be on the final approach to completing and taking her order, great I thought. Ten minutes later the single employee who appeared to be working was still fussing with the customer, who, I might add was not difficult or demanding in the slightest. Finally, after nearly 15 minutes he moved on to the customer in front of me. She ordered a couple of coffees and a muffin. Five minutes later loan employee returns to say there are no muffins, he hadn’t even started the drinks. I have now invested 20 minutes of my time, and only one customer had been served. To be honest the prospect of waiting another 20 to 30 minutes for my beverages outweighed need for coffee, so we left without ordering. Starbucks, how do you make money serving an average of four customers per hour? No matter how good your coffee is, if you test your customers loyalty to this extent and they will go elsewhere, as we did, (to Costa opposite to Starbucks, where we had warm refreshing coffees in less that 5 minutes). SLOW SLOW SLOW!

So we only opted for here as I have money to run down in my Starbucks's app on my phone. We called here yesterday 22 October 22 sat down and ordered from the app in store but I tell ya I had real slow WiFi as this and several Starbucks I've been in don't have working WiFi which is a deal breaker. It took ages to order via app. I could have gone through the queue twice. I don't know how WiFi works as I can click on Starbucks WiFi and a tick appears but after that nothing else much happens bar frustration. Yet this shower have upped prices all around and they would charge for tap water if they thought they could get away with it - they tried it on me in Portsmouth. So I ended up clicking Costa WiFi as they are just across from Starbucks and noted to staff that I had to rely on Costa to order and pay. Once my money is low enough we'll likely stick to Costa at this outlet but my card holds over £100 still. I can't see how to get my money back any other way. The coffees we got - flat white and cappuccino were very good and the staff were a friendly bunch.

We went to Starbucks in a large group, the service was fast and friendly, the staff were welcoming and very efficient, and it was clean and tidy. We sat over coffees, hot chocolates, frappuccinos, and breakfast, and did not feel under pressure to leave. Really great place.

Oh for heaven’s sake the place was filthy dirty despite there being four staff behind the counter bumping into each other. The floor was grubby, the chairs stained and the tables littered with half empty cups, straws, tissues and leftover food. The staff were friendly and the coffee good and not one of them seemed sight-challenged so the filth should have been obvious to them. We were there say 20 minutes and not one staffer came from behind the counter to deal with the huge amount of litter. It’s not acceptable.

Absolutely awful!! Will never visit here again! Short woman with fringe was not only rude to staff members who where working behind the counter she was also incredibly condescending and rude to myself and my family. The place was filthy with rubbish from previous customers on every table. If I could give no stars I would!! I asked three times for my table to be cleaned, I asked to speak to the manager only to be brushed off and not taken seriously because she was sitting in the shop floor speaking to customers having a coffee with 2 people and the staff informed me that they didn't want to disturb her. A nice young lady came over and apologised for what had happened, meanwhile the so called 'manager' continued to sit doing nothing with what appeared to be her friends during my hour and a half stay while her staff where left to fend for themselves. Absolutely shocking behaviour.

I've been to Starbucks all over the world and this is without doubt the dirtiest one I've ever seen. We called today and the queue was to the door, people standing everywhere waiting for service. I noticed a customer walk to his table, turn around and go back and get cleaning wipes to wipe his own table before he sat down. Every table had spillages, discarded food, cups, cutlery etc. from the previous customers. This mess continued onto the floor, which was equally as bad. Despite going to the till and asking would somebody please clean our table, nobody did. We had to set the rubbish on the floor beside our table and eat beside it. This place is a disgrace to the Starbucks name, it seems to be staffed by tattooed feminists with bad attitudes and even worse appearances. We won't be back.

I can’t believe it’s six years since my last review here, so I’ll update it. Since then we’ve been through more than our fair share of births, deaths, marriages and divorces. Even Starbucks has changed its in-store furnishings and its menus a few times over that time too. When I called to the outlet today, I didn’t even recognise the two lovely Starbucks staff - welcoming and naturally friendly folks - as this damn Wu flu has kept me away. I’d guess it’s 16/17 months since I’ve been inside this Starbucks. Mind you, very few customers sat inside today, more sat at the outside tables and our normally lousy weather was at least warm enough to allow outdoor socialising. It’s still all paper cups - no crockery, and staff give out napkins and add your sugar and milk choices to your drink. My grande cappuccino with extra shot was to go and it was a darn fine coffee. I mentioned above that Starbucks has changed its menus with the latest offerings including a beyond meat breakfast patty with tomato relish, tofu, turmeric, egg alternative with a plant - based cheese, a chicken, egg and protein pot, a water melon pot, a chicken/ham/bacon club sandwich and for desserts such delights as a strawberry and cream cake, an iced raspberry swirl and a strawberry and white chocolate shortcake. They’ve also introduced several more milk choices. Another plus was that the rest rooms were available for customers.

The person serving me at the till was really friendly, and the coffee was tasty. However, as I was placing my order and sizing up somewhere o sit, I soon noticed that none of the (several) free tables in the shop had been cleaned up after the previous customers had left. This despite the fact that the shop wasn't particularly busy, and there seemed to be a couple of staff members who were free and could have carried out this function. If there's anything guaranteed to ruin a coffee shop experience, it's looking up between sips of coffee and being treated to a dirty table beside you with the used materials of the previous customer. In the current circumstances we are all facing, one might imagine that cleaning and disinfecting tables after each use would take on an even greater urgency than usual. A deeply disappointing experience. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Ordered my coffee and girl serving me was pleasant and friendly. There was only one other person there waiting for their order, but many people already sitting down. I stood well back from the counter and far from the other customer. I was standing minding my own business when all of a sudden the woman making my cofee with long grey hair tied up shouted very sharply in front of the whole coffee shop for me to stand on the green spot. I’ve never been so embarrassed!!! I think she must be a descendant from Hitler. Yes, my moving a few inches over will definitely prevent Covid spreading!!! She on the other hand was preparing food and beverages with no gloves or mask on but felt she had to shout at me to move. Restaurant/ coffee shop staff need to be doing everything they can at the minute to make the customers’ experience as pleasurable and as normal as possible, not be rude and embarrass them for no reason! There were only two of us waiting. What on earth would she be like if the place was busy!! Terrible experience. Will never be back!

There were 2 girls working and they just didn't care. They obviously hate their jobs. We ordered 3 drinks and we were passed a straw which got soaking wet from a pool of dirty liquid on the counter. The barista saw what happened and just stared at us like we were nothing. We felt unwelcome and awkward. My cappuccino was cold and tasted awful, so I returned it. There was no apology or explanation and I was served another which I was rudely told was “ extra hot” like I was being difficult. The coffee was the same temperature as a Starbucks I’ve had many, many times from other Starbucks. I will never visit this Starbucks again.

Very slow customer service and staff that aren't very interested. I had to stand in a queue for what seemed ages and I had to clear a table myself so that I could sit down and have my bun and coffee. This coffee shop really does need a good clean.

Terrible customer service experience in this place today. Heavy set, blonde waitress asks me my order and then turns around while i was talking and wanders away! Then got details wrong of course and I had to tell my order once again to another waitress. Also didn't smile or say thank you. Some people really shouldn't work in customer service! Won't be back!

I called in after a quick shopping trip on sat 2 september..i went to pay by card but the lovely staff member explained that they were having internet problems..i have to say it was busy but it was very well organised and i got my drink and food very quickly..i could see the manager explaining to others and she was very helpful and pleasant..i dont normally take the time to make comments but i was very impressed..i will defo be back..well done staff..

Called in on a Sunday afternoon with wife for a coffee and pastry. Place not that busy - about half full. However the first thing I noticed was a bunch of 5-6 men shuffling around uncomfortably, beyond the till - I though maybe I had accidentally stumbled into a bookie's - but no - they were waiting on the arrival of their coffees! Wow what an advanced system! I could accept this if we were in Heathrow's food-halls, or JFK or anywhere that thousands of people are swarming but no - we are in a small provincial town in N. Ireland on a not very busy day and we are expected to stand around waiting for a coffee that most restaurants or cafes churn out quickly and simply before you reach the till. What sort of crazy, slow and stupid system is this from a hyped up overrated multinational with an eye for amazingly forgettable decor. To crown it all I wanted a nice regular-small coffee with good flavor - when they finally arrived we got a bland nondescript black liquid served in two gigantic mugs that the incredible hulk would have bulked at. Over priced - over hyped and overly forgettable.

I love coming to this particular Starbucks. Such lovely staff and a great atmosphere! I'm a big fan of their frappuccino's , just hit the spot. I often visit with my dad for a quick lunch and a coffee or cold drink.

Stopped for lunch in this Starbucks and it is appalling. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, the premises is nothing short of filthy. I've been very disappointed with the service in other Starbucks recently but this was the worst by far. Will definitely never visit this store again but will do my best to never return to any of the stores again

My wife and I had a late breakfast and I had the normal fry and my wife had the healthy one, both were well cooked and clean, no grease. Good tea and coffee and very friendly service, always enjoy coming here. Reasonable prices.

Very average place. Got mocha there. Served in a mug. Coffee tasted very artificial, like it was made of powder rather than espresso shot, milk and chocolate. 2 mugs and spoons brought to the table in hands, the same hands which clean tables, take cash, etc. Kind of disgusting. Decor dated. The staff asks you to check for free tables upstairs, then you walk downstairs to order, then you walk upstairs and wait. Ketchup and vinegar on every table which makes you feel you are in a cheap hostel rather than a nice cafe. Will not come back.
