Blend & Batch in Banbridge

Was cash only on the day we visited. The place was busy but the tables were not being cleared and cleaned so the place was somewhat scruffy. I will say the coffee and food was great.

Wonderful but expensive for casual dining.

Staff are lovely, food is excellent

One of our favorite places to have breakfast while we were home from America. There can be a wait time and line outside so be mindful of that.

I'd normally give you 4 or 5 stars but today it's 3. As someone who gets a coffee daily with you when I'm back home, I found it unacceptable today to be told I would have to wait 10-15 minutes for a take out coffee. If you're busy you're busy (and you were today as always which says alot about what a great place this is) but then have another person to do coffee so take out coffees can be done in a reasonable time. Asking a customer to wait 10 to 15 mins is not acceptable. I didn't wait.

Great food option, extremely friendly and welcoming staff

The coffee was nice and the scones were OK. Found the staff verging on rude but definitely uninterested in taking our order. The place was busy, lots of yummy mummy's and people taking photos. It's probably the trendy place to go. I'll visit again and see if the service is any better. Oh, wear a coat it's freezing inside.

Visited for first time in two years as live outside Northern Ireland now. Brilliant as always, service is personable and the grilled cheese sourdough is to die for. Great coffee and sweet treats too. A great spot if you're ever in Banbridge.

Great spot for a tasty bite. Great breakfast/brunch and lunch options. Good service. Not to be missed if you are in the area. Don't let the queue outside put you off, they have a great turnaround time without making you feel pressured to leave.

Had a lovely meal. Scampi tacos were delicious! Olivia was our server and she was so helpful! The macarons we had with our coffee were out of this world!!

This place is always packed and now I know why. The food and service were both incredible with attentive staff checking on us regularly. Prices are reasonable considering the quality of ingredients. I ordered the weekly special of Korean Fried Chicken and Waffles, and my fiancée ordered poached eggs/ Smashed avocado on sourdough with feta. Both looked beautiful and tasted even better. Hats off to the chefs & the waiting/ coffee shop staff 👏

Blend & Batch - First time after a long planning.. I had weekly Special - Korean BBQ Chicken Waffles.. Flavourful & Delicious.. Good choice of Sauce & salad makes it Special 🤤 Chai Latte was another Classic taste maker among the Menu 👌🏻 Now I know why there is a long queue coz it is Worth waiting for Good Food ☺️

Had this place saved for a while it was finally time to try and it did not disappoint. Travelled just under 30mins to get to the place but worth it, parking was a slight issue as it was the weekend and we had to wait in the queue, but it didn't take too long. Had the smashed avocado with bacon and my partner had the wild mushroom sourdough and shared the croissant french toast which was the special for the week.🤤 Everything we ate was lovely. The customer service was next to none. Lots of choices from the hot food menu. Something for everyone, vegetarian, vegan and low gluten options are offered. Great selection of sweet treats and herbal teas. Highly recommend if in the area. ☺️

Decided to go to this establishment for food , very disappointed , after driving 40min to get there , 15min more round & round laps of the the town to get the car parked , got the kids out the car & ready for food , in the door @4:08pm to be informed by the quite pleasant staff member , the kitchen closes from 4pm to 5pm for some incomprehensible reason . I don't understand why this would be necessary to close the kitchen for one hour & to refuse custom for hot food in a fully staffed restaurant for 1hr every day . It simply makes no sense & looking at the reviews I'm not the only person to have been disappointed & commented on this subject in a review. For the record if this has happened to you I can highly recommend Safari Restaurant across the road does an excellent 2 course early bird deal from 4-6 was delicious. Doubt I'll be back to try Blend Batch anytime soon ,

Very disappointed in this place, no point in posting a detailed review as whoever runs the social media likes to chastise & belittle customers , all I'll say is Google doesn't have a separate place for kitchen opening hours as nobody with any common sense closes their fully staffed kitchen for an hour a day just before tea time to give their kitchen staff a little rest mid their outrageously long 8 HR day (poor them I wish I only had to work 8hr shift with a wee 1hr paid break) Never the less there will be some long winded & unfunny response to this review by B&B .

Cannot pass this place anytime I am near Banbridge. Staff are always lovely and food is amazing too. No wonder it’s always busy - you have all done a great job.

Went here with my hubby!! He was so excited because we had talked about this place so much! Had the most DELICIOUS breakfast pancake with bacon bits! Mmmmm! We had a WONDERFUL server I forgot her name now but she had a beautiful baliage!!! I loved it here

Waiting outside for 30 minutes before being allowed inside, then waiting 10 minutes eventually left at that stage as no one could be bothered to take our order! During our wait 19 people left without anymore people being allowed in. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never be back

Loved the food (I had shakshuka), but the portion size was rather small. We were also waiting for menus for a good while. The place itself is very welcoming and designed nicely.

Every time we are here food is fantastic, never had issues of any kind , also food quality is consistently very good . Just to mention also team is extremely friendly and helpful.

Food was lovely, can’t complain it was excellent. Did feel a little awkward when we arrived as we hadn’t realised two girls on the bench outside were queuing and had came inside so as to not wait out in the cold with our baby, we were quickly ushered back outside feeling awkward that it was implied we were being queue jumpers, all the young girls who served us were fantastic and the food was fantastic but whoever was on the door on 6/11/23 was maybe just having a bad day but she looked super dooper annoyed with us, we almost left but decided not to and we were glad we stuck around.

Great environment for a cafe, it literally has everything you would want. Amazing food with so much on the menu, great coffee and really nice staff who are incredibly friendly. The manger Jessica is always so helpful and make you feel welcome. I would go with friends to catch up over lunch or go solo and work from Blend and batch. Both are always a good experience All in, its a brilliant cafe no matter what you are after

The fact that there is always a queue here speaks volumes to its excellent food options and service. Their range of baked goods in the window is excellent and the vegan superseeded bar, in particular, is *unreal*. Their website is also excellent. Highly recommend visiting!

Dog tolerant, not dog friendly. I arrived here with my dog yesterday and was told that the only dog friendly table was in use by customers without a dog. I was then asked if I wanted to sit outside which I agreed to because I’d travelled 25 minutes to get there, despite it being chilly. I was told to walk around the back to get to the terrace, not to go through the cafe. I was seated and got my food and coffee which were both very nice. My dog got a bowl of water and a sausage and was treated kindly by a different member of staff. When I went inside to pay, staff members gave dirty looks because I brought my dog inside. Overall, nice food but don’t advertise you’re dog friendly if you’re not.

We just arrived and got a table straight away. Service was quick and efficient. The menu had some lovely options. Our choices were absolutely smashing. Loved the restaurant . Will definitely be back.

Blend and Batch is a restaurant on the corner of Banbridge's main street. It is super popular and for good reason! The interior is fresh and feels very on trend. They have a full vegan menu for both lunch and dinner. We tried the salt & chilli tempura florets poke bowl which was fabulous. The tempura florets were crispy and delicious and matched perfectly with the fresh vegetables and sauce. We also had the Mediterranean grilled cheese which was lovely. I usually don't enjoy vegan cheese but found this delicious and would definitely order it again. The bread was great and the cheese was melted inside with some great toppings. We were served by Jordan who was brilliant and made sure that everything went perfectly. Overall a delicious lunch at a very reasonable price! We will be back for sure 😁

Blend n batch has a nuce atmosphere, though regularly busy. Food is of a good standard however I would like more choice on the menu or maybe a different choice. Service is always great and I love their cocktails, best in town.

Lovely place to eat , with a good loyalty discount. Tip : If you get tea pour it quick and ask for more water immediately. One of our favourites places to visit . Smash burger in the evening is delicious Never disappointed, staff are always lovely .

Excellent espresso martini mind. Always a good shout when a cafe serves one. All of the food was banging but the piece de la resistance was this Whoopie Pie I got to take away. Very good indeed. Overall a bloody lovely time I'd say.

Lovely food , friendly efficient staff, light airy ,modern decor.. Short wait for a table on a Monday but this is testament to the popularity of this establishment. Thoroughly recommend it.

Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. I got the chicken flatbread. The chicken was crispy but a little dry. Would have been nice with more sauce. The curry aioli/sauce it comes with is an odd pairing in my opinion. I didn't ask if it could be changed as I wanted to try it but I don't think there would have been any issues getting it changed. I'd have preferred garlic mayo.

Beside us living in Drogheda .. we are very keen to travel and enjoy the food and atmosphere in this lovely Cafe / restaurant. It has to be at least twentieth time visiting Blend & Batch and overall there is always small que which does NOT mean you will be waiting long ! It is smooth and staff will do all they can to sit you ASAP and then food arrives tasty every single time. Also, coffee —- you can not leave the place without cup of coffee. It is great coffee. All in all, the best food and service not even locally … within couple of counties :) Thank you and see you soon !

What a great breakfast menu! So original and varied. Just loved the avocado and salmon on toast with poached egg, raju and siracha. Delicious!!!

We as a family have been going to Blend & Batch for a year now. Our son says we go to much. That's true, but it never disappoints. The staff are very friendly and are just the same every time we go. We where welcomed by Chloe a year ago and she still has the same smile every time we are there. We don't want to leave anyone out as the staff are all great. But the staff we know like Jessica, Adam, Amy, Paige, Céline, Dylan, Shannon, Reuben and Holly are all very friendly. The food is always excellent and never disappoints and we have yet to taste a nicer coffee anywhere. I am gluten free and for anyone with that issue it is perfect.

Ate at this restaurant on our way to belfast. If was reccommdnded by locals that we asked as we walked through the town. They said it was the best in the town but warned there might be a queue. There was a queue but it was short and quick moving. Staff were exceptional friendly, pleasant and efficient. Food was great and good value. Would reccoment this if you find yourself in banbridge, even if u do have to queue!

A great break point for journey to Belfast on M1. Excellent food, great staff, lovely settings. Only complaint is the queue out the door of customers waiting to get in!

Been a great wee café for its free WiFi, but that's been on the blink for a month or so. Have to use expensive and unreliable mobile data now.

Blend & Batch continue to deliver high quality food paired with amazing service where even the coffee has a smile on it 😊 but they are even taking it a step further with having some beautiful live music in store on Saturday night. It added a relaxed, and great atmosphere... Along with couples, families and even a wee baby enjoying the acoustics. Everyone from the owners to the staff are an absolute pleasure to see when I am in the café / restaurant, where you get to know them and some of their journeys, including Shannon and Cherie who are both leaving to go to University in England, and whom will be missed by everyone. This is because Peter and Marion have such a great environment for them to work in. But even though these two will be moving on there is still such lovely characters remaining, from Dylan, Rubean and Paige, to Megan, Amanda, chloe, Jessica, Adam and Rita etc...always making mine and all customers experience so memorable and stress-free.....keep up the amazing service folks, it makes all the difference.

One star for ignoring us completely while waiting for a table for 20 mins! It is worth mentioning that there were available tables, not reserved but still they ignored us in the finest way.

Living in Banbridge you get used to driving past this venue and it being queued out the door! We happened to get it at a rare quiet moment and had coffee and tray bakes which were unreal! Food is gorgeous as I sampled on my own on a previous visit, particularly recommended the porridge, served all day, best I ever had! Food is quite fancy and by looks of other tables they are keen on excellent presentation. I'd most definitely recommend a visit...if you dont mind queuing!

Perfect experience, we were warmly greeted and seated. Had sufficient time to make our choices before they arrived in a timely manner. We interacted with at least 5 members of staff who all were so friendly & helpful. This is an amazing venue.
