Visited Costa early this morning and served by a very pleasant assistant Sharon. Later assisted by a really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable assistant Nadia, who went way above her duties to assist me with downloading the Costa App and explaining the procedure of collecting points in future. A lovely young assistant this company should be proud of

Didn't get the drinks we ordered and drinks we did get were terrible. Staff couldn't care less and service very slow. Flies everywhere especially around the open food, so disgusting, they should be covered! Dont bother going to the toilets, they are an absolute disgrace. Dirty with rubbish and water/pee all over the floor. Dont think anybody bothers to check the toilets. Definitely will never be back! Dont waste your money and go somewhere else.

Why ever bother to give them another try ... why ask them to make your coffee as you like it .. they do there own thing. Very very poor service last change won't be back not that they care less thats clear. But all there ages together you would maybe make an adult. Tablets and toilets as always needs a good clean thank goodness for Starbucks always 5 star

I went here today with my boyfriend as he wanted to use his Costa coffee app because he was gifted £3 to use for a coffee. After ordering and getting to the till we were then told because our app is costa uk we can not use it as it does not work and only costa ie app will work. Incredibly disappointing to not be able to avail of our app offer. My understanding is Banbridge is part Northern Ireland and therefore part of the United Kingdom not Republic of Ireland. We paid and left; coffee an ok standard but not comparable to other places in town.

I had always thought this place was below par and today was proved right. Until today - when i literally had no choice of alternative use this costa - it had always looked shabby. Today I was served coffee in a lipstick rimmed cup. Disgusting they even made the coffee in the cup in the first place. Absolutely sickened when my husband set the cup in front of me. The cups as well as the rest of the place would benefit from a good clean. Use it if you must but with your own or a disposable cup.

The place was busy and we were able to find a place to sit. The tea was good as were the pastries. You have a view of the shoppers passing by.

One can always rely on Costa for decent coffee, busy day, but quick and efficient service. Good coffee as always.

I usually start my visit tot eh Boulivard with a coffee and a bacon bab. Needed to sustain me through the shopping trek around the centre! On my last visit my bab was a tad skinny and I had to search for the bacon. Shame really because on several other visits over th years I have always been pleased.

Love Costa coffee which is alone worth a 5 but this coffee shop needs serious staff change in terms of slow service, tables dirty and not cleared along with dirty floors. 2nd time here and no change. Real shame

Went in with family on a day out, there was trays everywhere and barely any hygiene it must be hazardous I strongly advise Starbucks next door

The staff here are friendly and welcoming and the coffee was delicious. The lemon tart went down a treat as did the ham toastie. The kids loved their hot chocolate. This is a well run branch of Costa that doesn't disappoint.

Went in to grab a quick drink and snack before closing. We decided to have a hot sandwich and hot drink to be told sorry all our grills are off, then we ordered 2 hot drinks to be told sorry it’s take out only. This was 30 minutes before closing time. Disgraceful......We never been refused in our local Costa right up to closing time which closes at the same time as this one.

Went in for a coffee with family, service at the till was awful, the girl serving looked so miserable and uninterested. Compared to other branches its such a let down

What a dirty dump. The floors and the tables were filthy dirty, the tables are littered with dirty dishes and food detritus and the floor is sticky tacky with food detritus. The place must be a health hazard. We only went here as we thought we had a Wantu free coffee deal, as we have that app as we are 3 (Mobile) customers and 3 allegedly wish to offer their loyal customers some benefits. My derrière. It turns out that we are not entitled as we live in Northern Ireland. Had we lived anywhere else in the remainder of the UK we would be entitled. This is really infuriating not simply because we pay the same tariff as those 3 customers in GB, and not simply because we are being treated as inferior but because it has had to be intentionally negotiated this way. So we did what any sensible person would do. We walked out and went straight across the footpath to Starbucks on the other side. It was marginally cleaner and they have a loyalty programme that’s decent enough and it doesn’t discriminate whether you are in Bath, Banbridge or Aberdeen.

On balance I prefer this to the Starbucks across the way. There seems to be a wider choice and it is just busier. That latter isn't always a good thing (so the Starbucks can be better for meetings) but it suggests that the variety of snacks gives it the edge.

This is your average costa store-decent coffee and snacks from sandwiches to pastry.It tends to be very busy so you can often be in the queue and then not get a table

Well presented and clean, friendly environment. Arrived late Morning and decided to have hot Brunch. Quite a good choice and of course excellent Coffee's. Always busy, which is a good sign and in my opinion surpasses similar Cafes at the same Location.

Estado muchas veces en esta cafetería costa y otras ramas de la cadena. La comida disponible es la misma en todas las ramas como son las variaciones en las bebidas de café. Pero el café es excelente, en mi opinión. Me gusta especialmente la pantalla blanca. Es fuerte, pero sin problemas. Las cosas es demasiado bien. Recoger una tarjeta de fidelización y consigue unos pence acreditado a cada vez que visita. Guardar y tendrás un café gratis. Costa Coffee es para mí, el mejor de los coffee shops y eso va por todos sus sitios. Siempre está bien. Pruébelo.

A pesar de ser un período muy tranquilo, sólo dos clientes en el lugar y dos miembros del personal de servicio, las instalaciones eran inaceptablemente sucia. El piso del cuarto de baño estaba cubierto de agua. No había papel higiénico en el titular. Había basura, pañuelos de papel, y disgarded en el suelo.

Costa is good to take the weight off your feet from shopping. relaxed atmosphere. Prices are quite expensive for coffee. Sometimes hot drinks aren't warm enough and toilets are out of service.

well as always costa do what they do best ,serve coffee ,a great place to stop and chat over a good cup of coffee ,worth a visit if out shopping

Staff friendly and the same food and drinks menu as the rest of the franchise. Clean restroom. Staff very busy but still time to give you a smile.

Good range of snacks at Costa and coffee good. Right in the middle of the Outlet so a good place to stop for a break. Recently refurbished. Lovely place.

A lovely latte stop. Friendly staff - all smiley and polite! Lovely latte at an affordable price. A little short staffed - they were very busy and it wasn't easy to keep all the tables clean and tidy. Maybe more staff would help?

Prefiero esta cadena a otros. Buenas instalaciones con una buena variedad de alimentos. No ese parlanchín personal pero si sirve todo el día y tipos!!! Gran lugar para encontrarse con amigos. Una crítica parciales las mesas, etc. podría hacer con un extra limpie a veces.

Nice hot coffee,although have read earlier that it was not kept neat and tidy this was not the case the day I arrived,the muffin I ordered was stale and not what costa should be selling,we were at the outlet a week later and said we would try it again,lovely coffee do not have a muffin

It was a lovely sunny day which is unusual for Ireland, so my wife and I having shopped at the outlet decided to get a coffee and make the most of this rare occasion. We looked at Costa which had tables free and glanced over to Starbucks which was quite busy, we chose Costa........bad choice, of the 10 tables 2 had customers and of the other 8 there were 5 that hadn't been cleaned.
