Very disappointed in Greggs Lisburn, Health and Hygiene non existence staff having to be asked if they could clear and clean tables from previous people sitting there, rubbish bins over flowing, and 1 member of staff on the counter dealing with a Q stretching out the door, staff are friendly and work hard but they need backup from management, if you need sauce then bring your own 45 pence for a sachet of sauce, Robbery!! Think twice before my next visit, if at all.

Nice vegan sausage roll. Hot and good coffee... Pleasant staff. Reasonable . Only problem is I always find it unclean in the sitting area. The floor, tables if kept clean I would visit more often ..... Regular flow of people so the two staff members busy . Just needs a regular clean

Having watched, and been impressed with, an hour-long TV Programme on "Greggs" - I decided to try it out for the first time (on my own). The "experience" was a disaster! I'm 80 years of age and walk with a stick (having had three Strokes in the past five years). The cafe was busy, at 10 am, with only two members of staff (one middle-aged and "grumpy" and the other young and seemingly inexperienced)!! Short staffed? No trays were provided - and NO ASSISTANCE was offered (but some of my items were carried to my table - when I requested same). My sausage roll was tasty but did not live up to the TV "hype"!! They had never heard of a "dessert/sweet chocolate twist roll, with chocolate dip", that I had viewed on the TV Programme! The Greggs Cafe seems to be designed more for "take-away" (even though there was a good range of seating & tables)!!! Loud "Pop-type" music; atmosphere "busy/rushed" - not relaxing! Perhaps more suited to teenagers and young adults/families? I WILL NOT be back!!!

The staff are fast and efficient. Greggs has been a boon to our city centre when other traders have been moving out. Nice people and great coffee.

I'm a fairly regular customer to Greggs, Lisburn and on our M1 and M2 motorways. The Bow Street, Lisburn one is my favourite. Good staff, value for money and unlike others I like the ambience - peace and quiet. Maybe if customers, having finished their drinks and meals used the disposal bins provided then the place would look tidier. The staff can't do two things at once. I find their sandwich eat in - eat out deal pricing confusing and I feel clarity would help. I had a lovely sandwich deal - a generous sandwich and lovely extra shot coffee. An extra shot of quality coffee for 30p is well worth it. Caroline was my barista today. She was friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic. An asset to the company! Oh! In the past anyone - customer or not - could use the toilets Now one has to get an numeric key from staff to get in and thus they are more likely to leave the toilets as they would like to find them. No 'behind' evidence! I used the toilets today and found them clean.

Staff friendly and quick service however they do not have the time to clean and clear tables.Coffee never warm enough. Have had to wait for croissants to be baked as none available first thing in the morning??? When the croissant arrived it was not cooked through.Better coffee shops available in Lisburn

Don’t know the previous reviewer but I experienced a somewhat similar experience in the Belfast bound Applegreen. Ordered Greggs vegan sausage roll which was bagged. On opening, I found it was cold so returned to the server and asked if it could be heated. Astounded by the reply, first was to say they had no means of heating it and secondly I should take it to the cafe across the isle and they would heat it as they had a micro wave. Unbelievable customer service in the worst sense.

Food was good but the level of cleanliness really lets this place down. Tables were not cleared when people left and there was a lot of food and rubbish lying on the floor.

First time at Greggs in Lisburn. The food and service was very good. What let it down badly was the cleanliness of the place. The tables were not cleared after people had left this was because the bins were overflowing and there was no where to place the empty cartons. The floor was covered with food under tables and it made it very unpleasant to sit in

Love the coffee and the breakfast baps but particularly appreciate the efficiency and the kindness of the staff. If there were more staff the toilets would probably be in better shape but the staff are always working hard to keep everything moving.

I like Greggs coffee, the blend, how it's prepared and served. The restaurant does a sandwich/drink deal which is good value. The restaurant is clean, tidy and peaceful. I love going in just to relax and coffee chill. The staff are pleasant and well trained. With its excellent location within Bow Street, and its lovely seating, I think it's hard to beat.

Bel pub in zona molto frequentata.

£13 for a fishcake, 2portions of salad and a canned drink seemed a little excessive to me. The taste was only all right. I left wishing I had gone to a nearby supermarket to buy a pack of their fishcakes to heat and eat at home

A really lovely place to grab a breakfast, thankfully the vegetarian option is unreal! It's one of the best vegetarian breakfasts I've ever had, definitely recommend eating here.
