great spot for a private paarty. All the staff were very helpful setting up the room for our party. Bar staff were great and the buffet food was plentiful and hot, the DJ hit all the right music for our age group and a great time was had by all. No hesitation recommending this place.

Very clean cafe. Good value large breakfast £6:50 including brewed coffee or tea. Very pleasant staff. Food fired on a griddle and not greasy. Also a very good home bakery. Pavlova looks amazing…

I didn’t need any time to decide what to order, because on a chalk board the descriptions of the soup of the day and panini of the day were so tempting. They were a fantastic meal, and only £10.20p. Service? Staff are very good. Place was popular, lots of diners inside for their Tuesday lunch time. I went outside to enjoy the sunshine. Where else can you eat with a view of mini goats? Lots of outside seating, plus a sturdy canvas awning in case the outside gets any rain. I parked for free on the road outside, in a lay by just yards from the entrance. They have their own free 6-space car park, too. They score a maximum 5 out of 5 for their Food Standards Agency hygiene rating. Something was softly clucking in the low bushes by the seating area. Two dazzling, iridescently plumed chickens were in there. Eventually they walked out and around some of the tables. Utterly glorious creatures. I didn’t have the heart to tell them what was in my panini. Chicken tikka.

This wee delight of a place used to be perfect for afternoon lunch but after my visit today I doubt I'll be back. Waited for 55 mins for food to be brought when I observed other tables who had arrived after us being served first. The order was a fry, panini and 2 salads....so no cooking required for those 2 dishes. When the food was served an excuse of an apology was given which really qa wasnt acceptable given we waited nearly an hour at lunchtime...lucky we weren't understand time pressure. The prices have increased considerably too and the portion sizes have definitely got smaller when a caeser salad is £10.80 and not much eating it and a panini was under filled for £8.80...,not good at all. In fairness the fry was adequate. Don't think ill be back. Which is a shame

Directly facing the railway station. Bright interior. Generous mini-fry breakfast. Fresh coffee. Good service. Excellent spot for train users. Chairs a tad uncomfortable, but that might just be me.

Called in on a wet Wednesday had a nice bowl of stew and a bread roll, my friend had a small fry. The bread roll came with a spread called low low which I think should really be served with butter, I had a glass of water which was tepid. My friends fry was good. Service was quick.

Now a store room. Think they are on the verge of closing. Not surprising for the store itself is poorly managed, too many empty shelves and missing offers. Plenty of worn out excuses little action.
