Five star breakfast. Quaint little place with friendly staff and a fab breakfast. Very good value and lots on the plate.

Called in for a Saturday lunch. Staff very friendly but.... Waited nearly an hour for our lunch, ordered a ham, cheese toastie and chips for me, wife ordered chicken and cheese pannini, kid got fish and chips. Toastie finally arrived without the ham, wife's arrived with sweetcorn that she didn't order, chips and fish undercooked. Did offer to make it again for us but couldn't wait another hour for it uo be made. Very poor. We will not be back.

I went here last week with a couple of my friends, All I can say is outstanding, the food was really fresh and different to other places in carrick, Staff where amazing and overall had a really good experience. Will defiantly be back !! 😋

We went to nix for lunch today. Absolutely beautiful food. Fresh well cooked. The chips... hand cut fresh gorgeous. I had the lime marinated chicken kebab. My mum had fish and chips. Gorgeous and good value. The staff are brilliant. All the dessert are home made and beaut. Do yourself a favour and go!

Booked JKs for son's 21st birthday party. Staff were amazing as was the food we were very well looked after. A big thank you to all at JKs we all had a fantastic night.

Kilcreggan Urban Farm, Elizabeth Avenue, Carrickfergus BT38 7UY Northern IrelandWe dropped by for breakfast on a Saturday morning just as the cafe opened. Lovely service staff who told us that the scones would be ready in a few minutes. Breakfast was nice and the scones delicious, huge and fresh from the oven. We raved about them to the staff. Just before we left one of the young service staff came over with a box that had two scones in it. She told us they were from the day before and if we’d like to have them for free. They were still very good but since they were baked the day before, they wouldn’t sell them since they only served freshly baked scones. We were so touched by this lovely gesture and enjoyed them in the evening in our hotel room (and they were delicious even then).

Sullatober MillLovely shop and coffee shop. They do a nice French toast bacon and maple syrup and my favourite being the bagel and cheese. Coffee is good and the shop is nice for a little browse especially if you are looking for a wee gift.
