The best full English between Lewes and Hastings. Now a regular stop for lunch for me.

A nice place for a bite to eat, really recommend. The paninis are way better than any of the chain coffee shops. You know exactly what you’re getting from the glass bar. And they have a great menu selection and even vegan options!

What a fabulous atmosphere, warm and cozy pub. The Sunday roasts were to die for! The staff so pleasant and welcoming, pubs like these are a dying breed. 5 stars from me!

Chanced on this garage on a long drive when a tyre pressure warning message came up. Popped in and were very happy to help, filled offending tyre back up straight away and checked the others whilst there for no charge. Even refused £5 for their tea and biscuits fund and asked for it to go into the charity tin for the British Legion. Honest and professional. Thanks for the help today 👍

This place used to be the newsagents. They do Christmas meals. Which were really nice. The family speaks highly of their service. Meals and pies taste great.

Lovely staff, great coffee, cakes and ice cream in fab surroundings. A great stop-off on a walk around Heartwood.
