We came across this cafe en route to the National Armouries Museum. Very busy on a Saturday with people having brunch. Friendly service, excellent coffee and the most delicious cakes. Highly recommend the cinnamon roll and salted caramel brownie. If you like good coffee this place is a must.

We arrived and were seated, with our toddler. We had 2 separate waitresses ask us about positioning the high chair. Clearly, from the off there's no system of who deals with which tables. We sat down for several minutes expecting a menu. We eventually had to ask for menus. We had the menus all of 2 minutes before we were asked to order but we weren't ready. We asked for a couple more minutes. We waited a further 15, just to have our order taken. We then waited half an hour for food. In all it was almost an hour from arriving to eating. This just isn't acceptable. Half of our child's lunchbox meal was forgotten and we had to ask for it. The food was nice but the service is such a disaster. There is no system, we had 3 or 4 different people attend to us. No ownership of tables, tasks etc. Drastic organisation needs implementing. Looking at other reviews this is an ongoing problem.

Used to be lovely but new owners don’t have a clue. Whilst the food is okay, everything else has gone down hill. Menu wise I’d suggest you advertise a quiche as a quiche, not a tart. You don’t stand a chance of hearing your party, the acoustics are shocking. As for the clientele it’s full of screaming and I mean screaming brats. So if you fancied a nice relaxing lunch with friends, I’d suggest somewhere else because it won’t happen. And the owners don’t care, that’s the sad part. Perhaps you need to advertise that you are more of a crèche than an overpriced cafe.

Called in for drinks, one weekend night out. I thoroughly enjoyed reminiscing, as I used to come here clubbing 20 odd years ago. Brilliant atmosphere & choice of drinks. Superb building too. Will be back again sometime soon hopefully ...

The place itself was nice enough, but I had a chicken sandwich at around £4.50 and it was literally 2 slices of bread with chicken and a little salad. My wife had a tuna jacket potato. I had to ask for butter as there was minimal butter on it and the tuna was really dry as if only a drop of mayo had been put in. Nothing else with it. Poor value for money all round.

I had an unfortunate experience at this cafe. At 31 weeks pregnant, I needed to find a toilet during a journey and made a detour into Wetherby, and this cafe was the first place I found after parking. A young waitress informed me that the toilet was for customers only. I explained my situation and asked to speak to someone senior, hoping for some understanding. The girl led me to a lady, who I assume was the owner. Despite being visibly pregnant, she reiterated the policy with clear disdain. I mentioned again that I was pregnant, hoping for some empathy, and she reluctantly allowed me to use the toilet only after making it clear that most people tend to buy something afterward. Shocked but desperate, I agreed, used the toilet, and purchased a bottle of water before leaving. This interaction left me feeling bad about myself. While I respect their policy, it was a weekday morning at around 10 am and the café was practically empty, so this felt needlessly petty. It costs nothing to be kind and empathetic. A disappointing experience from one woman to another.

Great coffee and a wicked selection of sweet treats. Even have some butties made up ready in the fridge ready. Good solo spot as well but does get busy

Estaba caminando por la ciudad y necesitaba un pequeño descanso, así que me detuve aquí. No he estado en mucho tiempo.

We ate at the Thorpe Park Hotel Restaurant and Bar several times during our stay. The evening meals were very good, the Eggs Benedict at breakfast was excellent, and the Blackberry Crumble Cronut (in the Courtyard Café) was superb – although we did find the Courtyard Café a bit expensive, it is a lovely room. Lovey outside seating area.

The karaoke chai which we have got today is not a karak chai. It's just milk mixed with water. And they have charged us £2.50 x 4 chai = £10 in the name of karak chai. And they didn't tell us that their karak chai machine is not working. Now when I contacted them on phone the gentleman told me that their chai machine is not working and it's kitchen made chai. Had a bad experience for the tea. Never ever refer this restaurant to anyone in my future.
