Decidimos almorzar el domingo y que gran elección hicimos. Reservamos una mesa, un movimiento sabio ya que el pub estaba muy ocupado. La comida estaba caliente, bien presentado con Buenas porciones. Las verduras fueron cocinadas a la perfección. Odio las verduras empapadas. Las carnes servidas eran muy buenas. Se suministra salsa extra si es necesario. Recomendaría una visita a cualquiera.

Beware this is a Sam Smith pub! Had I known beforehand I most certainly would NOT have visited. I refuse to support anything related to that company but a friend had gone ahead to order while I visited a cash machine. Had 1 drink sat in near silence for 20 mins before getting the hell out of there! We don't see each other regularly so meet up to discuss work, hobby's and family which usually results in many many photos and videos been shared, i honestly thought I would get told off for coughing! The bar woman was lovely, polite and the inside was of a nice old decor style which is always nice to see but unfortunately while it's under SS ownership I shall never return

We were here for a family Christmas meal. The atmosphere was great, the service was faultless- very attentive. Food on the whole was very good…but there was disappointment over the banoffee pie… which was definitely NOT banoffee pie, more a chocolate torte. See photo. Big shout out to Julie and Reece where great ☺️

My friend Daisy and I came here for a quick hot chocolate. Unfortunately she spilled her drink everywhere as she sat down. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, they couldn't do enough for her, bless her. Even sent her off to wash her hands while they did the rest of the cleaning up. They then made her another one on the house. I didn't spill mine, so I got to enjoy it fuss free. I had opted for the hazelnut one. I just got a regular because I thought a large might be too much, and I was right because it is quite sweet and rich. Okay for a one off treat but sadly I won't be making regular trips here. But for a quick cosy drink it makes for a fantastic location.

Staff were great in helping us set up a surprise party, we all had a brilliant time. Cheers 🍻 again to The Devon.

Came in for lunch today, food was amazing and fresh and came out quite quickly. The two ladies who served us were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. However, upon eating we could hear quite loudly a voice shouting “praise the lord motherf***er” it was coming from what we believe is the kitchen and probably not the best thing to be shouting out whilst the place has quite a few people in it and eating too.

Couple if wet whipes as expected but all in all, decent place, quality music.

Just a few drinkies, nice enough.
