The food was ok but I am not a preseco or wine drinker . The other alternative was Gin . After 10 drinks I was still as sober as a judge . Absolutely no gun in them drinks as they are already pre pored. Very disappointed as the cost was £60 so would not go back 😩

My son and I went for lunch and drinks. Everything, was so nice, can't fault it. Service good Food price, potion size, taste, lovely. Clean, compy, areas to eat. Choice of tables or window area with large back relaxing chairs, looking out on to the pathways. Looking forward to taking other family members and friends.

Fuimos con un grupo de amigos para el almuerzo sin fondo de Navidad. En general, fue una tarde encantadora con un gran ambiente frío. Mucho para comer y beber, pero es cantidad sobre calidad. Los pasteles picados eran de la peor calidad que he encontrado; sabían a margarina grasienta. Una lata de crema para chorros, ni siquiera un tazón de cosas reales. Mini malvaviscos y palomitas de maíz en cosas del distribuidor de cereales que en realidad no funcionaron cuando giraste las manijas. Las bebidas eran de flujo libre, vino y Prosecco se recargaron en la mesa. Los gin tonics o la limonada y las botellas de cerveza te sirvieron. Sin ginebra, todo saborizado y Beefeater tan poco sabor y muy perfumado. Me alegro de haberme pegado al vino. 4 estrellas realmente para el lugar, el ambiente y el personal, ya que 3 sería malo, ya que parte de la comida era preciosa.

We had the best night here, bottomless brunch, the drinks were flowing, the atmosphere was spot on, food was gorgeous and the staff were amazing, couldn’t fault it at all, we will definitely be doing this again next year, thanks for an unforgettable night out 🎄🎄🎉🎉

Had afternoon tea here at the weekend, there was so much food and it all tasted delicious and made fresh - we ended up taking home our leftovers as we were all stuffed! Unlimited tea, coffee included in the price and could buy alcohol/soft drinks, if wanted. I'd like to mention Carla and Lucinda who were so lovely and made sure we had a great time and that we had everything we needed! Thanks so much.

Reservé esto para el 50 cumpleaños de mi marido, después de haberlo disfrutado antes y realmente. Sin embargo, esta vez fue muy diferente. Demasiadas mesas abarrotadas, para apretar más gente. A un costo de 55 libras esterlinas, esperaba mucho mejor en lo que respecta a la comida. Había tostadas de jamón y queso empapadas, con huevos fríos “mocosos”, croquetas y cuñas de papa congeladas, carnes cortadas en rodajas frías y salmón, luego algunas ensaladas. ¡No fue tan selecto como la última vez que estuvimos! Lo mejor que comí fue cuscús y remolacha. El servicio y el personal eran muy buenos. Me temo que no volverá a ir.

Good place for a couple of drinks before hitting Leeds

¿La fábrica de jabón comió ayer? Son 55 libras por tres horas. Se sale con la suya cargando más porque son tres horas mientras que la mayoría son 90 minutos o 2 horas y por eso está lleno hasta el borde. “Comida ilimitada” - sí, pero solo hay tantos medios croissants con queso, cuñas y croquetas congeladas que quieres comer. Prosecco, botellas de cerveza y 4 sabores diferentes de ginebra que están pre-vertidas y a veces planas y mientras tuve una tarde encantadora me fui sintiendo como si ni siquiera hubiera bebido así que no volvería a hacer esto.

Mientras nos alojamos unos días en el hotel paramos en el salón para tomar unas copas un par de veces, así como nos pusimos al día con los amigos, era un ambiente cálido y cómodos asientos, el servicio era acogedor y rápido, la comida era increíble, especialmente el asiático pegajoso pollo yummo.

The best bottomless brunch ever!!! Such lovely, attentive staff. The Prosecco was continuously being topped up from the minute we got there!! Lots of tasty gin too!! Haven’t got a single bad word to say about the whole experience. Well done Soap Factory 🤩

Staying at the hotel above Soap Factory and thought we'd pop down for lunch. I had the chicken quesadilla which was really nice and a very good portion size. Chicken was juicy and peppers were nicely cooked. Husband had Philly cheese steak sandwich again was a good sized portion, bread has a nice crust but was soft, steak cooked well and good amount of cheese and onions. Staff were very pleasant and helpful Would recommend

Friday afternoon and arrived at bar to order a drink. Was advised to take a seat and order would be taken. Why - this just slows down the process? Sat down and older lady came across and asked us to move as it would be getting busy and we were sat at a 4 person table. It was a 2 x 2 person table that they hadn't been separated - do better. The person then walked away and took someone else's order. Not the first time this has happened.

The best bottomless brunch I've been to! Service was phenomenal & the food was spot on! I especially loved the transition from savory to sweet midway through. Every member of staff working was friendly & approachable. It's very easy to get to, maximum 5 minutes walk from Leeds train station. :)

Went here for valentines night. The atmosphere was very relaxed, service was very good and the food.... well.... amazing!! We will defo be back.

First time Visit to the Soap Factory as was staying in the Novotel on a Sunday we approached the Sop Factory to see If we could get a Bottomless Brunch on a Sunday. Customer Service was amazing in arranging a Brunch for 2 people. 3 Hours of Fabulousness and Plenty is how I would sum this experience up. Many thanks to Luncinda for the brilliant attentive service she is a true professional. We never had to wait for a refill of our glasses. As for the food 3 courses of delicious Brunch served. Plenty of food we were full after the first course to be fair. Was too full for dessert and as we were staying in the hotel they delivered the Desserts to our room for later that evening. This was the best Bottomless brunch I have experienced and great value for money for 3 hours... cannot wait to return with friends. Thanks to all staff working Sunday 11th Feb. Truly amazing.

Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea here today for my mother in laws birthday. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and great with our toddler. They couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Bottomless brunch , staff fantastic … continually replenished your glass without having to ask for more , I am gluten free and they brought my food out separately .. can honestly say l was so impressed with the quality of the food it was fantastic …. Didn’t feel like l had a lesser experience then my friends Would highly recommend it , well worth the money …. Keep up the fantastic work I’ll definitely be back 💕

1st time we've been very good, staff very helpful

I used to recommend this place but won't from now on. Previous visits (it's next to my bus stop) were nice and friendly but has gone down hill. Prices have risen and I got nothing but grump after complaining about a short measure. The wine was stale.

This bar/restaurant is founded on the remnants on a soap factory of yesteryears. Pictures and descriptions on the wall, tell a tale long gone. One the hosts showed me around as she caught me strolling around. Visited on 3 or 4 occasions during my time at Leeds when we stayed at Novotel Leeds, on the ground floor of which this bar/restaurant is. The pizza is great, my daughter loved it too! On a separate occasion the Monkey Shoulder whiskey got me to where I needed to be. Good times.

The staff are hopeless and slow, a pre made drink will take 10 minutes and a cocktail will set you back at least 30, and given that they charge an arm and a leg and the cocktails aren't even good it's very disappointing. The staff also do not know how to use the equipment they are supplied with and seem to have no problem making you wait when they don't know the difference between a card machine and a bottle opener.

Went for a catch up with friends and had a fantastic time. We booked the bottomless brunch and were not disappointed. Seated at our table which we had for three hours immediately our glasses were filled with Prosecco and these were constantly refilled. Food was lovely a varied selection which was replenished all the time. The staff in the restaurant were all really friendly and welcoming. We moved to the bar area after two hours as we found the restaurant very noisy due to the music being so loud on top of all the groups that were in the restaurant talking and enjoying themselves. We were still able to get drinks right up to our three hours. Only criticism is that the music was extremely loud which was not necessary background music would have been so much better.

Used Accor, Novotel Leeds for many years, always enjoyed food and drinks in the bar area called The Soap Factory…..until today. Got told it was residents only, ironically we went in late morning, and revisited at 3pm, new policy must be from lunchtime???

Convenient for the train station. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. I've eaten here a few times and haven't been disappointed. I'll definitely return, even if its just for the chunky chips.

First time I've been to Soap Factory, and I'll definitely go again. As little or as much as you want to eat within a 3 hour slot, food was really lovely, staff were constantly topping up your prosecco glass, drinks a plenty, and just a lovely vibe.

Our two-night stay was highly enjoyable in Novotel Leeds city centre. There was a wide array of breakfast options, and the staff members were exceptionally friendly. The Soap Factory bar, with its fantastic deals and diverse food and drink choices, was a valuable addition to the hotel. We plan to return in the future.

This is by far the best bottomless brunch. From the minute you arrive the prosecco is flowing and they are so attentive continually filling your glasses, not like others I have been to where you can't have another until you have emptied your glass. You can also have gin or bottled beers at the same time, great value for money. Food also really good choices both hot and cold. We were celebrating 2 40th birthday's which the also recognised, sang happy birthday and brought special desserts. Have you haven't been don't hesitate it's fabulous.....well done again to all the team were back for the Xmas brunch....

Turned up for afternoon tea, Sunday at 1330. No customers in the restaurant, furthermore....no staff...waited around for 20 minutes and then went somewhere else.

Went here for a 30th birthday bottomless brunch as a group of 11, was sat down on time and given a brief explanation of how the drinks / food buffet worked. Self service ice buckets for beers, a manned gin station where AJ made sure the drinks were full and then topped them with ice if needed, there was also Prosecco on the table that was topped up throughout the 3 hour brunch. Lucinda was very helpful during our visit and made sure all of us were happy! Food was buffet style so help yourself to as much as you want, Can’t complain and would definitely book again! At the end of the the 3 hours we were asked to move into the bar area but we could take our drinks with us which was great. Overall we had a really good day, booking in advance is a must as it does sell out.

Sorry wasn't very impressed when I looked at my bank account this morning to find I had been charged £46 for 2 aperol spritz, and 2 prosecco. This was definitely an overcharge 😡

Went for a brunch, absolutely amazing, deffo one of the best in leeds in my opinion. Food was gorgeous, mostly self serve but the staff are also amazing, my prosecco glass never even ended up empty! Its is pricier than other brunches yes, but its incredible value for money in my eyes. If you're looking for a nice brunch, definitely give this one a whirl!

Amazing bottomless brunch, great choice of food and all unlimited due to the buffet service. Furthermore I am vegetarian and I had multiple plates of my own food brought to me which I was not expecting. Our glasses of Prosecco were swiftly topped up before they were even half empty which was great as this is often not the case at bottomless brunches! Furthermore I attended for my birthday and a birthday dessert plate was brought out which was a lovely touch. I already can’t wait to return!

Atmosphere non existant asked to move from where our places were reserved to a proper dining table not a coffee table. Tomato in sandwich like a chunk not sliced properly Victoria sponge cake dry, scone was like a brick & to top it all some guests/visitors were sat with a dog and a member of staff kept going over to pet it then went back behind the bar without washing their hands. No pets in public areas please especially where people eat or drink. Totally off putting.

Went yesterday with daughter and grandchildren for afternoon tea, service is amazing very attentive ladies who serve you. Brought out fesh fruit for my 8 month old grandson too. Food is lovely but I would like more sandwiches or something else savoury as we had 13 cakes on ours and only 3 finger sandwiches each(also a choice of fillings would be good) Great setting and this is my 6th visit and will be coming again soon. The lady nehind the bar(I thinks she's Romanian) is a credit to the Soap Factory so lovely and very friendly.

This afternoon tea is £15 per person so an absolute BARGAIN Everything was really tasty and there was such a wide selection of sweet treats I was a bit disappointed the only savoury things on offer were 3 sandwich fingers though, I’m so much more of a savoury person than a sweet person so I’d love to see more savoury treats I would have given it 5 stars if there were more savouries included They also provided a lovely gluten free afternoon tea for a member of our party who was coeliac which had an amazing selection of treats for her You could also add Prosecco at £20 for a bottle

Spent an early child free afternoon in the Soap Factory. The bar area was quiet enough to be able to talk to my wife, whilst having both a nice background buzz and enough privacy from the cackling coming from the bottomless brunch in the restaurant next door. Drinks were a fair price in my opinion but when happy hour hit between 4-7pm it made it a great price.

Got to hotel after a 6hr drive for work. Went to restaurant to have a bite to eat and ordered the burger. What I didn't realise, nor was I told was that it didn't come with chips. So I got a burger, on its own. Wouldn't have minded had I been told at point of ordering and I could have ordered some. I was too tired to even bother to question it but I can't be the only one to find this strange.

This bar and restaurant forms part of the Novotel Leeds Centre. We had afternoon drinks on a Saturday which coincided with the weekly "bottomless brunch" brigade. Hence it was very busy and incredibly noisy. It's possibly a more relaxing place on other days. If you want a quiet drink on a Saturday and not have to talk at the top of your voice, go somewhere else.

Just had a great bottomless brunch at Soap Factory Leeds. Spot on. Staff excellent, food brilliant and spent time with great friends, even heard someone propose! Lovely afternoon! Loads of food from platters of continental meats, bowls of various salads, skewers of meat to potatoes wedges, ham and cheese croissants and croque monsieur finishing with pancakes and waffles plus various sauces with meringue thrown in. Of course all this polished off with bottomless Prosecco, Pink or Orange Gin and bottles of beer. You can't go wrong for £45. Well worth it! 👏👏👏

Bottomless brunch was great. We had a booth for the six of us on a Hen do. The food was delicious and the prosecco kept flowing, we were never below half a glass before being topped up, very attentive staff.

Just had afternoon tea here with my 2 daughters, food was nice although overexpensive and we only stayed half an hour as the place filled up with a group of over 50 young people who literally took over the place. What was supposed to be a lovely relaxing mum and daughter get together turned into a quick half hour and then leaving as the atmosphere wasn't over inviting, would have stayed longer if we hadn't been invaded,.This would stop me going again, disappointed 😔
