Headrow House in Leeds

Really cool gig venue with cool atmosphere. Sound setup was middling however

David and clint nt were great on the door, made me feel so welcome and ready to party at Headrow house! Returning because of these two

David and Clint the security guys were so friendly and nice, hope they are recognised for their work and that they keep warm 😊

Nice space. Friendly service. But music was way too loud to have a conversation with friends. ( this makes me sound old I know) but we couldn’t hear each other at all. So left and went somewhere else. Which was a shame as it’s a great space.

David and Clin were so amazing! They gave me a charger which allowed me to get home. They stayed after their hours and made me feel so comfortable

I went upstairs once to see if my friends were there, they weren't. On the way down the bouncer stopped me and said "bro I've seen you go down those stairs five times now, one more time and you're out" I had only been up the stairs once. The bouncers here all have power highs, every time I have come to headrow house there have been issues with the bouncers. Shame such a good venue is ruined. Every time I come to headrow house there are issues with them, I've had so many issues with the lads at the door and I have seen artists get assaulted, how can you go to an event space where the only people making you feel unsafe are the staff? Get rid.

What an amazing rep you have in Alfie. He was killing it. I’ve never known such amazing repping, it truly sent me west. He’s a credit to the staff and his species.

Dave and Clint helped us look after my friend and a couple nights away and I respect it, I see them as family because they called 999 for us. Lot of love

Went to see a band upstairs at the venue, good place to see an upcoming band, small space but good, downstairs was really busy, having a quiz night, seemed to be a good place to visit, everyone seemed in good spirits.

The drinks are good value, great staff. Sat on the top floor, mixed ages, chilled and relaxed listening to some great music, the DJ kept the vibe going. I’m now a fan and would definitely revisit.

David and Clint were really friendly and they made the atmosphere mad with how friendly they are!

Bonito lugar de moda en el centro de Leeds. Vino por el bar de la azotea, ya que está soleado, sin embargo, estaba desafortunadamente cerrado y tuvimos que caminar por varias escaleras para nuestras bebidas, pero la vista en la parte superior era preciosa.

Great venue - varied and interesting rooms. The club floor in the middle is a quality space. Really good experience and friendly staff - David and Clint on the door especially made extra effort to welcome and keep the venue safe and free from idiots 👍

Enjoyed delicious cocktails in the fabulous rooftop garden. Great value at 2 for £12.95. A lovely spot for a drink in the sunshine.

Great beer garden ( roof top) - could have a better selection of cocktails though. Good atmosphere in here whenever i have been !

Delicios and fabulous fresh food - a seasoned oyster, lamb chops, curried sardines and amazing lamb. Cocktails were fab too. Only slight let down was choice of wines by the glass. Reasonable prices too.

We went in the summer, but the rooftop was closed that day, and the atmosphere downstairs seemed kind of dead. Seems like a basic bar without it.

What's the point in having the legend Shania's lyrics on your lovely neon sign and a DJ that's never even heard of the song. That don't impress me much.

Took me 30+ minutes to get served, slowest bar you'll ever go to...

Luke and the team were wonderful hosts for our corporate summer social. The BBQ was seriously well done (complements to the chef - the steak was beautiful). The atmosphere was very chilled but fun. Would strongly recommend.

Came for a little chill at the roof top and was a lovely time we had there, was as busy as it always is on a weekend and managed to get a seat which isn’t always guaranteed but the vibes and the drinks were great and would always recommend this place if the suns out

Absolutely disgraceful attitude from the supposed ‘bouncers’ yesterday evening. My son was literally assaulted for no reason whatsoever and had a glass shattered whilst in his hand causing lacerations. He was on his leaving meal out with a large professional company within Leeds, so will be following this up within the next few days.

Can't say much about being inside the bar however , me and 2 friends were queuing to get in , one bouncer stood scoffing his face the other one pulled the tape across and told us " too many mandem and not enough females inside" worst excuse I've ever heard he then proceeded to let someone in from the back of the que because he was with a girl. And told us we wouldn't get in at all.

Awful customer service!!!! Ordered a vodka lemonade, tasted it and it tasted of nothing. Told the bartender, who said he would sort it, was waiting at the bar for 15 minutes until someone else came to help me, who then said oh sorry there’s no lemonade left …. ??? Then gave new drink which again does not taste nice

Quite surprised by this hidden gem and its fabulous roof bar. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been yesterday with my friend in roof top bar to watch football I order the beer the glass has lipstick on I just returned back and waiter he just change the glass and not give a new beer he refused and it been so rude I like the atmosphere there but the service need to be improve it

Johnny and Clint was the nice bouncers that I have come across in Leeds. Even on a busy day they were so genuine and nice couldn’t be more better people xx

Nice pub, but ruined by awful bouncers. Was recently kicked out for "falling asleep" despite being wide awake and stood upright. Other times have had bouncers make horrible jokes about my friends' mothers. Worth a visit if you like being bossed around by jumped-up bullies and eating tacos that taste like cardboard though!
