The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Yorkshire and The Humber

My husband has lots of restrictions on his diet and the staff at the Yorkshire Tea Rooms were just so helpful! We went with a friend and he and my husband both had omelettes - whilst I had a ciabatta with mediterranean vegetables. All were delicious and our friend actually said his mushroom omelette was the best he could remember having! All were accompanied by a lovely fresh salad. I can't fault the food or the service. Lovely 'home made' food - we'll be back!

I absolutely love this place. You know how you say that good food is made with love, well their food absolutely adores me! A fabulous selection of both savoury and sweet treats, it is by far the very best that Sheffield has to offer. I would not hesitate to recommend this place, either on site or at the various markets they attend across Sheffield. They constantly evolve too, so always something new to try. Now, off to have the snickers croissant, lemon cheesecake croissant, hot cross bun, cardamom cake, blondie, almond croissant.....

Popped in for a mid-morning coffee during our visit to Holmfirth. The owner was very welcoming and we were soon chatting like old friends. The chef, who came down with a sample of the food for the owner to try, was a lovely character as well. Locals were coming in to eat during our visit and you could tell they were regular customers. It really felt like somewhere you'd be happy to return to again and again.

We googled a dog friendly café for our first visit to Ilkley and Daniels came up first with very good reviews so we looked no further. The food was very tasty indeed and there were things on the menu that were new to us. The service was lovely and friendly. Oh and the coffee was very good indeed. We realised that Ilkley is not short of eateries but we were glad we weren’t distracted by anywhere else! Would definitely go again.

Love coming to visit here, excellent customer service and the food is always beautiful. They have games and other activities for the children. The staff always make you welcome

Cocoa Joe's is an absolute treat, and we wish we had one closer to home. It was a warm day, so my husband and I both had an iced drink and both were absolutely gorgeous. Staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable for such good quality and tasty drinks. We also bought a little bag of white chocolate buttons which are also divine. It's a shame we didn't get to try the hot chocolate as they're closed Wednesdays unfortunately, but perhaps we'll order a bag from their website to make our own at home, as their chocolate really is delicious.

Qué habitación de equipo encantadora y té de la tarde. Fuimos por mi madre 88 cumpleaños y fue absolutamente encantador. Un montón de comida y personal excelente - todo hecho en casa y delicioso! No puedo recomendarlo lo suficiente y sin duda volveremos. Gracias por una tarde encantadora 😊

Low prizes, a tasty and wide variety of chocolate (flavours, drinks, sweets). The staff is very polite and kind. Definitely five stars! 🥰

No me sorprende que este café haya ganado premios, honestamente es un café precioso con deliciosos pasteles y baratijas para comprar. El personal es muy amable y es una comida fabulosa. He estado cargando si veces, es un firme favorito.

Lovely cafe in the middle of a beautiful high street in Bedale. Lots of GF options. Very friendly and polite staff. Food is yummy and freshly baked. Helped to keep my lively daughter entertained and quiet with a children’s book.

Decidimos visitar en base a las críticas y no decepcionó. El tiffin es absolutamente delicioso, piezas grandes y a un precio muy razonable. La persona en nuestra fiesta que no tiene un diente dulce tenía un enorme bollo de queso que dijo que también era muy bueno. Nos dieron la nuestra para llevar, pero la zona de la cafetería sería encantador para sentarse en demasiado Definitivamente vale la pena el bombo 😋

Hearts was recommended by some local friends and it was a convenient stopping place from home to Thirsk. We had some lovely leaf tea and there own made cakes including a Rascal that was easily as nice as one from a famous larger establishment in York. The gluten free options were also good and not just the usual brownies.

Stopped here after walking in the area. Lovely to be able to take our two dogs, super paninis, definitely up there with the best and a fabulous selection of really tasty cakes. Good coffee and friendly staff complete the picture. I understand they are expanding the car park which will be useful, but this is an excellent spot for delicious refreshments.

Just wanted a quiet drink. Staff extremely lovely, helpful and smiley but customers use the f word continually. Really needs a separate room for people to let off steam and enjoy football/racing/sports and the many TV screens
