Our visit was with friends for my birthday we often meet up here as the value for money is amazing, the food is always cooked and prepared with love and not just thrown onto a plate and shipped off to the customer, they take time to prepare and serve the food as it should be. The staff are amazing and is literally like being home from home and always like being at your friends house not a pub the atmosphere is beautiful.

Staff are friendly and polite, Would recommend this place the food is very tasty. We will definitely be returning!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely fantastic meal! All of the food was freshly cooked and delicious! I had the burger with salt and chilli fries, and mum had some vegetarian sausages with mash. The staff were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Definitely be going back soon.

Wonderful ale, pub snacks, freshly​ made cobs and homely surroundings make the Turtles Head a pleasure to visit.

We decided to eat lunch at the keymaster as we have done several times. Always good food and friendly service and staff. We ordered two mixed grills mine was perfect as always but the other one the steak 🥩 was 90% gristle not edible so I complained and the member of staff instantly changed it for another steak which was beautiful. Was just unlucky to get a bad one!! But it happens as I’m in retail. Excellent work team great food. Will return.

Booked this for a table of 14. I had called midweek and advised that we would arrive at 14:15pm instead of 2pm to allow people to arrive in waves. When I arrived I'd been advised that two particular waitresses had already said the table was booked for 2pm and the looks they were giving out were anything but friendly! One particular waitress with hearts on her face, yet lacking a heart was nothing short of miserable and passive aggressive! Not able to crack even a semi smile, she came numerous times to the table instructing us to find out how long the others would be, whilst telling us dessert was off the table! They, rather then be grateful for the booking they had, were too busy banging on about how they could have another party take our table at 3.30pm! So had allocated a large booking just a sheer 1:15 minutes to drink and eat. To say this particular waitress was toxic was an understatement! Even when thanked as we left she was stone faced and said nothing. She definitely picked the wrong profession and should consider policing! Don't go here folks unless you want to be treated like garbage! The food was nothing special either!

I give a five out five. Had a lovely day out for mother day meal. They was doing mom eat for free if had a code. We had a lovely server called vicky who made us feel welcome and help us get the voucher up. She also check if we had any allergies before we order. The food came in reasonable time. Had a car park where need to put car registration in so can park for free up to 3 hours. The car park was very busy and we just mange get a space. The place is lovely and clean and easy access for wheelchairs.

Nice quiet shop, quick service, great prices. My favourite place to get iced coffees from. Also always lots of seats to read or study in peace.

Was served by Dan, he was polite, quick and great service was provided. I did notice he was rushed off his feet but the fact this was the case, and still provided an excellent service is testament to him.

My daughter and I popped in for a coffee and were greeted by a lovely girl, so welcoming and helpful. I don’t normally write a review, but felt like it’s easy to put in a complaint, but we should also praise when receiving good service….thank you Holly, we will definitely be coming back.

I never write any reviews, and I was thinking for a long time to write this review but I genuinely love coming to this place, I come here every weekend to have a good time and everything is great the drinks are not expensive the people that works here are friendly and really nice even the security guards are brilliant ! Everything is just great The only problem that I have and I genuinely believe that that’s the only reason this place sucks is the DJ ! I mean genuinely that’s the worst DJ I ever ever heard! Most of the time he plays house music and he can clearly see that no one dance to that literally no one ! And when he plays pop music or dance songs everyone is dancing ! So why not just play good dance music ?! So everyone can dance and enjoy themselves ! When he plays a good dance song he lets it play mostly for like a 10/15 seconds then he switches back to house music or techno music whatever u wanna call it, Then he keeps talking into the mic ! When I asked him if he can play some good pop music or dance music he arrogantly reject ! People come here to have a good time to dance and to enjoy themselves but this DJ is the worst ever ! For the love of god plz if anyone can do something about it please have a word with the DJ and tell him to play music that the people want to hear and dance to ! Not the music he Likes ! So many times I wanted to write this review but I just didn’t wanna write a negative review because this place is really great, and trust me u guys if the DJ changes the way he plays and the songs he plays more and more people will come back Cuz music is the reason really people come on Fridays and Saturdays ! Lovely catch up with friends, cafe has a lovely atmosphere, staff friendly and service was quick. Ordered a cappuccino and cream scone both very nice.
