The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Walsall West Midlands

I came in today with a friend for a quick drink and I wasn’t sure on what to get as I didn’t want to go for my basic drink the caramel frappe. But, I was greeted by the woman at the till whose name I think was Clair and she provided great customer service and helped me choose out a drink asking me what my preferences where. She was so sweet :)

Just spent a brilliant time at the Christmas grotto Natures Burrow at Grassmere Garden Centre. Can’t recommend highly enough. The elves were amazing and so patient with the little ones.

Just the place for a good value coffee and snack in Brownhills. Innovative style and individual character based in the Lamp Centre (which used to be a school and is now a community centre)

Very busy on an early Saturday evening. Bouncers were busy checking lots of youngsters IDs which was good to see. Place is looking somewhat tired and worn out, a big building but not a huge amount of seating really. Other than that, a normal Wetherspoon with a good choice of drinks and disappointing food that isn't really that cheap or much of it.

Nice, just, food EXCEPT, you will lose many customers if you continue to use the cheapest of the cheap teabags bottom of the barrel margarine and 20p bread?. Never heard of Anchor butter and Yorkshire teabags, they might just give you the boost you need to get back some irate customers.

Big difference from last time I went there food Was very good now it did drop significantly but it's back up there were it should be WELL DONE I'M PROUD TO BE SEEN THERE

Popped for a coffee lovely staff very nice Costa cafe 5* had the hot chocolates. Very nice break. Be back soon.

Absolutely ridiculous, although it was advertised as the 6 nations rugby would be on & you could book a table. The bar man actually went out of his way to ensure this did not happen. Although he was approached on several occasions & asked politely to put the rugby on, he ignored the requests and avoided putting it on, Even in a separate area away from the main bar. He lost good customers and at least seven people left in disappointment. Not good for a local pub at all, if you want to watch the rugby, don’t go here!

Christine was our waitress, her customer service to myself and the family was outstanding, can't be faulted, from the moment we arrived to leaving, helpful,polite, friendly. Been to many restaurants and never had customer service like it. Christine is an absolute asset to the harvester.

I haven't been here personally since the change of ownership, but yesterday afternoon my parents went for a special 'Afternoon Tea' using a voucher that they'd been given for a birthday present. My parents had had a couple of stressful days but they came home from their Afternoon Tea in a really happy mood and were singing the praises of all the staff who served them and of the delicious food they received. They told me how Nick, the cafe manager, was really charming and went out of his way to make sure they enjoyed their visit. I'm really grateful to Nick for his kindness and to all the other staff who worked hard to make it such a successful occasion.

We often have a post run drink in Cafe Roux on a Sunday morning. Sometimes it can be hit and miss with loo roll and whether they have the drinks we want. Today the service was excellent. Our drinks were fab, they had biscuits. The toilets were clean with plenty of loo roll. We were thinking of trying a new place but we will be sticking with here for now!

Meal was excellent friendely staff good prices have been again and was just as good remember to take your own drinks.
