Starbucks in Walsall

I came in today with a friend for a quick drink and I wasn’t sure on what to get as I didn’t want to go for my basic drink the caramel frappe. But, I was greeted by the woman at the till whose name I think was Clair and she provided great customer service and helped me choose out a drink asking me what my preferences where. She was so sweet :)

Great Starbucks, plenty of staff Amazing vegan selection and really fast service. The store is immaculate and the toilet is well used but spotless. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Visited an hour before they closed, the staff member was friendly ( Paris) even though my order was awkward. For this reason I had the exact coffee I requested and was very happy, thank you! ⭐️

The shop looked very shabby and dirty 😞 the tables and the chairs could all do with a good clean. Looked like it hadn’t been done properly in a while.

Was served by Jess today. And she was so friendly and provided amazing and efficient service! She deserves to be recognised!

Perfect for long study sessions, getting out of the office for work, or simply a catchup with friends. Great drinks, decent coffee, and excellent service. Over the past 7 years, the staff have almost all changed, but throughout the pandemic, there has always been service with a smile, and effort made to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. For instance, our Barista today, Jess, has gone above and beyond - checking if we need drinks when we're low, giving waters on hot days and long study sessions, recommending excellent drink combinations and altogether treating us as old friends as opposed to customers. Definitely something to take away, and roll out across starbucks' and cafes across the country.

Came today to do a bit of studying and the staff here were so lovely. The drinks were great as usual but the customer service really stood out. One of the employees came and gave me and my siblings iced water to keep hydrated and was really lovely, and everyone working behind the counter were really friendly despite being so busy around lunch time. There’s a great atmosphere and would definitely recommend as an alternative study spot or just to hang out with people. Love this starbucks!

I always feel welcome and cared for. My coffee is always perfect and they make me feel like I’m a valued customer every time. The social distancing is all in place and the staff take it very seriously , if a customer enters without a mask they ask if they are able to wear one. Thank you Starbucks Walsall :)

Had a soya chai latte my favourite drink just wanted to say thank you to the lovely lady who gave the free cookie, made my day both staff were very chatty and lovely x I will be back for my chai x

I visited Starbucks in Walsall this morning and was completely underwhelmed. No problem at all with the food but service was not great. The girl whose job it is to liaise with customers was too busy flirting and seemed to have no interest in anyone else. Tables which I later discovered could be used were not put out until I had been there for awhile and when I asked where we could sit she vaguely waved in the direction of one available seat. Five minutes later she decided to lay out the other tables but by then several people had walked out as I assume thought there was nowhere to sit. I would have thought during these difficult times, customer service would be a priority! Clearly not

We visited Starbucks today and saw at least 3 lots of people come in not wearing masks or sanitizing their hands and they were served. A server took the "table not in use" label off a table next to us. It seems if it's busy they remove the signs, thus making customers sit too close to each other. A couple came in not sanitizing their hands or wearing masks, they were served and the man sat right next to my husband (on a bench seat) who is in his mid seventies and when I asked him to move up as he was too close he became abusive and argumentative. None of the staff came up to assist us (I'm 74) We left and drank our coffee in the car. We won't be going back if Covid restrictions aren't adhered to in this Cafe.

I visited Starbucks today and wanted to write a review because the staff deserve recognition especially one member in particular. I ordered and sat with my 2 Year old daughter. A staff member called Kyle came over and handed my daughter a small hot chocolate. Thank you so much she was so happy! All the staff working were friendly and atmosphere was good.

Great customer service, friendly ppl. Asked the stush Asian girl for her numba she replied nt now and nt even in the next life time. A very pretty girl must b used to the attention. overall highly recommend this starbucks for their great service.👍🏾

We have coffee here a lot but sometimes find it's not very clean. The tables are often dirty, also the chairs are covered in crumbs. We have to ask for the table to be wiped and feel uncomfortable doing so. I know the baristas are often short staffed so I don't know if this is the problem or they don't realize they should keep the tables clean, perhaps a word by the manager would be good.

Went here yesterday for a catch up with my friend, was lovely and lots of good seating available and good place to have a catch up. Enjoyed the Christmas coffees although eggnog had sold out at 9.30am. But everything else was great. Note you have to pay for the car park outside, accepts contactless!

Made a special journey to this branch to try out the new limited edition Phantom Frappuccino, which is only available for a week. The drink was advertised on the board outside the shop.Went inside (not very Impressed by the standard of cleanliness) only to be told that the oven wasn’t working and also they didn’t have any of the ingredients to make the drink we wanted.Left disappointed, especially as we’d made a special trip. Surely if you know a product is going to be popular you would stock up on the ingredients?

Filthy floors and tables. The staff never seem to come and clear any tables and are not particularly friendly either!

Despite not receiving any responses to my question, I did manage to find Starbucks. It's easily walkable from town, just head out towards Wilkos. The staff were really friendly and efficient. I will definitely be going back.

The coffee as always is good and there is a good selection of snacks and food. Unfortunately the last four visits have been disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness. The staff stayed behind the counter, some chatting and some serving but didn't come out to clear and clean the café. Many of the chairs were covered in crumbs and the tables were filthy and there was food and rubbish all over the floors which members of staff walked past and ignored. We had to ask for a bench seat to be wiped as it was covered with crumbs and this was done straight away and they offered to clean the table. We felt that we shouldn't have had to ask and we felt we'd asked for something out of the ordinary. It really puts you off if a café is dirty!

Visit here regularly, always amazing service and very personable. Aklima always makes me feel welcome. All staff very funny and make this my regular Starbucks.

Hoe I swear to you it took half an hour for our drinks and we only ordered a Grande Chai Tea Latte, 3 Pump, Skim Milk, Lite Water, No Foam, Extra Hot and a LatteIced, Half Caff, Ristretto, Venti, 4-Pump, Sugar Free, Cinnamon, Dolce Soy Skinny Latte. How is it so difficult to make those happen quickly? Tbh me and my friend are very basic and we didn't feel basic enough 0/10 will not visit again.

Great place to go and relax, have a drink and a treat, and meet up with friends. Staff are friendly and the shop nicely laid out. There is outside seating, which is good for smokers or hot days.

Stopped by for a cappuccino and Burberry muffin and burnt caramel brownie. Beautiful! And quick and friendly service. But when will Starbucks realise that a good cappuccino needs a broad cup in a saucer with a real spoon? Otherwise, a perfect refreshment...

Well, I didn’t think I’d be writing a review on a coffee shop, but I just can’t help getting my phone out, had a question for the people who work here, and they all seemed so bothered I’m amazed , the role who work here are second to none, really helpful, know a lot about products, and just don’t stop, friendly vibe, and just a happy bunch, if I had a business I’d just come here to headhunt these guys, I’m coming all the time, what service, it’s 11/10 all day long, well done

Great customer service, Zoe and colleague really helped me when I had a problem with a lost receipt. Very cheerful and helpful, and we enjoyed our visit also. Lovely brownie!

I haven't visited Starbucks for a long time and was really impressed with the the service here. The lady who served me was very pleasant helpful and patient in explaining the cold drinks to me. Service like this has persuaded me to visit more often.

food was brilliant as always and its a quite place to go once you have done abit shopping..nice to have a quick bite to eat instead of waiting ages in a restaurant.

Voy en esta tienda regular por el personal agradable, ambiente relajante y una experiencia genial en general. Cada uno de los miembros del personal hacen que te sientas cómodo y están dispuestos a hacer tu bebida, muchas veces hasta que quede satisfecho. Hoy fui a la tienda y yo estaba interesado en la cerveza fría que anunciaban en las juntas, Greta amablemente nos permitió probar algunos así sé que tendrá en el futuro. Greta es muy educado y es una persona muy efervescentes no podría haber pedido una visita mejor que yo y el barista, Greta Jon extremadamente servicial y empleados muy buena a la tienda no sólo que la tienda es muy relajante y limpio. También me pareció que el segundo servicio que Greta hecho para nosotros fue muy beneficiosa, ya que no tienes que hacer cola. Sin duda, recomendado!

Starbucks has a formula that works and they stick to it. Nothing remarkable about this place just your typical American coffee shop. Not bad, not great

He estado en este Starbucks unas cuantas veces y cuando Tyler es en el bar las bebidas son siempre perfecto! Siendo un ex barista en Starbucks sé cómo funciona el trabajo y él es, de lejos, el mejor trabajador en la tienda de bar! Normalmente si veo que no funciona o en derecho bebidas no venga porque sé que no será como dios como su!

Pasó por tener una bebida y un bocadillo rápido en una noche muy fría. Sin duda, hicieron el trabajo de calentamiento nosotros. Estaba bastante tranquilo, y nuevamente fue una noche de lunes, así que no estoy seguro de si ese es el motivo. Estaba poco iluminado, pero eso nos gustó, se sumó a la atmósfera de una manera. Sin duda, si en la zona. El único inconveniente a la mujer que nos podría haber hecho sonrió, pero eso es sólo conmigo siendo quisquilloso!

Came into this Starbucks for a quick coffee and a nice cake, to my pleasant surprise the staff were extremely friendly and helpful... what a lovely clean store!!(the dishwasher was broken so I had takeaway plates and cups only but that's okay) I will be returning very soon!! It's seems this is the only shop iv been in where they are not playing Christmas music in November! Amazing atsmophere! Thanks you for the welcoming visit!

Acabo de regresar de la capital el servicio del mundo; América y me encontré en Starbucks Walsall disfruta increíblemente amable y servicio profesional de todo el personal. Estaba muy concurrido y la encantadora directora (supongo que este era su papel porque ella era muy bueno) era una nueva capacitación en el reclutar Liam, pero hasta el servicio seguía siendo excelente. Pedí la Navidad mezcla de filtro que no estaba lista, así que me ofrecieron una gran segunda versión americano y la directora (recordando mi nombre) incluso vino y comprobé que era satisfactoria como estaba sentado bebiendo. Gran ambiente, música y café!

O más bien.. su recibo. Creo que el personal intentó aprovechar mi uso de tarjeta mi starbucks" porque realmente no ver 'el cambio y por lo tanto no me di cuenta de que me han cobrado por un trago más caro que usted pidió.

Hemos visitado esta casa de café varias veces, tiene acceso a un gran aparcamiento que podría considerarse un poco caro. El comedor es soso, pero el personal es amable, servicial y educado. El café que nos tomamos Wes se sirve en tazas grandes sólidas así que el estado caliente, la comida que teníamos era normal, pero nos dieron un chocolate gratis (día de San Valentín).

Gran pepol encantadora de servicio y excelentes bebidas tuvimos aquí la señora era exxelent y rápidos, así que su bebida estaba hecho rápido

My daughter and I popped in to try a drink from the Christmas selection. We decided on the chocolate and almond honey one and oh my it was lovely! And cream all around the top too ;) scrummy! We also ordered a choc chip shortbread slab which was lovely too. Definitely be back for another visit before Santa comes as the Christmas drinks are lush!

great starbucks in a good location with parking near town centre.Can get busy at times with limited seating and also quite cold if you're near the door.

Coffee was as usual ...lovely. My porridge was watery and not cooked correctly. The music was so so loud it was uncomfortable on the ears.

We called in for a quick drink today and wished I'd not bothered. 3 staff on and not a smile among them. I waited to be served, questioned about gluten free and two of the staff weren't aware they offered a nut bar - you should know what produce you have!!.... My blackcurrant/ shake was watery and I left it. My overall disappointment though was with the poor customer service/ dowdiness of the staff and attitude. We all have days you don't want to work but the least you owe the paying public is a smile.

This is your run of the mill Starbucks. Drinks on the pricey side but a nice atmosphere. Staff are always nice, but think they need to keep on top of their floor/cleanliness standards. I like how staff don't make you feel obligated to buy a larger drink, or to move tables if you've been there a while. I go in here often if I want a nice hot chocolate or coffee, and it's very inviting in the winter.

I'm a regular customer to this place and visit at least 3-4 times a week, this is defiantly the best coffee place in town, the place has a warm feel to it and the staff always put a smile on my face, they are very interactive and always make sure they look after you , they make the best drinks and I have no complaints , during busy times the staff are very efficient and keep the shop very clean , thank you for making my trips enjoyable , keep up the good work :)

Visited on Monday afternoon. The tables were filthy and the place looked shabby, considering the cost of the coffee! There were dirty items on most tables. My iced Latte tasted very bitter. The staff were very pleasant though.

Great place for a chinwag after a busy day at work. The reason I have rated 4* instead of 5* is purely down the the fact that you have to choose your table wisely... If you sit anywhere near the big windows at the front someone in your group with be forced to endure blinding sunlight in their eyes. I would recommend purchasing some sunglasses from specsavers (other brands are available) before visiting. If anyone from Starbucks is reading-maybe you could consider some slightly tinted glass to take the edge off.

We go in here some times it's difficult to find a table free you get 1person sit on a table for 4 and unless you join them no seats if you go in first thing on a morning you will be ok we found that lots of students go there and use the free wifi for there work and just sit there nursing there 1drink but it's a nice place to go love there iced mocha

Me & my partner always visit hear, expecially in the winter we love there hot chocolates. Nice atmosphre.

It seems to be a bit of a ritual for my wife and I whenever we go into town. We park the car, and always go to one of 2 of the coffee shops located not too far from each other. I guess the Macchiato that my wife enjoys and the straight forward Black Americano I have sets us up for the hustle and bustle of the shopping trip.

Popped in here today. Always a must when you're in Walsall. Always clean, pleasant, quick service and the staff are always smiley and polite. The chap who took my order even spelt my name right which is a miracle!Starbucks Walsall - Top Banana!!✔

Visited here and had to return coffee due to it being served in dirty cups. Will go over the road to Costa in future.

Staff very friendly, coffee, chocolate, juice all ok but the upstairs table/chairs were scratched, sticky and dirty the aluminium carpet strip was just strewn across the floor, definitely a safety hazard as I almost tripped, the place urgently needs a good clean and overall.

This is a old haunt of mine, i go regularly, its great after a days work or a tiring shopping trip, you can really relax in here, on the comfy chairs, there is no one rushing you to hurry up, coffee is great. service is good, will go back time n time again

This is the place for you, a really strong cuppa, or a weak milky one, ask, ask, ask, and you shall get the drink you wanted, lovely.

Great little pitt stop when out shopping, lovely layout and decor. Hot chocolate with a hazlenut syrup splash!!

Had a free salad voucher to use, so visited this branch as I was in Walsall to visit the Art Gallery. Only a few people in, 11.45 on Fri morning. There were 4 salads to choose from, I decided on the feta compli, really tasty harissa chicken salad with quinoa, feta cheese, butternut squash and tenderstem broccoli, first time I have eaten cold butternut and broccoli and they worked really well. Really filling salad. Grande hot choc with spirals of whipped cream, lovely, although could have been a bit warmer. Three male barristas on duty and they were very polite and friendly, although they could have been a bit smarter on cleaning tables when it was not busy.
