Great service and very welcoming ,the food was very nice went down a treat with some mayo,the view is also stunning outside sitting on the canal, also Jordan’s customer service was spot on well all round really everyone was friendly ,overall great establishment for food and drinks ,recommend the salt and pepper fries for sure !

Love this place, so friendly and welcoming, the staff are always happy to help, the food is gorgeous and hot we have the mini mixed grill and it’s so nice 😋😋

Lovely relaxing atmosphere, very clean and enjoyable food

customer service was terrible, when I placed my child’s order they have said that it is a me issue which I found rude as mistakes can happen and when I have mentioned to the waiter for the mistake she had a rude tone. Overall the atmosphere from that one ginger waiters was terrible and she needs to speak better to the customers and resolve the issues better with a better attitude.

Nice spot for a meal, but beware it gets busy fast. Service is generally good but it's easiest to order on the app.

I had a great time at the waterfront, and Hayley and Amber were great servers throughout the meal, they were happy to attend to our needs, and nothing was too difficult of a request for them

Food is a brilliant price £15 for burger chips corn and a coke. That price is amazing I have ate from here before and the food tastes great Service is amazing the girl behind the bar was great

Worst meal I've ever paid for beef like chewing a leather shoe everything cold processed mash frozen roasters and Yorkshire pudding veg bland embarrassing excuse for a meal

Mini mixed grill gammon and chicken sausage awful no steak or pork not really a grill chips hard .staff standing around chatting. Certainly no key master poor experience

Food is always priced at great prices and also tastes good, atmosphere and service is always great thanks to Tyler and his customer service, as he is always friendly and for that I will keep coming back. So thanks Tyler, keep up the good work!!!

Really great food for reasonable price. I really like this hungry horse personally as I like that it's by the canal and tucked away. Lovely chilled atmosphere. Always love their chocolate fudge cake. The wife love it too, soooo, .... What can I say ... 🤷Thank you Scott and Team!

This was our first time here. We were the last in on a very quiet Sunday night. Ordered food at 8pm and it was lovely- didn’t feel as if they rushed the order out in order to close early like we normally would elsewhere. Excellent service from bar staff we felt very looked after! Even though it was quiet we didn’t feel like we were intruding and staff had a very good attitude!

Went in with my family for a drink at 3.30pm to find at least 12 tables reserved (all booths booked), I asked a member of staff how long till one will be free, she said its reserved until they turn up. So basically no where to sit other than a few remaining tables at the front of the bar. We were there over an hour and only 1 table turned up, we saw a family walk in and walk out due to all being reserved. Shame because it's a nice place and empty due to reserved empty tables

We visit the Waterfront regularly as it's next door to our local cinema. The food is always very good & well presented. The staff are lovely. Yesterday we ate there & also booked a table for 9 of us for after Christmas. Kayleigh couldn't have been more helpful. Looking forward to returning 😀

A great place to go before or after the cinema. Easy parking. Really lovely staff who couldn’t have been more lovely and helpful. Food was just great - great steak pie, good steak sizzler. All really reasonably priced. Great job Holly!

Walk in and found a table that was empty and was told to move to another table as some one had order food but there was nothing left on the table to show that someone was there . The way the staff spoke to me was so rude I left .it like the staff knew him . I feel like me and my mom wasn’t wanted and won’t be returning as it is not the way I should have be treat . Went this morning for halloween breakfast with my 5yr old&8 yr old....we had such a great time..yummy breakfast and fab activities for the kids to do..and the host hayley was amazing!! Well done 🎃🎃🎃🎃

I've been here a few times before with my partner and we have always had a decent experience. We decided to come in today before going to the cinema and our experience was like no other. It wasn't too busy so we proceeded to find a table and I was almost immediately greeted and welcomed. After browsing the menu I went up to the bar to order and was greated by Gemma. She was not only lovely but kind, considerate, professional and easy to joke with. She seems to be always smiling and it's great. Afterwards we got talking to Dan who is not only kind but considerate, takes an interest in our days and what we've been up to, professional and is always happy. Great experience overall with great staff. We will definitely be returning. Couldn't reccomed more than anywhere else. Definitely won't be disappointed

A bustling Hungry horse venue. Clearly a popular venue as a Father's Day lunch spot. The food was a standard 40 minute wait as per a busy resturaunt. With every table inside full and a fair few outside. The food was as good as ever. Potion sizes have decreased lately but that isn't a criticism, as I usually see plates eith around ¼ of the food left on them at many hungry horse establishments.

Food delivered did not look like the menu, and was missing components listed on the menu. Salt & spicy food was just usual food seasoned with chinese 5 spice. When pointed out a missing component to a member of staff they were quite abrupt and did not help us. Would not visit again.

Hayley served us today and she was very polite and helpful. Latte was great and breakfast was also very good. We had a booth and there is a tv to watch if you bring kids.

Mia was a lovely hostess. Polite, friendly and professional. The food arrived quickly and was hot. It tasted good, it was well presented and there was plenty of it. We stumbled across the pub as we were originally going to eat at the cinema but this visit worked out much better. We had a bottle of merlot for Under 14. It was a good wine too. It only lost a start because the windows and wine glasses were dirty. Would definitely recommend.
