Greeted by Gemma in a friendly welcoming manner even though we were a little early for lunch. Georgie served us and took our order and was sensitive to my allergies. Both of the staff were super even when the restaurant got busier.

Had a lovely meal and was waited on beautifully by Georgie! I’d definitely return because of her, she is such a delight! Thank you Georgie!

Good food and great service from Georgie, would come again if I’m ever back in this area. Made to feel very welcome. Good value as well

Have previously been for meals and has been a wonderful experience. Very disappointed this time by the lack of Service one of our party requested that the meat be cooked well done, the request was ignored. Quality of food seems to have slipped from previous visits.

Booked this venue from past experience for my retirement meal with work colleagues as it was a central point for all . In total there were 12 of us for a meal and drinks at 6.30 pm and the plus point is a large car park for everyone and close to the entrance . We sat down at our neatly arranged tables and a round of drinks was ordered and bought to us quickly followed by starters for those that chose one . Soon after I was asked if people were ready for mains and again were bought out with great efficiency , the right meals to the right people. All in all a brilliant experience and all services done with good timing and efficiency and considering the restaurant was full no one was left waiting, the staff really busy and on the ball , a very big well done and all orchestrated by manager Tracey . Recommend this to anyone, good food great service by friendly staff big well done

This is our go to place for fabulous food! everytime we go we have no problems what so ever the staff every member is just fabulous we had Lauren on many occassions and her customer service is just excellent and goes above & beyond for every table ! food is always beautiful always come together and just cooked to perfection every meal we always have

I’d booked a table, but on the wrong evening. Tracey or Racy Tracey as we called her sorted it, no probs . Food and service was excellent. Was great to see Vicky still here 19 years on, she needs a medal . Gracie too was a good host .

Food 10/10 and service by Laura M .. absolutely amazing! Such a sweet lovely girl who is an absolute credit to the business and knows her stuff! I had medium ribeye steak with honey mustard sauce recommended by Laura and she wasn’t wrong! I normally have peppercorn but this was Amazing! The triple Cooked chips are a must! Me and my family had a lovely evening meal at the Beefeater! Georgie was our waitress for the evening she was so welcoming as we came into the restaurant and was so pleasant throughout our time there. She is so bright and always had a smile on her face which is so nice to see! She made sure we was happy with everything and all i can say is she gave us the most pleasant experience. Dissatisfied on boxing day our son and daughter in law took us out for dinner. my wife doesn't eat large amounts of food so she ordered from the children's menu, and was told she would pay the adult price as it was a fixed menu when the food arrived what a let down she had the turkey with trimings frozen sprouts were like rubber when we asked for them to be replaced they bought more of the same ,the rest of the meal was mediocre all in all very disappointing

Dining alone after a heavy trip, stay over at the Premier Inn, before my return journey to Devon. Lovey staff, made me feel so at home.. just what I needed.
