Recently went to collect a takeaway from here first impressions were oh dear not a soul in there...but when we got home .what a very pleasant surprise..we had a tandori chicken wrap..it was delicious plenty of meat and salad we had fries .they were good ..will definitely be returning and recommending ..

Really good food from here. I had delivery take away, chicken tikka masala and peshwari naan 🤌👌 Delivery was punctual with polite delivery driver. Came with extra poppadom & yoghurt sauce. Will definitely order from here again. Edit: Ordered takeaway again, still excellent food 👌

Visited the spice lounge celebrating a birthday occasion. Was shown to the table with by a point of the finger. The service from the lady we served us for the night wasn’t great, found her quite abrupt and off putting, very stern and seemed to have no patience. Food was a let down to be honest, looked great but tasted disappointing. Drinks were flat and they had no other drinks such as the mocktails as they had no delivery. Place was also cold so wear something warm. Had the seafood platter, again looked amazing, but lacked flavour throughout. Fish was clearly frozen and thawed while cooking, I was very apprehensive to eat it as it had a strange flavour yet tasted of nothing? and was still translucent. The butter chicken was insanely sweet, tasted like a korma on steroids. Sadly not what we expected so did not eat this item. Tikka starter was on the dryer side and veg samosas, for the price you only got two very small samosas.it was stated the platter was for two but to be honest it was only portioned for one, lots of the small ready to eat type prawns, two king prawns and one small slice of salmon, for two people? Not sure. The malteaser cheesecake was awful!!! I have never eaten something that had the texture of being frozen but was warm at the same time. I’m not even sure if they were in date as I’ve never seen a malteaser look the way that one did on top of that cake. It was hard yet strangely spongey at the same time and it ached my jaw to keep eating it. Avoid this item!! Overall very disappointed, came to around £55 for the myself and my partner and for the quality of food and the service, I wouldn’t bother going again. One positive is that the service was fast and I wasn’t waiting ages for my food despite there being a large group of us. Would rather have gone to the Chinese next door!

We went out as a family of 6, ordered a number of different things on the menu. Please tell me why everything tasted the same?! The curry’s all had the same taste, just different amount of food colouring! The food had nothing but sweetness in flavour and meat/paneer included was very little. Altogether we paid £120, everything is so overpriced for the quality of food you actually receive! We ate so little, that we got chippy on the way home as everyone was STILL HUNGRY! And let’s not get started on customer service. The woman serving us was so rude, so patronising and had such a vile attitude. She spoke to my dad so rudely when he was trying to order his meal. This was the first time we had stepped foot in this restaurant and the minute we did, she was on our back. Maybe we could’ve forgiven the food if the service was decent, but she made us all feel so uncomfortable, we just wanted to leave asap. Must’ve been there for a total of 30mins. Never going back!!

Ordered Chicken balti , chicken was lovely and sauce nice and thick but was just so bland , didn’t taste of anything and for £40 order was disappointing

Food was almost tasteless, Indian is by far my favourite takeaway and I can not find anything about this meal that was a positive. Chicken pakora are basically chicken nuggets with a tan, curry sauce tastless with lack of chicken made up by an excess of red peppers. Masala chips whould have been acceptable if they were cooked and not just done. Korma sauce (not my choice) was grainy and tasteless. Only positive was the onion salad and poppadoms. Will never order from here again

Ordered from here the first and the last time terrible food was so bland and the mint sauce for the popadoms tasted of milk with little flavour! To top it off gets home for a curry missing and was told I didn’t request it when I had it on a list in front of me and they read it back! Overall terrible no taste food and expensive!!!!!

Arrived in 15 minutes, food very hot and packaged really well. Good value for money and will definitely order from here again

Got delivered to another address. In the end picked it up as had hungry guests.

It was out for delivery for 25 minutes so the food wasn’t exactly hot on arrival. It was really greasy, so bad that even the naan bread was covered in the curry greasy and pools of oil in both curry’s. Rice was overcooked, no popadoms but still had the salad and sauce. Not the nicest tasting either. Very disappointing.

The food was delicious as usual, but this time there was a lack of chicken in the curry. Usually its a generous portion, but on this day there wasn't much at all. This was the only negative of the order, when we Usually consider ourselves as regulars of Chilli Peppers

Absolutely rubbish food. No flavours, soggy and not spicy Masala chips. Vegetable curry cheap and nasty cooked in tomato sauce with no real spices in there. Tandoori platter very disappointing hardly any flavours. Best to stick to pub mix grill and curries , can’t beat it

Delivery was great but the onion salad smelt and tasted of lamb which I do nut like, peshwari naan was not nice and the madras was red in colour, chilli hot but not spicy as I am used to. Sorry

food came quickly - bonus. it was hot. starters were lovely. mains had a chicken Bhuna and a chicken Pathia. a little disappointed. they both looked and tasted the same, and only 4 pieces of chicken in each. everything else was lovely. Massalla chips, rice, naan all good.

Just had our first meal from chilli peppers,and it has to be the best Indian meal I have ever had. Compliments to the chef keep up the good work. Highly recommended for any one wanting a top quality meal,at great value for money.

The nargis kebab was awful. Tasteless meat and so much eggshell in it . Curry was very sweet , ever had a bhuna that was sweet. The rice was OK. Not like any egg fried rice I've ever had . Won't be ordering again

First time I’ve had a curry from Chilli peppers and well it’s the best take away curry I’ve had ! Plenty of meat , excellent potion size , we are all stuffed ! Won’t use anyone else in the future as I can’t fault !

Extremely poor by chilli peppers usual standard 3 different curries ordered but all 3 were just sweet tomato sauce and ended up getting binned. When contacting the restaurant weren’t interested said it was our tastebuds which was just rude as we are a regular customer.

Came here this evening for an evening dine in meal, usually we order Indian food as a take out, however decided to visit in person today. I can most definitely recommend and say this did not disappoint! This restaurant is lovely and clean with friendly staff. We ordered off the "banquet" set menu which they offer in the week Monday-Thursday - I must note that this is for cash only transactions. We were greeted and seated and it wasn't very busy, for our set meals we had an starter, main meal, side and poppadom each for £13.95. This restaurant is also bring your own alcohol, however soft drinks are purchased on site. All the food was freshly prepared and made to order and tasted wonderful. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Where we live compared to the restaurants location. Being late for me is expected. Especially for a 5:30 delivery… The food is worth the wait…
