Unwelcoming member of staff. Design features, that to me, looked to me like the inside of an unfinished multi storey car park. Dreadful weak coffee served in a small 'glass cup' with no handle. In the menu they refer to the music as if if is a feature of the experience there. OK, music is a matter of personal taste but there is no excuse for what sounds like a poor quality sound system. I'm trying to think of something I liked.... The toilets are OK and the large plants are nice. In fairness to the owner(s), I did not eat there ...... I just had a coffee but the overall experience that I had, I just would not want to go back in there again. Maybe this place is to some peoples taste, I accept that we are all different but it is at the wrong end of the scale for me and I won't be going back.

Wow toilet is disgusting. Staff seem nice but management need to refresh the toilets and clean them. Actually think this is a health issue! I went at 9:30am and was filthy!

Visited here and had a fantastic quiche and salad. I have been calling into this wonderful cafe about once or twice a year for a very long time. The owner and staff were really welcoming and the food was really lovely. It is great to have independent cafes like this to visit. I look forward to my next visit. Sylvia

I walked in to the Greg’s up at Rotherwas in Hereford waited half an hour for: 2 cold bacon rolls, a coffee (which was ok). I went once vowed never to return. The queue was out the door this was due to the staff being the slowest ever in human history. I blame the manager of this establishment for not being good enough to meet standards of a customer. I shall not go back.

Went into Costa Coffee 5th December 12 ish for a tea and pastry 2 staff 2 men waiting for food I waited approximately 10 minutes when another lady came in and ignoring me the young server immediately went to take her order I said I had been waiting and was first to be served she asked what I wanted in between pulling smirking faces with the other staff member directed at me, I then told her not to bother and walked out. The attitude of the staff was extremely rude and I would not recommend this establishment. The staff really need an urgent course in customer service.

If I could give zero star, I will. Poor customer service and was overcharged for something we never had. Please also don’t go for the ice cream as it’s literally a scam! They didn’t give you a full scoop and my ice cream was hollow in the middle. For almost £4, I’d suggest you to go somewhere for something better! Avoid at all cost.

Had to waste 30 minutes in town. Decided to go to Marks cafe for a coffee. Awful attitude from the lady making the coffees. Saturday 7th 1030am. It would help to be barrista trained, because my coffee was useless, full of air bubbles, making it unpleasant. A smile wouldn't go amiss either!! Shocking!!

Love this place so much, a short-trip here and found here surprisedly. Really enjoy here and immersed in here. Brilliant coffee, chill vibe.

We have been visiting Morrisons Cafés for years and they were always well known for being budget friendly, offering quality, fresh cooked Food to Order particularly there Breakfasts... I emphasise the word "were"! What has gone wrong? The Staff are clearly operating on a Skeleton Crew, that has become obvious particularly over the past 4-6months. Queues for Ordering, lack of Clean/Cleared Tables, lack of Clean Cutlery/Mugs for Self Service Tea & Coffee, Food Waits of approx 30/40mins which is absolutely fine as we're often informed upon Ordering but the quality of the Food has become dreadful. Food served warm, Bacon on Breakfasts fatty and undercooked, just slung on a pile on the Plate. Sausages shrivelled up as if they've been pre-cooked then reheated. Hash Brown's Raw. Fried Eggs are either undercooked and snotty or crispy and hard. Baked Beans there appears to be more Tomato Juice than Beans itself. Mushrooms watery and balnd as if they've been slung out of a Tin. Black Pudding almost deep-fried and incredibly crispy. The only positive I can mention about our Breakfast was the Toast... and yet Morrisons Breakfasts used to be superb 👌 Where to start regarding Childs Menu - Kids Eat Free is fantastic incentive however the quality of that has now become incredibly poor. We have a 7yr old who used to love Morissons Mac n Cheese/Tomato & Mascarpone Pasta served with Garlic Bread, it has now been replaced with some kind of Microwaveable Pasta with a very wet Sauce (if you could even call it that) with chunks of Aubergine, Courgette, Pepper, Onion and Tomato. Totally not Kid friendly, we had a 7yr old dissapointed to say the least! Improvements need to be made, stop trying to cut corners and do everything on the cheap... it doesn't work!

Absolutely disgusting loads of uncleared tables, floor hadn't been swept, The tables that were clear had not been wiped clean. toilets shocking. Has rapidly gone downhill, place needs a thorough deep clean and staff retraining.

This store is the worst one yet. Never seen such a mess and such rude stuff! The store manager and assistant manager were so rude to me! They should get fired because you don’t get paid to be rude to people. Never going there again!

Tables always dirty and uncleared. needs a good shake up. Staff pleasant enough but the place needs to be kept cleaner and tidier
