The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Burton East Staffordshire West Midlands

Went today with my daughter and baby grandson For breakfast , I had the full English and it was first class. The atmosphere is lovely and calm with a classic background piano music . The staff were welcoming , thank you Chefs table For a lovely start to the weekend .

Always a must call in for the bacon splash and coffee great food lovely service well worth the visit

Visited for the first time today and it definitely won't be the last. Lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. The food was amazing, one of the best chicken burgers ive had. Couldn't resit a takeout carrot cake for later.

Myself and my family were staying 5 miles away at hanbury barns for my nephews wedding. We needed somewhere for breakfast and the Hideaway fitted the bill. Nice food, efficient service. Thank you

This place is absolutely amazing, the service is exceptional as is the food. I recently visited for a birthday meal and had the signature steak (again) which was spot on as were the cocktails. Can’t wait to visit again!

As a 'mad cat' woman, we decided yo go and see the cats at the cat Cafe. It was expensive to go see the cats and the food was dreadful. There is complete lack of organisation, the cats in my opinion were not adequately cared for with dirty eyes and dirty ears (possibly with mites) and personaly, i would be ashamed to have these as my pets and using them to run a business. The cats are all over the tables in the lounge area they are loose. They are drinking spare milk from jugs, eating crusts n food from finished plates and generally begging. We opted to eat in the area outside the cat lounge as whilst i love cats, having them in my food is a no, no! The litter area in the cat lounge was stinky, faeces were on the floor and i felt it stressful for a nursing queen to be in the lounge with her kittens. The food was very basic. Nothing amazing for the price and took ages to make. The cats on a couple occasions whilst we visited escaped into the huge kitchen area. This business is a complete mis-mash of ideas.....a junk store, cafe and cat circus.....very odd. Can't see it lasting long.

Orders of food platters for business meetings are always delivered on time with great selection of sandwiches, fruit platters, vegetable platters, cakes, drinks, plates and napkins. Vegetarian, Gluten and Dairy free options are available. Emily is always flexible with orders and even last minute orders are prepared on time. We have been ordering from The Granary for more than two years now and quality of service was always great. Strongly recommend! Thank you.

Booked for party what can I say jodie and staff pulled it out the bag nothing was to much trouble listened to everything we wanted and helped. Everyone commented how venue was nice decor and clean. Perfect hosts 💯

And if you don't know, now you know... This place is the the best halal burger joint in the Midlands! Service is on point, the serving time of food can be a little slow but when it's a fresh and tasty burger you cannot complain. The burgers are spot on every time you go with, very consistent unlike other places. The meat is well seasoned, to the patties are succulent an juicy, and the bun does not fall apart when eating your burger. Definitely a place you need to try if your in Burton. 2 years later - this is just another burger place now, nothing spectacular. The fries are dry like carboard, the shoestring onions in the burgers are inedible, the chicken burgers are like those from any other chicken shop and the worse thing is they overcharge you whenever you make a collection order. P.s. my order was made over the phone and collected. Offers are not usually worth it as the prices are hiked before the discounts are applied. Thanks for the reply though. And another 3 years later... I'm pleased to say Cafe Clock has improved massively! The burgers are definitely some of the best in the Midlands, the staff are always friendly and I wouldn't go anywhere else if given the choice. Got to be the best halal food spot in Burton. Booked the afternoon tea for a pre Christmas cousins get together, but then had a few issues with us all being able to attend after all, rang to explain and look at the options available and were very accommodating and helpful. The situation for our get together changed again lot over last couple of days with one of the group of four actually not making it on the day in the end due to trains being cancelled so I took that booked afternoon tea away as a take away. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the staff serving were friendly and chatty despite it being very busy so close to Christmas. The afternoon tea did beat us, so also lovely to take leftovers away! Good value for money and delicious….thankyou! We’ll definitely book again in the new year when hopefully we can all attend with no issues!

I couldn’t believe the price for a sausage roll nothing special not even a large one £1.30 can’t see any reason for this high price

when we go town greggs is our favourite place to go now especially they got sitting area abd right in the middle of town it's easy to access, and all can go especially wheel chair uses, pushchair etc only thing I would say be nice if there was facilities for babies / young ones so can warm up milk or food as only place that got a microwave which have to walk there them back to do so is mc Donalds od all places

Miss the Anglesey how it was. Now it’s neither a pub or an Indian restaurant. Stretton didn’t need another Indian. Was a great pub before. Wasn’t impressed with our visit, food was ok nothing special, bar staff didn’t even know how to make a cocktail. It’s a shame as was a great pub before dont think we’d return.
