Café B in East Staffordshire

I am a vegan and a traveller and find it difficult in most countries eating.. Burton on Trent was amazing for any vegan. This Café B served a full on beans, vegan sausage,hash browns, mushrooms etc… soo good!!! Decaf Americano one size, huge two hander! Staff wonderfully polite… highly recommend this little gem. Check out the lunches as well. Worth the detour on way to Birmingham…

Called in to this lovely cafe as I was in the area. Really couldn’t fault anything at all, I had a full English breakfast which was perfectly cooked and presented to a standard you rarely see and the coffee was certainly better than any Costa etc. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the staff couldn’t do enough to make someone feel welcome. We visit Cafe B several times each week. Stephen, Caitlin and the staff are always extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There is always a lovely selection of cakes, and the food is always freshly cooked to order and is delicious. Caitlin makes the best cappuccino in Burton, and Stephen makes the best panninis! The decor and ambiance in Cafe B can’t be beaten in our opinion. Stephen and Caitlin make such a great team and it’s lovely to see them working together. Keep up the great work!

I'm a regular visitor to Cafe B and the food is lovely and it's a very good experience each time, the staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you, always a lovely atmosphere I would highly recommend

Spacious and warm cafe with lovely, eclectic styling. The food was very good quality and great value. The staff were great… it's always the simple things! We simply ordered a single cheese toastie and chips to share along with our drinks; unprompted the food was delivered to our table with two plates and two cutlery sets, and a smile. Lovely service.

Great breakfast with Santa. Often come for a breakfast or a sneaky coffee during the day. The Coffee is lovely, and for breakfast a great selection, always cooked to perfection, and the team are very flexible with the menu. Santa Breakfast was special, lots of regulars, the place was beautifully decorated, a lovely atmosphere with great food and drink

The santa experiance was amazing, great atmosphere and great service and the kids loved santa and his wife was well worth it and just all around amazing.

I went to the Christmas Breakfast with Santa and Mrs Claus today with my girlfriend and younger sister and it was such a great experience for all of us. Everything was so magical and it will be a great memory for us to remember. The staff were excellent, as always, the menu was very yummy! I would highly recommend coming here, it’s my favourite cafe in Burton and I go all the time. My sister absolutely adores Santa and Christmas so it was money well spent, worth every penny!

Had a day trip in Burton as passing through from Birmingham. Happened to stumble of this very cute coffee shop with a very nice quirky decor and pleasant atmosphere, was packed with people which is always a good sign. Drinks came very quickly and well presented . I had a bacon sandwhich while my partner had a qourn sandwhich . Both pipping hot and well cooked . If passing through again will definitely return !

Three of us had lunch here today. We booked the table online which was very easy to do. The staff are very welcoming. I had soup, another of us had a panini and the other had scrambled egg and bacon bagel. Also a couple of sides of fries. The food was piping hot when it came and very tasty. The bagel was well loaded. As was the panini. Cost on average, including drinks £13 each. Great for lunch

Came here as one of our party is a veggie and this place was recommended. Freshly prepared breakfasts both veggie and bacon fixes all round really set us up for the day. A tad pricy but you get what you pay for.

I had a very nice cappuccino here. The place was quite busy, and it’s clearly popular for good reason. The staff were friendly. It took about five minutes to get my drink, due to the staff being busy, but at least it was freshly made, so that’s fine. I enjoyed my visit.

We have been several times to this cafe and it is now our favourite one. The food range caters for dietary needs now, to include a good range of options for gluten free. The Pumpkin late was excellent plus you can have alcohol with lunch if needed. It is also the most attractive looking cafe in Burton to our mind, since the Messy Hare had to close. Helpful and friendly staff.

Came here on the 9/3/2022 with my mum after a spot of shopping. As always I check trip advisor for the best places and I'm glad I did. 10/10 on everything. Food, warmth, service, friendliness and price. It tiks all the boxes. For anyone who has any issues with it then I think you need to see a doctor. I just wish I lived closer so I could go more often. Can't wait to come again 😃😃

I was so pleasantly surprised with Cafe B. The decor, the staff friendliness and the quality of the food was perfect. It’s a nice environment, calm and played music to my taste in the background. The food was inventive and fresh and the staff were lovely. My only small criticism was that it wasn’t table service, which I was a little surprised because everything else was just spot on. I had the vegan breakfast, which was the best I’ve had so far when eating out. One real telling feature of a good cafe/restaurant is a state of the toilets, which here were spotlessly clean, with good antibacterial soap and warm water… and had a little basket of additional toiletries at the sink including hair spray… a wonderful place that I will certain come to again when I return to Burton. See you again folks! 🌟
