Los cafés tienen cargos obligatorios por donación a algunos Cargos aleatorios, no es en ningún otro lugar en el Reino Unido donde se le obliga a pagar si está alineado con la caridad por causa o su razonamiento. Cuando le preguntaron al barista María fue tan grosera y comenzó a gritarle a una señora mayor por cuestionar este cargo y preguntarle que no tenía que volver a Starbucks. Otra tripulación es bastante comprensiva pero esta tripulación en particular siempre es muy tóxica. Muy decepcionado y no volveremos a visitar Starbucks como muchos británicos que han optado por abandonar la marca. Adiós después de mis 14 años de lealtad.

Horrible servicio y personal grosero. El único lugar peor es el quiosco dentro de Birmingham New Street Station. Más de £ 6 por un vaso de plástico lleno de hielo también. No te preocupes.

Was glad to see Molloys open again after such a long time. We went in and could smell the odour of damp and saw the ceiling and walls with mould stains. The floor is dirty and the place hasn't been given a helping hand since it was shut. The place doesn't do food now. We stopped for a quick pint although no idea of a good.pint no head and smelt like cleaning fluid. Such a shame the place wasn't inspected or at least cleaned before opening.

Segunda visita, lamentablemente no tan bueno como la primera visita! Tenía una galleta que estaba ligeramente sobre horneado que realmente estropeó la textura! ¡Debería haber sido retirado de la más de un minuto o dos antes!

Excelente mini desayuno desi, tenía un Masala Huevo Tostado y bollo de huevo masala. . . obviamente se lavó con una taza de Karak Chaii apropiado. . . Nos encantó. Además, el personal era agradable y educado. Especialmente Zara (Enfermera de oficio) , era extremadamente educada e informativa también en cuanto a alérgenos. Recomendaría este lugar a todo el mundo.

Visitado para probar los desayunos. . pedido uno irlandés y otro vegetariano. Quedamos impresionados por el sabor y el tamaño de la porción. Pudín negro... pasteles de patatas... la pausa de la soda fue exuberante para el irlandés... Tocino y salchichas de calidad. . Lo recomendaría encarecidamente. . El personal era amable y servicial. . Ordenó una ensalada de remolacha con salmón infundido con vodka a un precio de casi £ 14 Después de que mi colega había cocinado la comida servida solo diez minutos después de pedir, todavía estaba esperando mi ensalada 35 minutos después. Después de cuestionar el paradero de mi comida me dijeron que mi pedido no había sido enviado al Cocina! Debido a que tenía poco tiempo para almorzar pedí que lo pusieran en una caja para llevar. Caja de recepción que caminé de vuelta a mi conferencia. Abrí la caja y estaba mohosa lechuga y pepino! dos tiras de salmón no infusionado estaba furioso y hambriento! Nada de canapés de remolacha ni nada más que se anunciara. Asquerosa vergüenza de servicio en usted MAC

Ordered breakfast for myself and daughter "big daddy breakfast " consists of 2 sausage 2 bacon 2 eggs beans and toast not exactly big daddy breakfast. Really missing tomatoes mushrooms black pudding. Tasted absolutely awful sausage was very cheap with no taste at all and the bacon well full of fat and very thick. Please avoid at all cost

The main issue, is the service from front of staff on a Friday, as this is the day i generally visit. You can stand waiting to be acknowledged for over a minute while they continue doing what they are doing before they have look up and ask you what you want. Food is generally very good apart from the bacon, in the bee fast which always appears it’s been cooked on a dirty plate After three visits having the same poor service I will not be visiting this establishment again.

Breakfast Bao a big disappointment, nothing like I was expecting from the photos around the place. Coffee was ok though. Just felt ripped off. Better off walking to the nearby Greggs.

El peor té de la tarde. ¡Solo sándwiches de jamón o huevo, unos macarrones y los bollos quemados más pequeños de la historia! Le dijeron que el horno estaba roto para que no pudieran cocinar los pasteles correctamente. El servicio también fue muy lento.

We had a lovely lunch. There were only 2 staff instead of 4 waiting on tables and serving drinks. They both worked very hard on making sure everything was served on time. Tom was excellent looking after his area. Great service!

I can summarise Baha in 4 words to save you the time and effort of reading through the reviews - overrated food & s***e service. Dined here on two occasions a while back and was very disappointed,especially with the standard of service. We were there for 2 hours before being served our main meal! We were told the reason for this is because they make all their food from scratch... I mean, doesn't most places? Even then the food was average. Wouldn't say its the best in Birmingham. Maybe I would have rated the food higher, but the expectation that the food is so great is set by the staff, only for you to be disappointed when your food arrives 2 hours later and isn't as spectacular as they made out.

Went for breakfast staff were really helpful and polite , the food was a great value for the money, would recommend
