THIS IS FOR GRAND CENTRAL STARBUCKS: Second time I've been here in 3 months and both times it's been absolutely covered in flies, everywhere. It's absolutely disgusting! This is a completely internal venue to it's not jsut due to doors being open. This time, the drink i got made me seriously unwell with food poisoning - I'm certain this is because of the fly situation, the staff are literally batting them away as they work - I should've lsitened to my gut and thrown the drink away the second I noticed the disgusting conditions.

This your basic Starbucks, overpriced as expected but the ambient is not as cozy and nice as it can be in other Starbucks places. Service a bit slow and overworked, but generally okay.

This is for the Star Bucks located upstairs by Selfridges in Bull Ring. I was the only person there and I asked for a large Cappuccino. The olive skinned male ask me to go to the end counter (small counter) to take my order again even though he heard me. I then asked again for a large Cappuccino when he responded aggressively ''large Cappuccino'' like I was a crazy person asking for something unreasonable I said yes tapped my card and just waited. After 5 mins with no communication I looked and saw a cup of something at the end of the counter so I walked over. There was a lady standing there doing something and I asked ' is this a Cappuccino '? She didn't look at me and shouted YES in what seemed a eastern European acent. I then asked where the sugar was and she took a big sigh and without looking at me asked me how many sugars, I said 4. She threw them in a paper and dumped them in front of me still no eye contact or acknowledgment. I could not wait to get out of there. I rushed outside to get in a taxi and when I took and sip of coffee it was luke warm. Very disappointing. With everyone losing their jobs youd think they would be happy to still be employed. Ill never go to any Starbucks again Costa coffee all the way from now on.

I went into Starbucks to get my drink and a Asian bloke came from behind the store & started to make my drink. I advised that I’d like to see my drink bring made & he and the other little Asian guy started shouting to move back from The counter. I was standing on the round circle 2 meters away & kept telling me to move back so I could not see them making my drink, the drink tasted vile & I ended up binning the drink. Rude staff who were hiding & not allowing me to see my drink being made. Will not be going there again. Ended up going elsewhere who made a lovely drink with no hidden agendas or problems me watching my drink being made.

Planning a day out my twin brother Stephen and I headed to Rotunda Square were we visited a couple of cafe's, we went to Cafe Rouge first were we enjoyed a delicious coffee and so we decided to drop into Starbucks and I must say that cafe was just as good . Your typical Starbucks, nice and clean, great decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Rotunda Square. We were here on a Wednesday morning, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of staff, we gave our details of name and phone number to assist with the governments track and trace system and then sanitised our hands, we ordered a cappuccino coffee each, we payed contactless and our order was ready in no time,we grabbed a table outside were we just chilled out and took in the great Starbucks we were in and planned out the day ahead while sipping our coffee's. My cappuccino was really good, a creamy,frothy coffee,from the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve. It was so good enjoying a quality coffee in such a really good Starbucks and a cool location. We really enjoyed our coffee's in here before we moved on and for a first time visit to this particular Starbucks we had a great time . This Starbucks is easy to locate on Rotunda Square, its by the Nelson Monument. Opening hours are; Monday to Saturday, 7am till 9pm. Sunday, 8.30am till 7.30pm A great Starbucks and if your in the area most definitely well worth a visit.

I go to this Starbucks on my way to New Street station and I love it. All the staff are helpful and the store manager Kate is an absolute sweetheart. Really brightens up my mornings.

I went with my friend on December 16th around 7pm. Asked for a filter white coffe and get charged for an americano. So ask for a refund and the girl who served didn't have name badge( tall,chubby, blonde ,young english ) said they dont sell filter coffe while it was displayed on the menu overhead. She was so rude and didn't want to acknowledge her mistake . So instead I ask for tea ,with my surprise she instantly bring the tea cup and give it to me like I have committed a crime by asking it. The tea bag was in warm water , should be in hot boiling water! I wanted to complain but my friend take me away. It was an awful experience. A big brand like Starbucks should train their pathetic young staffs customer service first and then employ them. I mean a warm cup of water with tea bag for £2.15 !!!

I popped in mainly to find something for my toddler. I couldn't see anything on the menu that would do but the lady taking orders suggested a mango smoothy. I ordered a large, thinking that we could share it. The drink was well received but a bit too thick for the little one to suck up the straw.
