Starbucks in Birmingham

Horrible servicio y personal grosero. El único lugar peor es el quiosco dentro de Birmingham New Street Station. Más de £ 6 por un vaso de plástico lleno de hielo también. No te preocupes.

Top Location at the main street of Birmingham. Pretty small but sitting outside is possible. Personal on that day extremely friendly. Coffee great and expensive as usual

Came in to pick up a mobile-order from the app before work. Waited at the collection point for around 10 minutes, and was not once acknowledged by any of the 4 staff behind the counter. One female staff member continued to call out orders for other customers to collect, made eye contact with me standing there, and then went back to talk to another member of staff while she was making a drink. After roughly 10 minutes I had to shout 'excuse me' across to her to finally be served and received no please or thank you, not even a smile. Staff are very unfriendly and clearly don't care for customers that are waiting. Won't be returning to this particular store as I've received much better service in others.

Very unclean coffee shop with no enthusiasm from the staff to do anything about it. A lot of homeless people in and out begging.

Buen servicio y comida como en casi todos los Starbucks. Buena ubicación al lado del centro comercial y de un supermercado Tesco.
