Fui allí hoy por primera vez para un sándwich, me sorprendió ver lo grande que era una tienda y que hacen ofertas de comida que me resultó bien, ya que tenía un sándwich brillante hecho de pan integral espeso y montones de relleno y ensalada que podía elegir yo mismo, un bocadillo y un café con leche de avena que era realmente bueno y una sorpresa, ya que solo se suele conseguir café con leche de vaca que no puedo tener, cuesta más que algunas ofertas de comida, pero vale la pena. Qué suerte.

Asistió con mi tío, que era su primer día después de la rehabilitación después de un derrame cerebral. El personal del bar se negó a servirle ya que no podían oírlo claramente. Cuando trató de quejarse con el supervisor del Bar su actitud era la de alguien a quien no le importaba nada, solo quería que se fuera. Me quejé ante su oficina central y recibí una respuesta indicando que Protección de Datos significaba que no podían avanzar ya que no era a mí a quien se me había negado el servicio. Sí ha leído bien Protección de Datos, ¿desde cuándo la Protección de Datos cubre una queja por un servicio deficiente, y la discriminación de los supervivientes de accidentes cerebrovasculares (Ley de Igualdad 2010 ) ? Una completa falta de comprensión por parte del personal en el sitio el día, y después, por parte del equipo de servicio al cliente. Leyendo otras críticas parece haber un patrón de mal servicio por parte del personal del bar, de ahí por qué estoy tan sorprendido!

I used to come here every Friday to get work done, but about a year ago I noticed a shift in attitude amongst staff. Only way to describe it is the "cba" attitude. I returned yesterday with my 4 year old, and two things happened. It was clear we were sitting in and despite that everything was put in to-go cups and bags and put on a tray and brought over to us. When I stated we were sitting in the man took my drink back, had it sent over in a cup by an odean staff member. I later went up to ask for some water and you would think I cussed out his mother the way he rolled his eyes and had another staff member get me the water. You would think he wasn't there to work. Second thing, the babychino was pipping hot, my daughter burnt her mouth and tongue on the drink. I didn't check it beforehand because it's obviously for a child and when I went to drink it after her to check, I was mad. It was hotter than my coffee. Date of attendance 31st May 2022.

La comida tardó mucho en salir por favor no está limpia. La comida era muy muy normal más como comida casera. No volveré pronto.

Fantastic and unique products with excellent taste and variety. From on screen self service and excellent customer service I would definitely recommend. I love the brand name a cheeky but naughtea lol. No seriously I have tried other places but often have found not consistent. At NAUGHTEA every-time I have gone there the taste is as expected. I wish there were outlets in London as this would simply be the best.

Pedí un kit casero para hornearlo tú mismo. Faltaba una masa para galletas. Me comuniqué con el servicio de atención al cliente y fueron muy inútiles. NO HAGAS PEDIDOS A ELLOS.

Esta es una nueva aventura. Una comida de cocción escuela en el antiguo colegio patio que tiene una cafetería al lado. Mis amigos y yo visitamos el domingo a mediodía cuando sólo se ha abierto una semana o dos. El personal es muy amable y servicial. La comida, aunque extremadamente limitado, estaba bien casi buena. Hay una tiza a bordo en lugar de un menú. Había una/dhal negro chole de sopa, que era Mung Bean; una quiche: espárragos con una corteza de harina de almendra; una semana especial que era paella (aunque había un verduras y carne versión de eso) y tres o cuatro ensaladas. No es barato. La carne paella (chorizo, pollo y cerdo) era £8. Fue la placa slopped bastante messily. vas con una bandeja como un autoservicio de café del tipo el uso de Woolworth. La paella era preciosa, pero no muy cálido. Después de haber comido, me sentí como si estuviera llevando labios. Uno de mis amigos los vegetarianos tenían la opción de paella magdalena - lo que ella dijo que estaba muy caliente, muy caliente que tuvimos que comer su ensalada de lado! Ella fue la remolachas asado servido con rábano picante. Sonidos encantadores. Mi otro amigo, también vegetarianos, fuimos en el dhal negro chole de mung Bean, que decía que estaba bien, pero no tendría otra vez. Fue 4.50 libras y venía con dos rebanadas de pan casero. No pedimos las bebidas (vino tinto me ofrecieron una copa a £5) pero nos dieron una gran jarra de agua del grifo. Sweet qué consistía en bayas flapjack y algo descrito como pastel de chocolate pero parecía más como chocolate fudge aromatizados. No probamos. Mi amigo tenía un trocito de quiche para llevar a casa para su té - £4.50 . Una señora encantadora demostró una pieza de equipo de cocina que tiene casi todo, aparte de hornear - nos hizo helado de plátano con plátanos congelados y tenían ordeñadas con leche desnatada en semi juntos y fue realmente bueno. Que podían hacer cosas como que para el postre a la orden, tal vez? Uno de mis amigos tenían que llevar ropa sucia cubiertos para la atención de la señora a cargo - que era mortificado y cambiaron inmediatamente. Sé que son encontrar sus pies, así que no quiero ser demasiado difícil para ellos. Estoy seguro de que le venga bien a tiempo. tan sólo espero que tiene el tiempo.

Reservé una estancia de una noche para mi hija y yo después de un concierto en la academia. Cuando llegamos no podíamos entrar y nos gritaron a través de una ventana por el personal que estaba sentado en el pub bebiendo. El colchón de la cama doble estaba tan gastado que podía sentir el marco de la cama debajo. Tuve que dormir sola con mi hija que tiene 14 años. Cuando me quejé me dijeron que todos los colchones necesitaban ser reemplazados y todos se quejan. No se ofrecen disculpas ni recompensas. Me he puesto en contacto con la propiedad varias veces, así como booking.com y no responden. No desperdicie el dinero ganado duramente quedándose aquí. Horrible lugar con personal que apenas levanta la vista de sus pantallas para comunicarse y por lo que obviamente no quieren estar allí.

I have written reviews on the Cafe before and I keep going back as the food and service is excellent and you will struggle to find the same anywhere else in Sutton Coldfield. I have noticed the comments from several people around eating their own food on the premises and I have to comment. I have been in the cafe and outside on many occasions and I have heard the torrent of abuse the staff receive when the politely ask people to refrain from eating there own food in their premises. The staff are polite and ask people nicely to refrain and then normally get shouted at an abused and called all sorts by the young and old (who should know better). It's simple don't eat your own food in a cafe that serves food, would you go in to Nandos with a packed lunch and order a coke???. To the cafe keep up the good work and to the idiots bringing there own food and then not being happy when asked to not eat it, grow up and use some common sense, if you have any!

I would not advise anyone to visit this creams the staff needs changing especially the manager. The lady has no people skills she is not friendly. When I want to buy ice cream it’s for my daughter. But sometimes I would indulge by getting myself one in a cone. A desert shop should make you happy not depressed. The manager always gives off the energy like she does not to be there or that we are giving her work to do. The other staff how ever are okay. I won’t be back. Also the smoking in front of the establishment what is with that? Why hasn’t the shop got any music seems like they want folks out more than in hell they don’t even want to be in.

Happened to be in Fort Dunlop today and popped in for a sandwich & coffee I purchased a Falafel Flatbread Wrap and Coffee - both were absolutely delicious To top it off I experienced lovely friendly service Next time I’m nearby I’ll be back for more 🙂

Tuve el placer de visitar este Costa Coffee in kings muy limpio. Me gustaría destacar el excelente servicio al cliente brindado por Holli. Ella me hizo sentir muy cómoda y bienvenida y fue muy cariñosa. El café que hizo fue excelente y también se volvió inteligente. Gracias Costa por emplear a personas de tanta calidad.

Ordered a ferrero, never again. It was the worst milkshake ive ever had. It was like the ice cream was out of date thats been.used. no ferrero taste.
