Creams Cafe in Birmingham

I would not advise anyone to visit this creams the staff needs changing especially the manager. The lady has no people skills she is not friendly. When I want to buy ice cream it’s for my daughter. But sometimes I would indulge by getting myself one in a cone. A desert shop should make you happy not depressed. The manager always gives off the energy like she does not to be there or that we are giving her work to do. The other staff how ever are okay. I won’t be back. Also the smoking in front of the establishment what is with that? Why hasn’t the shop got any music seems like they want folks out more than in hell they don’t even want to be in.

Decided to visit the Creams on Broad Street at the end of a family day out in Birmingham City Centre with our toddler. We were the only people in there and stumbled in to a telephone argument between the only member of staff and the area manager. We were completely ignored for more than 10 minutes and when the door to the office closed so that the argument could continue, we decided to pack up and leave. Never even got a chance to place an order. From what we could hear, we have to have sympathy with the overworked member of staff on shift, it appears that the problems are at a higher level within the company. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Usually we don’t get very good customer service . But we was served by Kevin couple nights ago and he accompanied us quite well. He took our order and everything was correct and brought our to us swiftly. Great customer service !

My cousins and I dined in on Monday afternoon around 3pm. It was very quiet and there was one other table in the restaurant. After placing the order and paying at the counter, I went back up to chase my order (having waited 30 minutes for it). I asked "how much longer do I have to wait for the 3 Creams Sundae Royales?" and the guy replied back with "Oh. I thought my manager was making it for you." Put together in a rush and with ice cream melting/dripping off the glass, the desserts were brought over to the table. Customer service was terrible and the food quality was poor. I will not be coming back here again and I certainly would not recommend this place to my family and friends.

Place was empty when we walked in so grabbed our own menu and had a seat, alot of the booth seats are in a bad way ripped in need of replacing, ordering was quick and took about 10 minutes for waffles and saunde and about 20 minutes for iced coffee and coke zero only 2 other tables in when we left food did taste great but pretty expensive for what you get.

Friendly atmosphere, friendly service, good food, and got a free slushy. Me and my friends will definitely come again.

Was served by Sam, big smile and super friendly - he recommended a waffle after I couldn't decide which one to have and it was AMAZING! Hands down best I've ever had, so I'll definitely be back!

Myself and a bunch of friends decided to give creams a try and were very impressed. We were served by a young lad called Amaan and were amazed at how brilliant his customer service skills were. We asked him which desserts were popular and ended up ordering a variety of desserts. 10 out of 10 from me and my friends for the taste of the desserts and also Amaan's customer service. We will definetely be coming again!!

Got an amazing thick milkshake and overall good experience. Server called Borif was really nice too.

First time visit to Creams, I'm not a dessert fan but my sons are. The patience and helpfulness off Ram was above and beyond!! Even I gave in to a kinder milkshake which was delicious Thankyou and we will be back
