Después de pagar mi desayuno, Mavis le gritó a Beryl: "está bien, ahora podemos hacer huevos escalfados", así que comí un desayuno SUPER. A superb breakfast was enjoyed at the Gorilla Coffee Cafe, made by Sarah, the new Cook, with non greasy hash browns, delicious mushrooms, crispy thick bacon, fluffy sausages, fresh tomatoes and more! A fabulous, value for money experience that surpassed expectations. Definitely worth a visit! Just off the main road,friendly atmosphere, clean and relaxing.

Poor service from the restaurant, considering food arrived 30mins+ late, soup & fries went cold, if you know there's traffic, leave earlier. If your food is going to be over 30mins late & end up cold let the customer know before the driver leaves so they'll have the option of getting a refund and give them a courtesy call after 5mins not 27mins late. Called me & apologised but didn't even offer to partially refund some of the order or offer a free item for the inconvenience it caused. Do better!

Nicely decorated, big windows, child & dog friendly. Food is average. Humus tapas my favorite, don't go for chips as a side dish, it is soaked in garlic butter.

This place could have been managed better. It is a bit smelly. i don't know if it is the toilets or if it is the actual place that smells funny. Anyway, I like the layout but not keen on the menu. Maybe next, I will give it another go see if things have ameliorated.

A menudo vengo a Loco cuando estoy en Kings Heath. Siempre es amable y acogedor y uno de mis lugares favoritos para comer. El menú siempre es interesante y porciones generosas. Recomiendo Lounges a todo el mundo.

I always go here before work and find the staff very friendly. Keep up the good work I know the store gets very busy.

Good serving staff - very friendly and welcoming. The food is very acceptable. The venue displays its anti-harrassment policy on the walls but it is unclear that the policy is applied without prejudice

The Eastern European female with blonde hair has some serious attitude on her, despite the language barrier. She speaks with an aggressive tone and style, so I had to correct her, in case she isn't aware of conduct / behaviour. All I will say is, if you have problems, it's not my problem. I suggest you leave them at home. Costa please employ staff who wear a smile and approachable.

I always enjoy coming to The Village. The atmosphere is great and people are great. On this visit, our waitress, Scarlett, has been very lovely. She was so kind and helpful. We had a wonderful dinner!

This is an amazing venue offering so much to the visitor. Excellent cafe, great exhibitions and events, cinema, nice little shop and also Cannon Hill Park to wander around in.
