Greggs Bakery in Birmingham

I always go here before work and find the staff very friendly. Keep up the good work I know the store gets very busy.

I had a pizza slice and a cheese and onion bake I gave the cashier a 10 pound note and was only given 75p change I told the cashier I gave a tenner and she goes I didn't and I was fobed of as everyone at the till ignored me if I could I would give a negative star review

Went to Greggs today absolutely terrible service the young lady served me and over charged me I had a £10 note and had 1 cheese onion pasty which cost £2 and then I had 2 chocolate eclairs which costed £1.50 each and I should of £5 Change but the young lady gave me 85p I think it’s a absolute discrase I went back in and spoke to the man about it he said to me that I was lying to him beacuse apparently I said only 1 chocolate eclaire when I said 2 he said I said no I didn’t he said yes I did he said no I never I said I definitely said 2 he only gave me the change for the 1 chocolate eclair and cheese onion pasty so i only got £3.50 and I should of got £5 I think they where taking advantage of because beacuse they knew I was a young girl

Very quick and polite service. Only £3.29 for a sausage Baguette, can't be beaten. This shop also has internal seating.

Vine aquí para un rollo de moca y desayuno que era encantador y cálido. Y el personal era genial, muy rápido servicio ... sin duda vienen aquí de nuevo.

He agrandado los nuevos Greggs en Moseley absolutamente enormes greggs con zona de estar, absolutamente separado de la zona de cola. También hay un parque al otro lado de la carretera donde la gente pasea perros. Y temprano en la mañana siempre vengo rápido con perro comprar un bacon bap y rollo de salchicha para perro. También otros paseadores de perros aparecen antes de llorar perros nadie se sienta allí con los perros. sin embargo, hoy como un cliente habitual pop in con perro en el almuerzo hicieron una escena porque traje perro bien lejos de la comida y la zona de estar fue un pop in y tomar comida y se van. A los clientes los pocos que tenían no les molestaba en absoluto. También algunos miembros del personal necesitan aprender a usar la sección de calentarme. Tengo que decir que el rey Heath Greggs es 💯. Moseley Greggs está en una gran ubicación y es un gran diseño. Tengo que decir que el personal es amable.

Very friendly professional and quality fresh food

Después de unas buenas compras por la mañana, decidió ir a greggs para probar su nuevo katsu pollo al curry pastie. Hacía frío de piedra ( 12. 15 pm) Pregunté si se podía calentar en el microondas, pero fue rechazado, por “razones de salud y seguridad”. Creo que tener una intoxicación alimentaria por comer alimentos que no están a una temperatura correcta es más importante

ordered at 11:00 for 12:00, delivery time kept going up more and more from 11:40, after 55 minutes of 'preparing your order', food finally came, but it was a bit cold. Nothing against the driver, he was very polite. credit to him.

Bad service by an Asian girl who worked Saturday morning around 9.30 am(27/07/2024). Served food that dropped onto the floor. “Food doesn't come out,” said. She is very poor for customer service. Bad experience

Horrible staff . Don't look like they want to be there. Got a bacon bap asked no sauce only yo find red sauce smeared on serviettes like they had wiped sauce off counter and wrapped it round my bap....never again.

Inept staff struggle with the concept of "a tiny bit of sauce". Genuinely ridiculous how staff cannot grasp that not everyone wants a soaking wet sandwich. Waste of money and time. Genuinely chucked in a bush out of disgust it was that vile.

I rated it 2 stars as the driver was polite and friendly. I requested a refund as now this is the second time without a sticky label on the pizza box. All the toppings have gone onto all the pizzas as it looks like it’s been dropped. Unacceptable

Just eat driver brought small bag for Daniel. Told him not mine walk away. Called Gregg's Just eat will refund order again. Ordered again paid twice Just eat will not refund I have been told my Gregg's king heath sorry so 27 pound for nothing. Very poor. I will not order again thiugh just eat as not the first time. 60 pounds McDonald's food nothing delivered manager stated new McDonald's problem with order so just eat pocket 90 pounds for nothing and I work full time. Nice !

The driver went all the way up to Sparkhill before coming back to deliver to Kings Heath, even though I was less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant from which I ordered.

Wrong item delivered. I ordered four individual sausage rolls and they gave me the cold multi pack of four sausage rolls.

Usual Greggs choice. However, absolutely poor customer service. They don’t even bother to let you know what pastry is in the different packet, just placed on the counter and walk away. This has happened on several occasions, so much so, even my 11years old comments on how poor the service is.

The driver just went into the opposite way to my house. The food came cold because of it.

Worst hot chocolate ever, never again!! It was my first time at Greggs and after spotting the hot chocolate board outside I thought I'd give it a try. Bad mistake! Amongst the 4 flavors available, I picked the hot orange one only to regret it a few minutes after. The orange flavor is given by the sugar that is sprinkled on top of a whipped cream topping, absolutely nauseating as totally artificial, while the hot chocolate (was not even hot) is dreadful and I make a better one at home without too much effort. Short, it was a total waste of money and had to force myself to finish it but at least now I know I better stick to Caffè Nero. Quality comes at a price!

Delivery person didn't knock the door to alert me my food was delivered, he just left it om the floor in my porch.

They some of my items and was not sent a replacement so slightly disappointed as there is not much point being able to order in the morning of the delivery received is incorrect. Delivery was quick and driver was polite and professional. Although I have ordered from other greggs before so its not the end of the world its just disappointing, will go through just eat to ask about my part refund.

The pizzas were not handled with car, three had toppings and three didnt bc the toppings were on the bottom of the other three.

Small Greggs but really enjoyed visit. 3 nice young girls were serving and they were busy with the school children but still gave great service. Americano was perfect..forget Costa Greggs was and still is my favourite
