Greggs Bakery in Birmingham

I changed the address to my home address then went on to the Greggs to order my food and the app changed the address back to my sisters by itself. As I didn’t realise that it did this I had to re order my food

absolutely shocking baguette 1 suasge and 1 egg omelette and hardly any sauce, absolutely shocking! not happy!

Called up restaurant said the driver had collected the food 6 mins before I called then proceeded to take another 30 mins to reach me when I live max 5 mins drive from the location.

When you order hot food and it takes nearly an hour to come food is guna be cold and taste awful

pizza are luke warm in d9nt live far from here so they should be coming hot an they dont plus the sasuage rolls csn be taken out the hot cabinet not the cold ones from the shelf the wedges are freezing an soggy

Food arrived cold as driver spent 10 minutes getting fuel as was stationary at fuel station for 10 minutes

What is it with this Greggs and running out of the basics? Went in, and they’d run out of sausage rolls and steak bakes. Again. Told that they’d be out in 8 mins, so say with the 4 other people waiting. When the 6 steak bakes finally came out, they were immediately snapped up by the others waiting and 2 other customers waiting in the queue. So I was told I would have to wait another 15 mins. It only seems to be this greggs that waits till they’ve run out of an item before cooking another batch. Common sense says that that you ALWAYS have a batch of your biggest sellers in the ovens at your busiest time, but instead, this branch is always playing catchup with the basics. Even sausage rolls.

You forgot the extra sausage I ordered in my baguette (again)!

We made a big order for our workplace and everything was delivered well. Vegan and vegetarian options were packaged separately. Coffees weren’t split and the order was entirely correct! Well done and thank you!

one bag arrived. £50 order. i chased driver and got given another bag, both bags still short significantly . !! I ordered because I have flu and cant leave house . this is aweful as one of the missing items is lucazade

I always go here before work and find the staff very friendly. Keep up the good work I know the store gets very busy.

I had a pizza slice and a cheese and onion bake I gave the cashier a 10 pound note and was only given 75p change I told the cashier I gave a tenner and she goes I didn't and I was fobed of as everyone at the till ignored me if I could I would give a negative star review

Went to Greggs today absolutely terrible service the young lady served me and over charged me I had a £10 note and had 1 cheese onion pasty which cost £2 and then I had 2 chocolate eclairs which costed £1.50 each and I should of £5 Change but the young lady gave me 85p I think it’s a absolute discrase I went back in and spoke to the man about it he said to me that I was lying to him beacuse apparently I said only 1 chocolate eclaire when I said 2 he said I said no I didn’t he said yes I did he said no I never I said I definitely said 2 he only gave me the change for the 1 chocolate eclair and cheese onion pasty so i only got £3.50 and I should of got £5 I think they where taking advantage of because beacuse they knew I was a young girl

Very quick and polite service. Only £3.29 for a sausage Baguette, can't be beaten. This shop also has internal seating.

I’ve waited over 2 hours for a few steak bakes and a drink. Now the app is telling me that my food was delivered in a time in the future. I’ve never been furious enough to write a review but this is ridiculous. The shop is closed now so I’ve waited two hours for nothing.

Delivery Time when ordered was 15-30 mintes. Actual delivery time was 55 minutes. Hot food had been packed on top of refrigerated drinks. Resulting food was inedible as no re-heating facilities were available

He agrandado los nuevos Greggs en Moseley absolutamente enormes greggs con zona de estar, absolutamente separado de la zona de cola. También hay un parque al otro lado de la carretera donde la gente pasea perros. Y temprano en la mañana siempre vengo rápido con perro comprar un bacon bap y rollo de salchicha para perro. También otros paseadores de perros aparecen antes de llorar perros nadie se sienta allí con los perros. sin embargo, hoy como un cliente habitual pop in con perro en el almuerzo hicieron una escena porque traje perro bien lejos de la comida y la zona de estar fue un pop in y tomar comida y se van. A los clientes los pocos que tenían no les molestaba en absoluto. También algunos miembros del personal necesitan aprender a usar la sección de calentarme. Tengo que decir que el rey Heath Greggs es 💯. Moseley Greggs está en una gran ubicación y es un gran diseño. Tengo que decir que el personal es amable.

Después de unas buenas compras por la mañana, decidió ir a greggs para probar su nuevo katsu pollo al curry pastie. Hacía frío de piedra ( 12. 15 pm) Pregunté si se podía calentar en el microondas, pero fue rechazado, por “razones de salud y seguridad”. Creo que tener una intoxicación alimentaria por comer alimentos que no están a una temperatura correcta es más importante

ordered at 11:00 for 12:00, delivery time kept going up more and more from 11:40, after 55 minutes of 'preparing your order', food finally came, but it was a bit cold. Nothing against the driver, he was very polite. credit to him.

Bad service by an Asian girl who worked Saturday morning around 9.30 am(27/07/2024). Served food that dropped onto the floor. “Food doesn't come out,” said. She is very poor for customer service. Bad experience

Missing items for the 4th or 5th time and when you call insisting the items were in there not helpful.

Horrible staff . Don't look like they want to be there. Got a bacon bap asked no sauce only yo find red sauce smeared on serviettes like they had wiped sauce off counter and wrapped it round my bap....never again.

Inept staff struggle with the concept of "a tiny bit of sauce". Genuinely ridiculous how staff cannot grasp that not everyone wants a soaking wet sandwich. Waste of money and time. Genuinely chucked in a bush out of disgust it was that vile.

Quite a few of the items were cold unfortunately. Delivery driver didn't follow the instructions at all.

I rated it 2 stars as the driver was polite and friendly. I requested a refund as now this is the second time without a sticky label on the pizza box. All the toppings have gone onto all the pizzas as it looks like it’s been dropped. Unacceptable

I will not order again thiugh just eat as not the first time. 60 pounds McDonald's food nothing delivered manager stated new McDonald's problem with order so just eat pocket 90 pounds for nothing and I work full time. The driver went all the way up to Sparkhill before coming back to deliver to Kings Heath, even though I was less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant from which I ordered.

Wrong item delivered. I ordered four individual sausage rolls and they gave me the cold multi pack of four sausage rolls.

Usual Greggs choice. However, absolutely poor customer service. They don’t even bother to let you know what pastry is in the different packet, just placed on the counter and walk away. This has happened on several occasions, so much so, even my 11years old comments on how poor the service is.

The driver just went into the opposite way to my house. The food came cold because of it.

Worst hot chocolate ever, never again!! It was my first time at Greggs and after spotting the hot chocolate board outside I thought I'd give it a try. Bad mistake! Amongst the 4 flavors available, I picked the hot orange one only to regret it a few minutes after. The orange flavor is given by the sugar that is sprinkled on top of a whipped cream topping, absolutely nauseating as totally artificial, while the hot chocolate (was not even hot) is dreadful and I make a better one at home without too much effort. Short, it was a total waste of money and had to force myself to finish it but at least now I know I better stick to Caffè Nero. Quality comes at a price!

Delivery person didn't knock the door to alert me my food was delivered, he just left it om the floor in my porch.
