Palmyra Syrian and Lebanese food in Birmingham

Highly recommended for those who is looking for a delicious and reasonable price middle eastern food. Staff was very nice and accomodating

I ordered my food via uber eats didn’t recieve order within the allotted time uber usually gives when you place an order. So I call as no tracking as they use their own drivers. Said they were delayed and order would be picked up within 10 minutes. An hour and a half later called again order was still at restaurant and sitting to be picked up, then he was calling the drivers to no avail. I said cancel my food as would be cold. They then said we can make it again but will be long wait. The audacity to even tell me my food would be long after one and a half hours is unacceptable

This is one of my favourite places to order from. A great selection of food that is always delicious and you get plenty in a portion. Very good in every respect.

AMAZING FOOD! My boyfriend and I have been ordering from Palmyra for the last 3 years and they've never disappointed us. The food is just amazing, from the quality to the portions. Even the delivery service is very friendly . We 100% recommend it!!!

The food took 1hr and 20 minutes to arrive and was stone cold by the time I received it. The food was not sealed sufficiently so the driver could have had a much on it if he really wanted to. My cans of drink were placed directly onto my food causing the lid to cave in and aiding the cool down process of the food. On a positive note the food itself was tasty. my lamb was juicy and the rice was fluffy and flavoursome.

Driver was late and only came with 1 can of coke when i paid for a bottle when i called the shop they told me the driver took the wrong drink. After talking to the driver they told me they dont sell bottles and i paid for a can when cans are £1.25

They got the top of the range shawarma in the whole of Birmingham , have never let me down ever I been coming here for years and I always feel satisfied with the cuisine and I am delighted to be a customer and it's a honour to dine in with the feel as if I'm in Syria in Damascus.

Very nice food and friendly place. Customers are all the time happy. It is a place where I usually eat and spend my times. When there I relax and enjoy nice food. When I have visitors, it is a parfect place to bring them. I love palmyra. I usually order my take away food there or eat in.

Food was extremely cold. The lamb was greasy as it was microwaved, and very dry. No dressing on either dishes. very disappointed.

Very effortlessly served subtle food that has a warming effect on the senses. Fatima brings the food with grace and a very pleasent manner which is a charming, refreshing experience in Moseley. The music swirls around the Cafe in tune with the food and decor. I would indeed encourage people to go there and be half in Morrocco / Labanese and the other in Moseley without stress.

Lamb and chicken was cooked to perfection and very flavourful as well as the rice. Meat soup was decent.

Have visited prior, on this occasion bought friends. Had the same waiter as before, he is always so welcoming and friendly. All the food and drink was made with with love and care. Placed a order 1 hour ago didn’t receive the order for delivery as per the instructed time, so called in to ask why order was late, and restaurant staff responds only received the order 5 minutes ago it now 1 hour after the order and delivery time

food was okay but it would have been fantastic if the delivery driver had been able to find me (no idea why he couldn't). Consequently it was late and lukewarm. Not the restaurant's fault but it spoiled it somewhat Shame.

I've not had a proper Syrian breakfast since my stay in Palmyra March 2010 - now very much rectified. Is 14:00 too late for breakfast? Ingredients excellent, presentation spot on, good coffee too. I'll be back next time I'm passing through Moseley.

Anything you eat from here you're going to love it, their food will make you become their loyal customer. Don't think about it just try it and you'll love it.

The amazing food that was served was fast delivered qnd made with the resturant having a clean and calm atmosphere and i will definitely eat food everytime i pass by.

Excellent, cosy little restaurant with big portion sizes at a very reasonable cost. Service was quick and food was nothing short of amazing. Spectacular gahwa, Turkish coffee, mint tea aswell. Would come back just for an afternoon coffee. You won’t be disappointed should you choose to visit. 10/10

Ordered the platter for two and lebanese bread on uber. Overall the meal was great. The mixed shawarma and fries were tasty. The lamb mandi could have been a bit more softer and the half chicken needed touch more flavour however very generous with portions therefore well worth the price. Would recommend.

I’m really sorry to leave a poor review but it’s only so you guys can continue to try your best. The service was great the man who served me was very polite and explained the difference in the dishes. But the chicken shawarma given to me was really bad it was dry and hard which usually means it’s old and/or over microwaved the small amount of rice which was given was nice I couldn’t eat the chicken so I paid £12 for rice basically. It was my first time trying Syrian cuisine before but I really didn’t favour the chicken at all. I hope this was just a one time mistake but next time it will be super :).

Lovely food and great service. They forgot a couple items but I simply called the restaurant and someone rushed over within 10 mins with them. Excellent customer service.

This place is truly a hidden gem of Birmingham, nestled in a little spot of Moseley, this place does amazing food. Everything tastes amazing, the atmosphere is very relaxed and almost holiday like on a sunny day. The meat is amazing and tender, get plenty of sides, sauces and salad and a water despenser, a lot of places charge for water and you can have lots of water from the water despenser (which I've pictured) All in all 10/10 the prices are very very reasonable. Portion sizes are great and the food tasty.

A hidden gem worth trying to give your tastebud a bit refresh. We paid our visit after Cadburys World. Free on street parking nearby after 6:45pm

Lovely clean restaraunt with cosy atmosphere. Ordered a salad and falafel wrap meal-both were nice. Service was good, waiter gave us free complimentory drinks. Prices were reasonable and food was tasty. Will definitely be going back.

Came in, all was welcoming. The person at the entrance was very in communication and showed and explained everything what I can order. So I could comfortably order what I really want. Absolutely delicious food, light, plenty of vegetables, so tasty. Good for all tastes, including vegetarian and vegan. Table staff very helpful. It's not a smart place, but clean, bright and comfortable, perfect for a reasonably priced meal

Most lovely Lebanese and pagian restaurant. Lovely food, descent environment, best service and very welcoming and friendly staff. Explained every dish and service was fastest so far than most restaurants in Birmingham.

Ordered as a Takeaway through Just Eat, the food was absolutely delicious we got the platter and it came with rice and salad and we also ordered chips. Thank you so much for the bottles of soda too considering this restaurant is quite a distance from where we live the food arrived hot. Would definitely order again it was absolutely delicious! Maybe one day we can venture to the restaurant and eat inside.
