Ordered on Deliveroo, didn't have one item I ordered so they called beforehand, so really pleased with the service. Tried all new dishes I'd never had before and they were delicious. Would definitely order from or visit again.

Very effortlessly served subtle food that has a warming effect on the senses. Fatima brings the food with grace and a very pleasent manner which is a charming, refreshing experience in Moseley. The music swirls around the Cafe in tune with the food and decor. I would indeed encourage people to go there and be half in Morrocco / Labanese and the other in Moseley without stress.

Palmyra is a top-notch Syrian and Lebanese restaurant that excels in every way. It's the best food i have ever had in my life

food was okay but it would have been fantastic if the delivery driver had been able to find me (no idea why he couldn't). Consequently it was late and lukewarm. Not the restaurant's fault but it spoiled it somewhat Shame.

I've not had a proper Syrian breakfast since my stay in Palmyra March 2010 - now very much rectified. Is 14:00 too late for breakfast? Ingredients excellent, presentation spot on, good coffee too. I'll be back next time I'm passing through Moseley.

Such tasty food every time, never disappoints and at very reasonable prices and a warm service every time.

Anything you eat from here you're going to love it, their food will make you become their loyal customer. Don't think about it just try it and you'll love it.

The amazing food that was served was fast delivered qnd made with the resturant having a clean and calm atmosphere and i will definitely eat food everytime i pass by.

Excellent, cosy little restaurant with big portion sizes at a very reasonable cost. Service was quick and food was nothing short of amazing. Spectacular gahwa, Turkish coffee, mint tea aswell. Would come back just for an afternoon coffee. You won’t be disappointed should you choose to visit. 10/10

Ordered the platter for two and lebanese bread on uber. Overall the meal was great. The mixed shawarma and fries were tasty. The lamb mandi could have been a bit more softer and the half chicken needed touch more flavour however very generous with portions therefore well worth the price. Would recommend.

I’m really sorry to leave a poor review but it’s only so you guys can continue to try your best. The service was great the man who served me was very polite and explained the difference in the dishes. But the chicken shawarma given to me was really bad it was dry and hard which usually means it’s old and/or over microwaved the small amount of rice which was given was nice I couldn’t eat the chicken so I paid £12 for rice basically. It was my first time trying Syrian cuisine before but I really didn’t favour the chicken at all. I hope this was just a one time mistake but next time it will be super :).

Lovely food and great service. They forgot a couple items but I simply called the restaurant and someone rushed over within 10 mins with them. Excellent customer service.

This place is truly a hidden gem of Birmingham, nestled in a little spot of Moseley, this place does amazing food. Everything tastes amazing, the atmosphere is very relaxed and almost holiday like on a sunny day. The meat is amazing and tender, get plenty of sides, sauces and salad and a water despenser, a lot of places charge for water and you can have lots of water from the water despenser (which I've pictured) All in all 10/10 the prices are very very reasonable. Portion sizes are great and the food tasty.

A hidden gem worth trying to give your tastebud a bit refresh. We paid our visit after Cadburys World. Free on street parking nearby after 6:45pm

Lovely clean restaraunt with cosy atmosphere. Ordered a salad and falafel wrap meal-both were nice. Service was good, waiter gave us free complimentory drinks. Prices were reasonable and food was tasty. Will definitely be going back.

Came in, all was welcoming. The person at the entrance was very in communication and showed and explained everything what I can order. So I could comfortably order what I really want. And food was AMAZING. taste, size, speed ... everything. Very neat and relaxing place. Really enjoyed and will come back . Recommend.

Attentive and friendly staff, catered to our needs. Lovely atmosphere, we had the shawarma and vine leaves which were both amazing and then had knafeh for dessert- one of the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be returning!

Ordered as a Takeaway through Just Eat, the food was absolutely delicious we got the platter and it came with rice and salad and we also ordered chips. Thank you so much for the bottles of soda too considering this restaurant is quite a distance from where we live the food arrived hot. Would definitely order again it was absolutely delicious! Maybe one day we can venture to the restaurant and eat inside.

Great food, was looking for some quick lunch. Wraps were fresh and chips well fried. Waiter from Yemen was great and works very hard.

Although the order was delivered on time, unfortunately, the food was subpar and probably some of the worst Syrian/Lebanese food I’ve ever had. The meat was dry, unseasoned, full of gristle and was borderline inedible. The fries were soggy, and even the pickles had an extremely bitter flavour, rather than the sour/spicy kick that Arab style pickles are meant to have.

Not at all what I consider to be proper Syrian food. The only highlight of this disappointing meal was the vine leaves and the aubergine sauce on the maqluba. The rice and meat in the maqluba and wings meal were dry and very bland. The shawarma was dry and tasted unpleasant. We certainly won’t be ordering from here again.

A cute little restaurant. The large mixed mezze is enormous and also absolutely phenomenal. The falafel was fresh and crispy. The fuul is the best I’ve had so far. The special palmyra coffee came with avery high quality soft date. The staff were super friendly and gave us chocolate on the way out. Palmyra is definitely going to become my new go- to place for Lebanese food. Highly recommend!

Extremely poor delivery service. Delivered after 2.5 hours. The chicken was so dry and overcooked.

The lady serving was nice, and the whole atmosphere is simple and neat, but the food is not similar to the traditional Syrian or Lebanese food. We ordered falafel that came with papers; we had never had this before, it is not the traditional Syrian or Lebanese way of making falafel. We also ordered manaqiesh, or pastries with thyme and cheese—not any similar to the Lebanese one at all. In general, it is good, but not superb, but it is not as we thought we would have when visiting a Syrian restaurant!

Nice little place. Was quietish when we went. Lebanese restaurant. We tried the mixed mezze to share which had hummus and baba gnauuj and flatbreads. Also had nice falafel but wished there were more than 2. The mezze also had a really nice salad which had pomegranate and crunchy bits of flatbread mixed in. The potato dish (batat harrah) and vine leaves were nice. We opted for mixed chicken/lamb shwarma for our main, which was pretty tasty and comes with a choice of rice or chips. The food overall was really decent, just didn't quite blow our socks off. The service was good, very welcoming. Nice touch with giving some chocolate at the end. Would go again.

I ordered two children's meals and two adult meals. This was a delivery order. It arrived over an hour late and the chicken and chips were cold. We had to microwave the chicken and chips, which meant that that texture and taste was not fresh. The children didn't eat the chicken. I called the Palmyra Syrian & Lebanese Restaurant who accepted the food was delivered late and that the food would be cold but other than that refused any other responsibility. They said that they can't offer a refund or partial refund and there was nothing they would do. It was an expensive meal for a birthday celebration spoilt by a late delivery, cold food and poor service. They kept saying that it's not their responsibility and that I should take it up with Foodhub who are responsible for refunds. I got in touch with Foodhub, who said that it's the responsibility of Palmyra Syrian & Lebanese Restaurant to refund customers who receive a poor service. Foodhub got in touch with the restaurant, who again refused to refund or partial refund. Foodhub appreciated my concern but were unable to offer a refund or a partial refund. We will never use this restaurant again.

Small but amazing restaurant mashalla. I ate in and had appetisers, they were perfect. Really authentic food. I took out a mix grill for mu husband who loved having some good food as we live far from Birmingham and there isn't anything by us. Staff were very polite and accommodating.
